Good choices for cooked food items. The egg potato salad was very good. I been back more than once since my visit. Lots of variety in grocery items. A bit more that I expected in pricing but Customer friendly, neat and organized store.

I have a few friends that works here. It's a nice atmosphere, it's clean. They have fresh produce They have great sales sometimes, but usually their prices are on the higher end. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you're on a budget. But if prices don't matter, this is a good place to get some good quality products, just expect to pay full price for it. You can save money by signing up for their customer loyalty programs. I appreciate and love the fact that they accept EBT and deliver to families that can't afford a vehicle or to pick up the groceries. But again a lot of the items are regularly not at discount or too much of a bargain they are not overpriced but they are not very competitive. But once again they are clean, they are kind and courteous and they do have some great deals when they have sales, It's just that their normal prices are not that competitive with other groceries stores. The location is conveniently right off the highway (I95 North & South)in a shopping plaza where you can grab many other things you may need. There's even a Post Office at this location. What's Walmart in other locations be as so close by? I think Geissler's should be more competitive and have more sales and/or lower prices daily. They must pay the workers pretty good wages. You know what? I'll ask some of my friends who work there. If the benefits are good enough, I just may try to get a job there myself because I don't mind having an extra job if the pay and treatment is good... Stay tuned. LoL

Their prices are quite a bit higher than Big Y or Stop & Shop it's convenient but while all the other stores have lowered their price on chicken and beef they are still more than other stores

Overall great experience but, there was only 1 employee at the deli. There was a constant line of 5 or more people waiting to get sliced meats and cheese. This lady/employee needs a raise and recognition. For what it's worth she was doing an outstanding job!!

Great little place that is a go to if you need something fast. A lot of people shop there. Their meats and produce are fresh everyday. The store is extremely clean. It is pricier than most stores. I do believe there is price gouging. Sorry 😔l

My Wife will not Buy any Meat or prepackaged food From East Windsor Store. Expired Hot dogs. No one Rotates their products. We have gotten sick once from hamburger. We buy hamburger and freeze it the same day and it goes bad. We will only buy deli meat if it is sliced in front of us. Very disapointed in this store. Going down hill.

*As of 2/5/2024, my rating remains the same*:Medium-sized grocery store that suits the needs of those tired of supermarkets. Due to its size, it's quicker and easier to find the items you need. There's a hot bar for those who want home-cooked meals without the fuss of cooking. The facility is clean, and the employees give great customer service.*They have 2 electric shopping carts for those in need. The carts are clean and in good working condition.

This used to be my favorite small town grocery store but they’ve definitely gone downhill. Cashiers were replaced by machines. My machine wasn’t working and aparently it wasn’t the only one… as I’m waiting for help, the new store manager is rolling her eyes and screaming at another customer because her machine isn’t working either… I was appalled by her behavior and didn’t even want her to come over and help me anymore. The manager continued to make a scene even after the woman was able to pay. I was left with my jaw open. If she can’t manage the customer care of 6 machines, then she should give people their jobs back… extremely disappointing. I won’t be going back.

Reading the reviews, I think there is a pattern. I hate to leave a negative review like this but I sincerely hope someone in the management do something about it. I’ve been getting sandwiches from here for more than 3 years and had no problems. However, recently I stopped because every time I go the deli section, I don’t smell food anymore. All I smell is perfume, which makes my sandwich smell and taste like perfume. It literally makes me sick and I just don’t understand why anyone ever has to wear that much perfume. Especially, when their job requires food handling.

Geissler's supermarket is a local gem. Just big enough to have what you need. (All departments plus fresh made meals, bakery, etc.) And just small enough to feel local and allow you to do a quick stop and just get what you want. Prices are fair and the staff are helpful. Pretty good supply of specialty items: gluten free, non-dairy, etc

Frequent customer and I've never seen this before in all my years shopping...A woman was slicing cold cuts behind the deli counter with no gloves on. Touching everything with her bare hands. All the other employees had gloves on. If the manager sees this please say something to her!!! I was there November 22 2022 around 230. The employee had a red plaid shirt on and her hair was in a ponytail. So much cross contamination!!!Love this store and will return but not buying anything from the deli again

Can find specialty foods like smoked ham hock, livers. Lots of delicious options for ready made food. A bit pricer than other grocery stores that's why the 4 stars instead of 5.

Nasty staff but at least woke. Great cheap meat for individual, not for family shopping. In my opinion staff needs better training, and integrity training, please. Otherwise great place to vent, with mask, lol

First of all, I don't know why Google shows that I visited 1 year ago, when I was here Sunday. Back to the review, I live about a mile away from this store and I sometimes leave home to buy a sandwich here, they are that good. Good bread, rolls and a selection of sandwiches. I love their chicken salad, myself. My husband likes the soup and chili more. There is a great selection of store made foods, hot and cold. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. Just don't go during peak shopping times, as there are not a lot of cashiers and the store is small, so the line can be long and the people who come to this small town store can be, how can I say this, chatty with the cashiers. Downside of friendly staff! I think it is worth it, though. There are also greeting cards and flowers right by the entrance so if you need to grab something for a friend and get right back on the way to a visit, the placement of these displays make it so easy!

I go to the store in East windsor. The place is always clean, everything looks fresh. Employees are great. I will only buy my meat there. It's a little higher priced than bigger stores but you would expect that with a smaller store. You get your money's worth.

I went this at 5:45 to get some steaks for Memorial day. I got home and opened up the package. It smelt horrible. Under the label was dark brown meat. They tried to hide that the meat was expired. I called the store and got hung up. They are not open now. I have no food steaks for tonight. I will be returning the expired steaks tomorrow.

Was hesitant to get salad from salad bar, as the food didn't look rotated gave it a try...still here .😃.store is clean...there was a smell near the dairy area...guest services are attentive...will visit again..

Easy experience until checkout. The new system kinda is not fully user tested for ease.. but they gave it a try and got some awesome beef and corn bread. Guess that all that matters. That beef from God he keep track of all that lol

Great Salad Bar! I like this store mostly because of their fresh and well stocked salad bar. Even the big grocery stores can't deliver such fresh greens and salads the way this small store does. They have a hot bar, and many ready-made meals to chose from as well. The prices are about average. Being small, they lack specialty items, like Primal Kithen salad dressings for instance. The checkout line always move quickly and the staff are friendly. Need to make a quick stop for lunch? This is the place. If this review was helpful, please give me a thumbs up. Thanks for reading.

Family ran business, always employ a lot of EW students. With the pandemic felt much more comfortable going to smaller store rather than large chain store. Very very friendly staff and have good variety of groceries, have an excellent deli and pre made dinners. Good sea food. Now I go there all time not returning to chain stores. A few convenient locations, one by my work and one by home.

What a neat little store. I definitely got the hometown feel here. Good prices and clean store. I encountered a few patrons here that were very entertaining. One of these folks started belting out a tune at the cash register for the whole store to hear. I'll be back.

Place was clean and bright and didn't have that typical grocery store funky smell. The lady at the deli was very helpful and friendly. This was the first time I have been there. I stopped in to grab a sub for my husband for dinner. He said everything I bought tasted good and was fresh. I may have to check it out some time for my regular shopping.
