I shop here all the time. I always find something new and interesting and useful. Cindy is wonderful. Very helpful, kind and sweet. She let me talk her ear off when my mom died and always gave me such comfort and warmth. They don't just see you as a walking money sign or giant wallet here. They see the person and that makes this the best shop in connectucut. I highly recommend stopping in. Crystal and stone selection is unmatched. Love love LOVE this place.

Fantastic shop! The people are great and the items are amazing! Molly the medium definitely knows what she's talking about, when you're looking for a real reading I whole heartily recommend this place. And from chatting with others, such as, all the mediums and staff I have had the pleasure to speak with, they are very knowledgeable, and will let you freely explore while also pointing out relevant information with zero "pushing" of products, as you are hopefully allowing your intuition to guide you, which truly allows you to ask the questions that you need to be productive in your journey at all stages. 💯♾️🌍

My husband, my daughter, and I shop here frequently. Cindy is the absolute sweetest. She always talks to my daughter and helps her find something special. They have a great assortment of crystals, home decor items, jewelry, tarot cards, etc. It's always fun to stop in and see what they have that us new.

There couldn't be a friendlier experience had in a metaphysical shop. They make use of every inch of their shop space, and the employees are always helpful and friendly. Whether you're looking for crystals, books, tarot and oracle cards, decorations, etc - this is definitely a place you need to put on your "must see" list in the area.

My granddaughter and I walked into this East Lyme shop today, and we were immediately told to wear a mask. I politely declined.The person behind the counter told me we HAD to wear masks. No, we don’t. Again, I declined. (I absolutely do NOT want to breathe in regurgitated air and bacteria; nor did I want my granddaughter to feel like she had to do the same. Both of us have asthma.) I’m SO tired of this ridiculous nonsense.We simply wanted to browse the crystals for a few minutes. She told me if we did not exit the store immediately, she would call the police! She said this to me twice! The woman behind the counter was VERY rude and snarky.I suppose they simply don’t care if they lose the business. I will NEVER go back and I’m telling EVERYone I know about my unfortunate experience. We left without giving her a lovely suggestion where she could store her silly masks. lol

A gem by the shore. Just moved to the area and was so excited to find a local metaphysical shop. Very affordable and has a large variety of decks, crystals, jewelry, candles, etc. will definitely be back. Everyone who worked there was so friendly.

The store is in the smaller side, but it's amazing what they fit into the small package! They have great variety of crystals, jewelry, books, tarrot cards, and candles. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

I was accidentally ( I believe) overcharged for a stone about 14$ ..when I got home I realized and called the shop. They asked me to come back so the could weigh the rock. I said that was inconvenient and asked if they'd just returned my money. 3 older woman in the shop proceeded to harrass and gang up on me over the phone.One woman kept asking me things like..." where do you live that you can't possibly drive back down here so we can weigh the stone."The owner actually tried to curse me by saying " you have bad karma" it was a horrifying experience.I dont think I've ever experienced worse customer service in my lifeI can't believe these nasty people are making money off of peddling "enlightenment " Discusting.

Very nice little shop. Really enjoy the eclectic paraphernalia they have for sale. It's not in-expensive, but it's also not super expensive either. (The more expensive things are further south in the tourist walking areas of Mystic.) A nice place to send a little time and unwind.

The last time I went to this shop was a decade ago.. I had a reading that was soo fake that I couldn't return.. today I was in Groton and felt adventurous.. BIG MISTAKEI was "overcharged" 42$ for a 24$ stone.When I got home I looked at the receipt and called the shopp.. I my honesty was questioned with condicention.. I was asked to come back to the shop so the stone could be weighted ( very inconvenient and totally out of my way.)I demanded my 18$ be returned and put onto my card. The owner LYNN .. yelled at me and told me I "had bad karma" because I threatened to wrote a bad review if I wasn't treated fairly.At one point one of the 3 woman there, asked me several times.. " where do you live that you can't come back to the store" I responded by saying " that is an inappropriate question "I have No Idea how these people are peddling "enlightenment???? Go to Pandora's Box in Norwich... ALLISON and MORGAN are the real deal.. I've been going to them for 15 years ... This Owner's customers service is a nightmareI'm 47.. so I'm not ageist.. I'm simply letting a peer know I'd expect more maturity at this age.. and the money isn't in my account..so, as far as I know.. the money hasn't Yet been refunded..now has it?.. and MY REVIEW is NOT ABOUT A REFUND is it??? It's about your Discusting Customer ServiceAnd you're level of immaturity shows .. as you respond STILL BEING RUDE.. NO APOLOGY for the way you "ladies" treated me.. DISCUSTING... And the " VERBAL ATTACK " is a LIE.. I never cussed, yelled or got personal.. you 3 however, DID.I'm contacting BBB... this seems to be on the verge of harassment.. I have EVERY RIGHT to post my experience at your shop LYNN.. I used to visit their Mystic location.They are now in East Lyme. Always very nice and knowledgeable. My go to place for crystals and incense. I love their psychic fair also..have gotten many good readings!
