When I heard this was going to be a Dollar General I was so disappointed. I thought, "Who needs another one??" But now I am so glad it's here! I'm in there several times a week. Prices are very good and selection is fantastic. Last night I picked up some first aid stuff that I would have driven to Walmart for because it would have cost me a lot more at Walgreens or CVS. I loved not having to get on 95. They even have a good selection of grocery items. And as a bonus, the staff is always nice. So glad this store is in town!

Matt was really helpful and friendly. It was fun to shop there for my Easter candy and supplies. They were the only ones that had white chocolate bunnies!

It's a new store and it shows. Inventory is all over the place clogging up the isles and the store as a whole is not well organized. I'm sure they will get there. Prices are good and available products are decent.

East Lyme Dollar store is the best one that I've been in, never crowded and quicker than any other at checkout, and super cheap and clean..probably because it's Brand Spanken New ✌🤔

I'm used to the Dollar Tree where everything is $1. This is just a store with cheap stuff that's not cheap, average prices. Will not be back. Friendly staff so I gave them 3 stars.

Dollar General employee who goes by the name "Gordy" is a rare young man highly skilled at providing a level of customer service that far exceeds even the best of expectation. Kudos to Gordy.
