Best service that I had ever received. A young man, I think his name was Jeremy, helped me find a phone cord and also helped me with my phone. New phone and I was having major issues. He was more than happy to help me. Usually the service isn’t the best, that is if you can find someone. East Lyme CVS

**WARNING**The Pharmacist is really nasty here. Very judgemental, has an attitude all the time and what ever you do dont let her vaccinate you. Half the shot ended up on the floor and I got a big bruise on my arm. It seems like every time I go here there's a problem.

Unorganized. 2 drive up windows. One said not in use, after sitting for 15 minutes a car pulled up to 2nd window ( hand written sign that was unreadable unless you were already in wrong line)and was helped. The rest of us had no clue what window was open or closed. But,Very nice staff.

Store is dark, pharmacy counter personal are defensive when attempting to work through problems. It is difficult to compare cosmetics as they are in multiple locations.
