I am thrilled with my new Bosch Refrigerator. It is surprising how much larger it is than our old side by side Kitchen Aid.Ordering on-line was very easy for this 70’ish year old. Everything went smoothly on the day and time we expected it!The communication from COSTCO was exceptional, every step of the way!The delivery men were amazing!They had many techniques for this huge delivery that made it look easy! They were professional and efficient! They were very accommodating and took away our old fridge.The only thing lacking was for them to wipe down the outside of my appliance to remove their fingerprints.Thank you COSTCO for making the whole process possible and easy!

This store only has one way in and one way out. Went to the store during busy hours and that was a mistake. It took over an hour just to leave the parking lot due to congestion. Drivers were cutting each other off. It was stressful. Called the store about twenty minutes into it, and they didn't do anything.

I can only be sure of two things:1) the selection is great but you need to do some careful price comparisons on big ticket items. Do you really save money on household stuff and food? Probably if you shop regularly.2) Be prepared for the major push to join the Citibank VISA card. You will be told over and over about the "4%, 3%, 2%, 1% rebates" Not however the 19.97% Interest Rate. The 4% is on gasoline and EV charging ONLY up to $7,000.We did not believe the numbers worked in our favor as we have a 9.9% VISA.

Bought 4 new tires online and picked out my appointment time pretty easily. Once I got to the counter at my appt time, my new tires were ready to go next to the desk. Everyone was friendly, and it took only an hour for them to finish up my car.

Went here with my patents for the first time as they brag so much about this place. Right at the door, the guy yelled at us asking to show our membership cards. Take it easy there, I know you are just doing your job, but this is RIDICULOUS! This place is not worth our time! Too overcrowded...

Love Costco! Excellent customer service, exceptional value, lots of options, and convenient location. even on the busiest days, the staff is positive, energetic, helpful. we will keep going back. Still as good as it was.

Crazy Christmas rush. Prices are reasonable (hard to get an honest feel as prices seem to be increasing monthly in most stores).Well stocked and plenty of samples. Good meats and seafood.Spent way more than we should have. Also very good gas prices (about $0 60 a gallon less than the best I found yesterday.Worth noting their closing times are surprisingly early some days. 6pm on a Sunday has caught us a few times since we rarely are on the area but when we are - they are closed.

This is specifically to address the optical center: in the past, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Recently, the place has become impossible, defective, and infuriating. They don’t have enough opticians working to accommodate the number of customers. You have to take a number and wait. They move at a snail’s pace, and seem to be looking for anything else to do instead of helping the people waiting. I dropped off a pair of glasses on March 1 to have new lenses put in. They told me a week and a half, and they’d call. In the past, this usually meant a week, and I’d get a text. After a week, I was there shopping, and just thought I’d check to see. They wouldn’t even look at me without a number, and there were eight people waiting, so I left. Yesterday, I tried calling, but they weren’t picking up the phone. I called the service desk and the woman actually offered to walk over to see if my glasses were in. Indeed, they were just sitting there! She told me there was eight people in line there and only two opticians and recommended I come later. I decided to be the first one there this morning, and was waiting outside at 9:40. Other people were already there. When that door opened, I literally ran to the optical shop, and there was another woman who ran in through the exit to do the same thing. I beat her to the punch, and got the first number. We sat down in the only two chairs there to wait, as there was no optician there yet. We commiserated, and she had essentially the same story as me, having gone in one day last week at 10:15, only to find eight people ahead of her, and a wait of an hour and a half. She picked up new glasses that had a problem and had to be returned. Well, today when the optician finally arrived, he began puttering around the counter, but avoided dealing with the customers at all costs. Finally, he waved me up. Right out of the box, he commented, “well, there’s a problem right there.” It turned out that they only put the correct coatings on one lens, but no coatings on the other. The glasses needed to be sent back to the lab. I explained my saga to him and that I’m a pilot who needs correct glasses to fly in the morning. He told me he could offer me express shipping to and from the lab on the West Coast, and that’s great, but it doesn’t help me for tomorrow morning when I have to fly. It also means that I will lose at least another couple of hours to accomplish the simple task of having updated lenses installed in my glasses. Fast forward: when the glasses came back the second time, they had NO COATING ON EITHER LENS! They had to be sent back to the West Coast a third time. I was told they would be expedited. I still don’t have them. As of last night (MAY 2nd!), the manager told me, “your frames are at the lab. I called and encouraged them to make your lenses.” I began this process when I was still wearing a winter coat. Now I’m wearing shorts and a T-shirt, and I still don’t have my eyeglasses! With this, I have decided that the better prices at the Costco optical center don’t end up saving me anything. With all of the wasted time and trips, and all of the unnecessary aggravation, it’s the same as paying double at LensCrafters. It’s too bad, really. He told me he’s the manager of the optical center and he tells the general manager they need more opticians behind the counter, but that it falls on deaf ears. He asked me to express my frustration in writing to the general manager. I’m using this platform to do just that. I hope they may read this and fix their broken optical center. In the meantime, I may just dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Nils was amazing with helping pick a TV. His knowledge really helped me decide on what TV to purchase. Ali was awesome as a cashier. Ali has wonderful customer service with a great attitude. The recycling bins filled up and the gentleman came out quickly to empty and clear the machines. The quickest I have experienced in a Costco for clearing and emptying the recycling bins. Thank you. I had a GREAT Costco experience on Sunday.

We ordered a birthday cake from here for the first time. We wanted something different from the same old grocery store sheet cakes. I was AMAZED by the quality and flavor of this cake and our guests loved it too!! I will forever go to Costco for birthday cakes from now on. Best part: it was only 13 dollars…. I still can’t believe it. It was huge.

I am in Costco in Norwalk, CT or Orange, CT multiple times per week. I seldomly go to Costco in East Lyme, CT and Waterbury, CT but I love them all! The produce is priced right! I have other food items for which I specifically go. I like to see the changing gift or seasonal items. Costco is definitely my favorite store to shop in.

Great place for buying lots of food and such to stock up your pantry and fridge. The prices are pretty good too for the quantity of items you get. It’s also fun to go there and get a hot dog and soda for $1.50 They have a wide variety of food and other home supplies that you might need. The parking lot there is also big and you can get gas there too.

It's good, but they change products too often. It would be nice if they kept a variety of products instead of switching them out for the Kirkland brand, which isn't always better.

Costco website is the worst. Designed for online only. Why do they open so late ? We work grave shift and get out at 8. We drive are by it everyday. Have to kill 2 hours just to shop there.

Thankfully this place went in it only took 6 years, we've been waiting patiently and thankfully it's here. There is no signage so if you don't know that it's there you will probably miss it. The only obvious sign is the one that's on the building that can be seen from route 95.Compared to other stores I've been to in Washington and Virginia it's small but it has all the things that you can expect in a Costco. There's a BJ's that's up the street, I'm not sure how they're going to stay in business because Costco is a lot better I think.Self-check out, gas station and liquor store at this Costco as well.
