Ruff! My name is Jett, and I'm an 8 year old Labradoodle. I see Cara for nail trims for me and my 2 brothers. She's flexible with scheduling, and the price is reasonable. When I get close and realize I get to see Cara, I start crying with excitement! Bark! We run in the back without hesitation and jump on the table. I used to live closer, and now my mom drives over 30 minutes one way because of the service and care we get. Woof!

I highly recommend Kara K, who is a seasoned professional dog groomer full of integrity, kindness, and enthusiasm. Kara is the sweetest, most gentle and caring dog groomer. She has been grooming my dogs with tender loving care for 15 years. Kara is talented, reliable, patient, gentle, and she truly cares about her customers and the doggies she grooms.My two senior Maltese dogs passed away in 2017, and Kara sent me a handwritten condolence card. These are things you never forget.

Not the place for a self wash! Brought my 70lb dog in for a self wash and it was a waste of time and $15. They only provide 1 rag towel, no conditioner, no aprons, and the unscented soap wouldn’t suds up. Is he even clean now? The slip leash in the tub is just coated wire with no clip so my dog choked himself the whole time and there was no ramp for the dog to get in the tub so I had to lift him myself. The bath mat was also moldy!!! 1 star for nice staff and warm water.

Highly recommend! This is the best groomer I have taken my dog to. The groomer is very skilled and caring. My dog left happy and handsome. I already made the reservation for the next appointment!

Very unprofessional !! Had an appointment a month in advance for them to tell me the day of that they didn’t feel comfortable cutting my dog’s hair instead of calling me ahead of time to be able to look for a different location. Very unsatisfied with their service. Will never come back here again nor recommend it to anyone I know. If you can’t do your job right, then just so say. Communication goes a long way and they definitely don’t have that.

Lori did a fantastic job with our 2 cocker spaniels. We weren't happy with the last couple of groomers so I'm glad we finally found a place we can take them regularly. Highly recommended!

I take all our dogs here.. Kara has been with my oldest dog for 10 years and we wouldn’t Have our pets with anyone else. Always a smile when you bring them in and they’re treated like it’s their own pet. Maddie, Marco and Daisy Mae say thank you. Lol!

Heads up to all who need a groomer. Don’t bother reading the good reviews and then take the time to call for an appointment! I just did all the above and was abruptly told “actually we aren’t taking any new appointments at this time maybe soon”. Lol that doesn’t help the customer who is calling.

Amazingly clean, lori made mine and my dogs' first grooming experience so welcoming. She guided us through everything she would do. She allowed us a dry run to see if it worked for us. My dogs are huge and older and have never been professionally groomed.. can't believe how she was able to get through all their coats.. they look awesome.. we will be back

Fantastic service, friendly owner and staff, and fair pricing. My dog had never been to the groomer before and I was nervous but they did a fantastic job, she looks and smells great! When I picked her up she was super happy so we will definitely be returning and I highly recommend!

Hi, I'm Dexter an American chocolate lab. Lori does an amazing job on me. She makes me all squeaky clean and gets my under coat out so I dont shed all over my mom's clothes.
