Excellent work! We used to take our lab to happy tails too and now we taken our long hair Chihuahua for the first time. As I mentioned it was our little one’s first time and they were absolutely wonderful with him especially with how nervous he was! And even better his haircut is absolutely adorable we couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much happy tails too we will be returning!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent, excellent job with grooming. Such a great crew, my buddy sugar looks handsome everytime I would pick him up.Unfortunately sugar is not with us anymore but I have to say that you guys do a great job with the pictures and videos. I will return when the next loved one is welcomed to my home.

This place is a complete rip off and they should never offer services if they cant do them the proper way. I booked at appointment to have my long haired domestic cat groomed as he sheds very badly. During the booking no information was given about paying for the services or that new pets must have owner stay only information that was given was that I should bring him by 9 am as they do get a lot of dogs in so to prevent the cat from being difficult or very nervous that was what they required. Now coming into the day of the appointment my husband arrived at 8:50 am and was greeted and told that he had to stay with the cat because he was a new animal to the salon, which was never told to me during booking. I requested a lions cut on my cat which the lady said during the booking was one of their most popular ones. I sent a reference photo to my husband so he knew what he should look like at the end of the appointment and when I say that I was completely horrified at what my cat looked like after the appointment that is truly an understatement because being charged $80 for a grooming that turned out this way was absolutely uncalled for and just not at all what should have been done. She did a waterless shampoo in him which I myself could have done at home and then didn't at all do a lions cut on him and then because they had so many dogs in the salon at this point it made my cat super nervous as he is never around dogs and he moved during the cut and she had to cut his mane even after being told not to touch it. I will never return to this place as it is run by people who clearly don't have the knowledge to cut cats and still want to charge a customer after they failed at doing what the were supposed to do. Oh and to top it off they only accept cash, check or Venmo for payment which again was never conveyed to me during the booking.

I give this place 0 stars. Donna is not a professional at all. She is rude. Took my dog there since clip and Dip moved to Wallingford. I dropped her off and did some errands and noticed when I got back home I had 2 missed calls from her. I called her back and she said your dog is so vicious I can only get her body done. And don't tell me you didn't know she was vicious and your other groomer never mentioned it, I find that hard to believe. I will try to get her in the bath but I don't know if I can do it and nobody here will touch her. I said don't touch her and she said OK you coming to get her. When I got there she said I'm charging you 45.00 and I told her my other groomer did a full haircut and bath and charged me 55.00. She said that is why she is out of business, so I told her she moved and wasn't out of business. She said I called your old groomer years ago and told her she doesn't charge her worth. Who the hell is she to tell her that. Mind your business, just because your ripping people off doesn't mean other people should. My dog was never vicious in her 6 years we have had her since she was a puppy. I think she just rushes everyone to make the most money and she was probably mean to my dog

I took my pup, June, here to get groomed for the first time. Donna did a great job on her cut! I was nervous because June can be snippy around other dogs, so I was nervous to leave her for a longer period of time than her other groomer who we visit when we are in Philadelphia.They put me totally at ease, and kept her in a crate when she wasn’t being groomed (which she is used to at home anyways).All the dogs there seemed really happy and there was no excessive barking or anything like that. The space was very clean. I am so happy to have found them!

I don’t usually write reviews…. But I had a delightful experience at Happy Tails Too and wanted to share it. The staff is clearly very experienced and professional and they took the time to make inquires about our dog and asked specific questions about our expectations for grooming. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and with the end result Our beautiful dog never looked so beautiful. Thank you. Happy Tails Too

I just took my cat there who was matted really bad. Liz shaved him. She was super awesome and friendly. Highly recommend her for cat grooming.

Owner/Manager likes to post other groomers work on her professional page and talk bad about someone else’s work. Then when she is confronted about her unprofessional attitude, she blocks you. Like I said earlier, I would rather bathe my dog in pond water than to patronize an establishment that promotes and encourages bullying!

The absolute best grooming spot around. Everyone is so nice and respectful to the animals.its hard to find a place you arent nervous leaving your family member. This place is one of those places. My dog is happy the whole time

I love this place. The 2 women that work there are super nice and professional. They took my 2 chihuahuas in as walk ins for a nail trim and were great with them. My dogs cant really be "groomed" with their short hair and all but they were working on a couple little shitzu dogs when I got there and they looked AMAZING. It looks like they do an amazing job at that too. I would definitely highly reccomend this place and will absolutely be coming back!

well today was my 1.5 yr old Gordon Setters 1st grooming appt. Got her a field cut for the upcoming season. Donna did a great job!!! unfortunately my pure bred setter is very hyper, alittle difficult to say the least.they were patient with her which was greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much ! highly recommended!!

Was not friendly at all. Rushed me during drop off and to pay. Felt more like a deal than loving comfortable place for a pet to be groomed. Gets a 2 since results were ok, but it will be my last time.

I am so pleased with the service they perform and the fact that my cat and dog are handled very professionally and calmly. This results with my cat especially remaining calm and unruffled - a far cry from the nervous wrecks I've taken home from other groomers. I highly recommend Happy Trails Too.

They charged us $90 to groom our husky and they said she had a allergic reaction and we saw that they were cuts and called back and they changed their story and said she was “moving too much” so they cut and bruised all along her spine and there’s multiple cuts on her neck as well. She’s now loosing her hair too.

I brought my cat in and it was awful. He had matts and all she wanted to do was shave him down just to get it over with. She was not gentle with him and had no cat rapport. Perhaps she's better with dogs. I don't know. I wish I had just left after 5 minutes.

Absolutely the most wonderful cut l have ever seen. The way they cut his face, was so adorable, he looked like he had a mustache & goute.!!! And he body was great too, and of course the tail being that he's a shih tzu. Thank you happy tails too!!!

My dog loves this place so much!!! When I pull up he literally runs to the door, he gets to hang out with the other animals. It’s a groomer/play date for my doggy.
