This CVS keeps getting worse and worse. I walked in today and there was a line of over a dozen people waiting for the pharmacy and there was only one cashier open. Several times recently I have come in and my prescriptions that I sent in days before weren’t filled and I had to wait an extra 30-60 minutes.

Very satisfied with the service and time to pick up. The pharmacist went out of his way to ensure I got my Rx and was friendly and helpful.The team is overall changed to a customer centric service and the change is centered on the customer. Very satisfied. Thank you for your help and it was a pleasant experience

They must have hired more help in the pharmacy because now they run like a well-oiled machine! Phone call was answered on first ring (after prompts) and at pick-up, the short line went very quickly. Tech was very professional and helpful. In the front of the store, Diana greeted me on the way in and helped check me out- patiently helping me with my coupons. Diana is the gold standard of customer service!

Today is 10/6. My 3 prescriptions were in process since 9/26. I ran out of pills and had to call CVS pharmacy to request these prescriptions be processed for pick up. I’m 31 years old so I was able to follow up. How do the elderly manage to do this??

I had no problems with my experience shopping at CVS, and rarely is there ever a problem.

Pharmacy filled the wrong prescription that I hadn’t asked to be filled. I didn’t notice until after I left the store and they did not refund. They are understaffed but do not take the time to listen

Some of the people in the pharmacy are polite. However I've ran across some very rude people. Maybe they don't realize most of the people going are ill. My husband went there to pick up meds for our child and when it took him a minute to remember his date of birth and he made a joke about having 5 kids. She started to talk down on him about her having 4 kids and step kids and remember their date of births. I called and complained and told them he takes meds that affect his memory. I personally had an experience just today, where I was waiting for a medication to be delivered at CVS. I dropped off ear drop medication script for my son who has an ear infection yesterday and was told it will be in tomorrow. I called this afternoon and was told it was in and she questioned me about my insurance. She said she would fill the script now. Why didn't I get a Call? Here my 5 yr old is in pain and I'm waiting for them to call me...unreal

I was not thrilled to drive to my CVS where I always go to get incidentals (etc) and have my business turned away. I was actually handed back my disposable camera from my vacation and told it takes too long to send out, when they couldn't find the envelopes, and that I'm better off going to Walgreens anyway. Walgreens is out of my way and I have to back track home now, but they were more than happy for my order and business.
