I saved a lot of money with my extra care coupons. There is a new pharmacist. He is friendly and helpful. I think this change will make the pharmacy a customer focused store. You can speak to him and he is always friendly. It is rubbing off on the team because I have noticed the change. Thank u!

this is the worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. every time i go to fill a prescription i’m waiting in a line for 45 mins for something that i asked to be filled hours prior to arriving.. Have a question? don’t bother calling they don’t even answer the phone. this place is an embarrassment and is severely understaffed for the amount of customers they have. i’ve never had this bad of an experience with ANY other pharmacy yet i seem to have a bad experience every time i have to refill medications.. you’d think they would of made some changes by now but they just do not care about the customers

Renewed 3 prescriptions 2 days ago. Added a 4th four hours ago today for a sinus infection. Just came to pharmacy to get them. Nothing ready at all. Was told by kid behind the counter they are a week behind!!!! That nuts. Some scripts you can't renew until you're down to 3 days worth.This pharmacy has gotten worse and worse in last 6 months. Usually a line 10 deep. Store is dirty too.Time to take my business elsewhere. I'll be going to Rite Aid starting tomorrow. Pretty pathetic.

CVS pharmacy had me on hold for over 26 minutes and never picked the phone backup. I held on this long to write the time in my review. I will be transferring my prescription. I can see they are working but something in that area is not running effectively. New management should come in to change the way its run.

I like CVS, they have good sales and great coupons with a variety of things while you pick up your meds. But only if their employees are decent. I work with the public for 34 years and customer service is HUGE for me. Some CVS employees need to work in a private setting or they need to leave their home life HOME.

Pharmacy has awful service my perscription was put on hold at one point for no apparent reason. The male pharmacist has been rude on more than one occasion. My prescription has been messed up on more than one accasion. I wasn't given an inhaler I need even though my doctor sent the script causing me to not have medicine I need to breathe. I do not recommend them and will be switching shortly myself.

They never pick up the phone when you are calling for your prescriptions. They make you wait almost 30 minutes or more before anyone answers the damn phone!

The people in the pharmacy are just awful, they are rude and make you wait ridiculously long to fill scripts, every other month there’s a problem with their system and they mark some scripts as filled when they weren’t, and then they blame my Drs office…..this place sucks, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

My experience with the pharmacy lately has not been good. Attempted to resolve a prescription for nine months, they kept blaming the doctor's office. Finally gave up and switched to Stop and Shop. They have been excellent and resolved my issue immediately. CVS also needs to work on their automated phone issues. Either incomplete messages with no one identified or contacting them to speak to someone, the phone hangs up when being transferred.

I'm glad to see that other reviewers have had poor experiences with the pharmacy. Over the phone, they're rude and condescending. They talk to you like you know nothing. In person, they're also still rude and their customer service is nonexistent. Today, I had the pleasure of talking to Jawanda in the pharmacy over the phone and I recognized her voice when I went to pick my prescription up. Other people experiencing the same service proves that she wasn't just having a bad day and I am typically very understanding, but this isn't the first negative experience I've had. They make me never want to go to another CVS again.

The service was always great until a few months ago. The pharmacy went downhill and is absolutely awful now. They are very rude and not helpful at all. I ended up switching to a different CVS nearby where the pharmacy staff is amazing, friendly, and always willing to help as much as they can.

This is THEE WORST possible CVS on the planet. Call in or walk in you're dealing with absolute water heads who will make you wait 45+ minutes to refill one medication. This is my THIRD experience, every one worse than the last. I will go with out before I step foot in this hell hole filled with unprofessional morons.A pharmacist just literally answered my 45 minute hold and said "yeah who's this?"...alrighty then.

The girl behind the counter did not tell the young fellow to put a mask on. He ignored me when I asked where is his mask. Employee said she did not realize it. I said to her he was in front of facing you. How did you not see him. Please educate employees. Thank you

I love CVS. They have a great pick up of hygeine products. As well as book essentials. Not to mention the vitamins and supplements. Got to stay healthy.

The worst pharmacy I regret having changed here; They waste your time, they don't have the slightest intention of helping you. They make you wait too long for your recipes, they don't have bilingual staff. Without a doubt I will look for another better pharmacy.
