First visit here after many recommendations, met expectations and beyond! The owner was very friendly and hospitable, the service was terrific, the food was great! Split the catprese and the kitten club with a friend so we could try both... the ciabatta bread was delicious, both sandwiches were tasty and had a good amount of fillings.The whole place had a fun and quirky decor, almost like cracker barrel but cats! There was a room where there are cats hanging around, and windows by the tables so you can watch the cats, or there was a fun catio over looking a small creek, very scenic and relaxing looking place.I've heard great things about their breakfast sandwiches and coffee so I'll have to try that next time, but already looking forward to visiting again.

A delightful, whimsical, artistic space with friendly people, great brunch, and adorable cats. The cats have their own living room that's closed off to the public, but you can sit at a table with your coffee and watch through the windows. We got to chatting with the owner and he let us peek into the back to say hi to the cats during feeding time. They're very sweet and a little feisty. And they're all littermates!

If I don't remember his name correctly then maybe what I'm about to say isn't true, but Mark will make you feel like you're an old friend while you're a guest in his cafe. He's nice in an authentic way, wished us a very specific "happy solstice" when we left. His mind is on the exchange and that's great for any regular or first timer alike.We got a coffee cake and a couple hot drinks for an incrediblely reasonable 'less-than-$7.' All were very good.Honestly, we had already had breakfast and really just wanted to come and see the cats for a bit while we were in town. We were disappointed to find that the cats don't just roam around the Cafe. There's a separate room with all the cats and they can be viewed through two door-sized plexiglass windows. Bummer. The rest of the interior is made up of cat nick-nacks.Overall very good, just not exactly what we were hoping for.

We're on vacation and stumbled across this charming cat cafe. We got there, unbeknownst to us, 15 minutes before close. Mark, the owner, still welcomed us with open arms. We got a delectable strawberry banana smoothie, 2 pieces of coffee cake(he gave us 3 because one was smaller. It was not!), and a cute tumblr with their name and logo. He was super friendly and asked about our travels and was just completely overjoyed to hear about them. We weren't able to say hello to the kitties, but the entire area was perfect and I cannot wait to go again, should that day come🖤

Two Wrasslin’ Cats Coffee House was honestly the best place to stumble upon while staying at The Getaway tiny homes while in Connecticut. My wife and I were staying in East Haddam for the weekend and went to the coffee shop twice after having such a welcoming first visit. It was such an unexpected place to stumble upon and was the best surprise. Mark was incredibly friendly and gets to know every single person by name. My wife and I loved TWCCH so much that we bought a mug to bring back to Pennsylvania and I broke it a few weeks after I got home. I reached out to Mark that I broke the mug my wife loved so much and he went out of his way to send me a new one. If you’re traveling through Connecticut or East Haddam please do not hesitate to stop by this coffee house and see the cats. Super affordable food and coffee!! Thank you Mark for all you do in your community and for the LGBTQ+ community!

My favorite lunch spot in the area! The entire staff is very friendly. The owner in particular goes out of his way to greet customers and get to know them. He calls regulars by name. All the kitty paraphernalia is adorable, as are the kitties themselves. The bright exterior is an immediate mood booster on cloudy days.Drinks are fantastic and very reasonably priced. Food is great — sandwiches don’t fall apart the second you pick them up and the ingredients are high quality.Parking: Unpaved. Snow is generally cleared in a timely manner.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spaces. I’m not in a wheelchair so I’m not sure what else to say.

A couple years ago me, my twin and my mom got lost in the sticks after going to pick up our thanksgiving turkey. It was dark and we found this place while we tried to figure out where we were. We went in and everything was cat themed. They treated us well, we found out where we were, we had some good food and met some nice cats (This was before the plexiglass wall) Just remembered this place and was so happy it’s still open. Five stars, you deserve it.

Incredible Experience!!! Staff was so kind, I wish I lived in town so I could come all the time. I got a maple latte and a black hot coffee. Both were super delicious, and the prices are beyond reasonable. Was even given a few dog treats for my pup, and she loved them. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience to take back home to RI with me!!! It was my first visit to a cat cafe and it couldn't have been better!!!

Mark was very welcoming to my wife and I. Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. Everywhere I looked there was something interesting to look at. The food was served in a timely matter. More importantly, it was fresh and delicious. On our way out, Mark made sure to wish us well. He even remembered our names, which made us feel even more welcome. Most definitely recommend this cozy, friendly, and tasty location.

This place is so amazing, I don't even know where to start.I guess I'll just begin at how we ended up here.My birthday is in less than a week and I asked my family to go with me to this restaurant. It had been on my list of places to visit for a while and I decided today was finally the day.Once we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful counter where we ordered our drinks. We met the owner, Mark, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. Even offered to let us meet the cats before we left. (A wonderful birthday surprise!)We had to wait for a few people in our party to arrive, so we walked up the ramp to the left of the counter, took a look around at all the beautiful and interesting decor, and grabbed a table in the back. Once the rest of our party arrived, we went back to the counter, ordered our food, and then returned to our table where they brought out our sandwiches when they were ready. (I didn't take any pictures of the food or drinks, but they were fantastic)Once we finished eating, the owner brought us to the cat lounge to meet the cats. There were five beautiful, playful angels that we had the pleasure of meeting. (There are plenty of pictures of the intricate lounge for the cats)Thank you so much to everyone at TWC for the phenomenal experience. ♥️

I really can't say enough about this place. You're just going to have to go to enjoy it for yourself. The rare combination of quirky and sincere. Don't be fooled into thinking that because of the colors and all of the fun (mostly) cat themed stuff the cafe is a gimmick. In terms of food (sandwiches, pastries) and coffee, this is just the sort of cafe I always hope to find. There's plenty of seating too. We've been twice. The second time we decided to travel back to the area to have the chance to go here again. There aren't enough places like it. Luckily, judging by the line, the people who live in the area seem to appreciate that they've got a good thing. Please keep doing what you're doing and I'll look forward to being back!

This is a great place to stop by for some coffee and breakfast (the crazy cat sandwich with sour dough is a killer). Mark and Alex are super nice and friendly. The lounge area is absolutely outstanding. It has such a warm and welcoming home vibe, a lot of characters, too. We were glad that we stopped by.

Super cute place and the owner and workers are really nice! Definitely a gem in east haddam that you must visit! I got a banana strawberry smoothie which was nice, I liked how sweet it was, it was basically my desert drink! I got a turkey sandwich which was good, everything was very fresh. And we had also got a Ruben which was very tasty. We sat out at the back and you can see a stream running through. Super cute and cozy atmosphere to just sit and talk while enjoying some food and drink.

Finally stopped in this weekend, and so glad I did! The corned beef reuben sandwich was delicious and the owner was very friendly. A really unique and special place, will definitely be back.Update to original review, went back in again today and had the shrimp corn chowder. It was delicious! Really loved eating in the chairs out back. Such a friendly and peaceful place, thank you Mark! See you again soon!

Stopped by in the morning for some coffee and breakfast after a night in one of the Machimoodus Getaway cabins and we absolutely loved the cafe! Mark and the lady at the counter were so warm and welcoming and their CATpuccino and the breakfast croissant sandwiches were great and filling. The cafe is filled with all kinds of cute cat/kitten things and has more than enough tables/seats for anyone visiting the cafe. Mark said he plans to add a cat lounge later in the Spring so we definitely plan to return in the summer to check it out! If you are staying at the nearby Getaway House and/or visiting Machimoodus State Park, definitely stop by and check out this cute cafe! 🐱☕️
