Donna is an excellent groomer. I have used her for years. My dog can be skittish and Donna calms him throughout the initial grooming, followed by bath, and final finish grooming. Cost is very reasonable and I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.

Super unprofessional….. just got a new puppy golden and wanted to get her groomed and deshedded and asked if she had an opening on Thursday, my only day off…. Yes I work Christmas ! And she laughed and kept saying good luck with that. Then instead of suggesting another day she might have open…. She said try a place in Meriden where you can wash her yourself… as a Durham resident I would have loved to give a local my business but after today…. Will never bring my dog or future dogs to her. 35 years of experience, 0 years of manners I guess.

Donna has always been GREAT to all of our dogs. Very caring and patient with them, and does an excellent job on the detail! All for a very reasonable price. Skip the big chain and go local! Give Donna a call she's fantastic!!
