Got here at 1:15 a.m I am am still here at 8 a.m and they told me they will be several more hours. Stating they have to count all boxed. That rule needs to be revised. Drivers shouldn't have to suffer. I am an owner operator missing my next load. That's unacceptable for a 7 hour gap. Who ever in charge shouldn't be don't go here because imaging getting stuff out here away from home if you had plans or an emergency at home. He'll no it's not worth it.

Nothing has changed as of Fr, Dec 29th, 2023, SLOW SERVICES. They don't care, YOU NEED TO DO AN 8SB Split or a 10-hour break. arrived at 1 am for a 130 appointment, and departure at 10 am. The receiving lady was nice.

After reading the reviews, I was terrified, I was pleasantly surprised. Arrived at 0230 for a 0300. Just like the reviews, I was checked in and told to go wait in a dirt lot down the street. That would be the only issue is that lot. It's riddled with craters and no restroom. Was called for a dock by 0318. So this was the wait time, right? No. They immediately unloaded my and green light lit at 0413. There was no lumper fee cause it was unfi to unfi and there was no breakdown, so I got my bills and left. Everyone was friendly, and unloading was quick. Service plaza down the street to nap afterward. 😴 speaking of that, I'm out. Nap time. Good luck, yall, and we'll done unfi.

Slow, very slow, I am going to be late to my second stop, hopefully the late fee will charge from this facility. If all late fees go to them it Might help to work faster.

My experience was actually pleasant. 12:30 a.m. appointment and was finished with bills in hand before 2:30. Maybe all the negative reviews helped management speed up the unloading.

Got here 06:15 for 06:30 appt. Got door assigned at 08:30. Just got red light at 09:15. Just got green at 09:30. Waiting for lumbers to come out. Still need to get T-Check approved and pay them. All this for 3 pallets!!Last time here was 5 hours.Now late for next appt and need to reschedule that!This place seems to have 2 speeds, slow n slower!Gave 2 stars only because of some of the women who walk in from the parking lot are good looking and at least something to view while doing the long wait.Receiving clerk was descent and friendly enough in a business sense which is to be expected but not always experienced at all DC's.Tight parking and docking here, but I've seen worse (see attach pics).If I had a choice I'd not unload here. Best to make this the last appt of the day.

Don't work here. They will work you till the last order is filled. Which could take up to 18 hours. I would know I use to work there as a selector. I wouldn't recommend this job to Noone

Be careful parking in their dirt staging lot..I’ve been stuck here almost 10 hours and the wrecker is trying to charge $2000 to get me out.Better yet don’t park in their dirt lot at all.

NOT WORTH IT , unless you run two logbooks..! Brokers are useless too because the receiver simply don’t care.Stuck under this load 4 more days because rescheduling!!

You can take a 10 at the nearby truck waiting lot. Check in at guard shack then go to waiting load about a quarter-mile away and await call for dock. Quick unload. Only four stars as it seems there should be a more efficient check-in procedure. Kind of tight.

Guard Shack opens at 1030pmOnce checked in, and if they don't have a door for you. They will send you in the holding dirt lot to wait for a phone call.Don't be late for your delivery. If a ridiculous amount of late fee and you will be out several days before a new delivery cab be rescheduled.It's a hit or a miss kind of facility. At times, it takes them hours and hours to unload. Other times, you are out within two hours.If you are held past two hours of your scheduled appointment, make sure to ask for a UNFI detention form. This is the only way you can get paid for detention time.You can park in the dirt holding lot overnight.

You not gonna get door right away. Appt at 1:30 am. Came here at 11:30 pm. They sent me me on their parking in the back. At 1:33 am phone call—->door 15. Now is 5:20 am and I’m empty, but stiil waiting for paperwork with 5 more trucks, while 10 trucks sleeping on docks. Rookies be careful, tight docks

Had a 0200 appt. The staging area is located off-site about 5 minutes away. Gps took me straight there. Medium size lot.

If the dispatcher tells you to go to this address, don't go. It's really torture to be kept all night for a truck unloading. And after the unload, you will wait for them to call you to get the work letter. A real scandal.

They had me unloaded within the 2 hrs after my appointment time, so it’s not bad. Maybe I got lucky from what others are saying.I would have given them 5 stars if it weren’t for the guy who unloaded me who left behind some 6 big bags of air that are used to keep pallets from collapsing. I had to walk in the office and tell them about it, and they weren’t happy about it. I asked nicely, and they pretended as if it was my job to dispose of them. My job is to deliver your stuff along with the packaging. What am I suppose to do with all that trash? They have dumpers to dispose of this stuff.

I'm a small O/O with 26' reefer trucks (Light Work Logistics). I had a very pleasant experience at this establishment, much to my surprise after reading the bulk of reviews that had been left.I had a 2am appt got there and checked in at 11:42pm and was called to door 3 at 12:44am and was on a red light by 1am, which was back to green by 1:15am. I got the lumper fee text from Capstone at 1:51am. After paying by relay code, I got the call to pickup my paperwork at the office at 1:57am, all of which mind you is before my appt was even supposed to have started. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Only caveat is that I only had a half-a-pallet on the truck and I was in a 26' reefer box truck. Great job UNFI (Dayville, CT)!

The guy with red shirt and blondish beard TOUCHED me when i asked him to explain the lumper fees. I'm a female driver and don't appreciate being touched by a man like that, especially a stranger. If i wasn't beyond late to my second delivery i would have raised the question at the location right then and would have demanded to talk to his supervisors.Appointment was at 3 am delivering a partial load. They finished unloading and paperwork at past 10 am. 7 HOURS! Was late to my second delivery and lost my reload.

Tiny security office is located at the end of down the street. After checking in, turning around,, you need to wait at dirt yard. I do not recommend to do truck wash before coming. Also you need to prepare pee bottle, and flash light. It is very dark and no toilet. Broker set up apointment at 2345pm. But, security says receiving starts 1200am. I hope this is NOT fcfs place. Or you will be waiting for long time. Very busy place.I am waiting for 8 hr, not getting paperwork. I talked another driver . He came yesterday, and rescheduled fee was $500.This is one of the worst warehouse I ever had. Workers do not know what they are doing. I know UNFI is all like this way. But, this one is the worst. Workers are almost all smoking, taking a break every 30 min.Please request detention pay if you are stuck here.

If you have a delivery coming here, do not plan to break down or get stuck in traffic. They will hit you with a $505 rescheduling fee if you are not on time for your appointment, ON TOP of a crazy lumper fee. They also only receive from 12am-6am. Like what kinda hours are those? Is everyone that works there dead?
