This has to be the worst Target I have been to, which unfortunately is par for the course for Dayville. They've switched the self check outs to 10-items or less, which seems like a terrible idea, especially considering there are never any cashier's available and the ones that are seem overwhelmed. The shelves are always in disarray, yet stockers always seem to be everywhere often blocking the small grocery aisles. It's not a very good model, and it's not fair to the employees or customers. For a better idea, go check out the Lisbon, CT location or the Warwick, RI (Bald Hill) location, which are far busier, and yet run smoothly.

Target always have what we need for the family. Little bit of a line at self-check out today, but the leads quickly organized everything and the flow was restored. Thanks Target.

You'll find items scattered throughout the store that have been thrown into the shelves that don't belong. Full carts of books just camping for days, blocking other books from being bought. Another thing. Really? Wth? Bandaids display in the electronics department?!? Whoever the manager is should be ashamed.

Sales floors are disgusting, bathrooms are NEVER clean and often have graffiti on the walls. Being followed by staff members who have no intention of assisting your shopping experience and watching employees walk away in order to disregard you flagging them down for help. Store is often severely understocked as shelves look either empty or completely a mess and it’s impossible to find what I’m looking for. Often leading me to hunt down an often hiding employee who grunts or huffs when I ask them to help me find the product listed as in stock. Its evident no one here at this store cares about their job or the cleanliness and safety of the store made painfully obvious during busy days when their customers just leave their shopping carts directly in front of the exit doors making it impossible for anyone to leave without requesting that someone clear a path. Not sure who this store is catering to either as they cater to demographics that aren’t presently in this town. There are no mens products sold here that are either affordable or of any decent quality and god forbid I can find a belt. Sketchbooks for art are either tremendously cheap and low quality or so overpriced no one in their right mind would pay that asking price. This store just seems wildly out of touch with how a store should operate and sell to.

New 5 star review! Apparently Target "got the message". Walked in the store recently and as I approached the check out area, I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. Three people were manning the cash registers!Yesterday for whatever reason, the stores were extremely busy. After waiting in line for my 2nd time, needless to say, my patience was wearing thin. Opting for the shorter line, manned by a real person and I might add the only one on a Saturday no less, I thought was my best bet for speedy service. However, that was not to be as the clerk engaged in conversation with the customer. Not just a comment, mind you, but a discourse on whatever. Your store either needs to tape shut your lone cashier's mouth or put more people behind cash registers.

Tried calling first thing in the morning about my wallet, 8:30, &. 8:45. The customer service phone just rang I let it ring at 20 times before hanging up both calls. Poor customer service. If someone lost or misplaced and needed to contact store first thing is more then likely when they would do it. No one answered.

These stores without bags are so frustrating. Let's keep pretending it's for the planet. Meanwhile they never stop selling plastic water bottles. I guess them getting richer, while we get poorer helps the planet. What a crock. Having to carry everything in our hands, while paying.

Bought a rainbow high dollhouse for my kid for Christmas only to find it had been removed and returned stuffed with drywall for housing. I thought stores had to check tampered with seals before they accepted a return

All the self checkouts were closed. If that doesn't change, I will never shop there again. Self checkout is the literal only thing this store has going for it. Without it, nah.

Spent ten minutes in line behind a single customer who the inept cashier was struggling to help, then ended up putting my items back on the shelves, rather than getting in the massive line for the self-checkout. An excruciatingly poor shopping experience here every time.

Clean store, easy to find what your looking for. Prices slightly higher than Walmart, but a better experience. You can actually find someone to help you find stuff, worth the Xtra couple dollars to be able to get in and out quickly, less stressful.

Love going to this Target. My husband and I recently went this past weekend. We were in no rush, and I noticed that a lot of the customers seem to be complaining that there was no staff. I was shocked when I heard one Very rude customer get upset when one girl seemed to be rushed and was going on her break. Dude. Let her go on break. They are entitled to that. Apparently after covid everyone forgot how to be Human. I also experienced a very rude older couple behind us while we were patiently waiting in line while one girl worked the Starbucks. I work for Starbucks myself, but not one attached to a Target. Again. People need to Stop. Think. And keep their comments to themselves. If you are in Such a rush. Go elsewhere. Go online. Or deal with it. Be Kind. If I could have jumped behind the counter and helped I would have.

Actually, this is Fran I stopped at Target hoping to find a shirt to wear out to dinner this Saturday. I found three possible tops tried them on and bought two. This is a difficult time of year to find clothes, so I was thrilled to walk out with two great finds. I love Target I can usually find something nice for a great price.

Just no. There is no rhyme or reason to how they organize the store. For example, you can literally find various kitchen goods across more than half of the store. Makes zero sense. Even asking employees where you can find a specific item meets confusion. You can find THE EXACT SAME ITEM at more than one location too. I left feeling like I'd rather go to Amazon to save my time.

I do a curbside pickup multiple times a week -- and every single associate who comes to deliver my order is just an absolute joy. Two notable moments: last week, an item was missing from my order that was charged. After a few calls, the item was delivered AND the manager on duty came out to give us some cookies to thank us for our patience. Today, my little one fell asleep before the order came out. As the associate approached the car, I put my finger to my lips and she got it right away. She made a point of being as quiet as she could be and I am so thankful. The customer service for curbside is incredible.

This may seem petty but I just drove all the way here to buy Kids medicine and the doors are locked at 950pm. I can get in and buy medicine before closing at 10. Manager standing On the other side of the doors swinging a radio around by the lanyard.

Went to Target today and the self checkout line was almost next to none. So I went to the self checkout line and the associate there stood there and watched me through the entire process. So of course I took no offense but it then gets worse. A white lady was there calling for assistance and of course the associate was so focused on me the only black person in the store and doing self checkout so I'm the suspicious person so she didn't even realize the white lady, the lady of her kind was calling for help. I paid for my items and she still watched me until I got through the door.

Very nice clean store with great employees. I couldn't find what I went on for but I only had to wait like 2 seconds before I found someone who helped and took me right to the item. Also ended up in a great conversation with the guy working in the children's clothes section. I will definitely be back!

They don’t open enough registers. It was a Saturday today and one register was open. 2 employees were just talking to each other. They expect us to use self checkout a lot. I don’t work for target, and I shouldn’t be expected to scan my own items. They never stock the shelves. I’ve had to ask for someone to get items from the back, if I can find an employee. Really bad parking lot, people can’t park in a spot barely. Very tiny and poorly set up. A true disappointment.

Please show patience and compassion to retail staff people. I went to target this morning and a worker was handling training someone new, helping at self checkout, ringing people out and dealing with order pickup. I wish I had gotten her name cause she was handling so many things at once and still said have a great day.

This store itself is very nice, clean, well stocked, and great employees. I just find Target itself has turned into basically an overpriced version of Walmart in the past 5 years. It's almost comical. Quality has stayed the same or gone down in areas while prices go up. Pretty displays don't change this fact.

The team members that work there were great. Especially a lady named Joy that worked in the electronics department. She went out of her way to help me with some videogaming questions. She was very nice and patient with helping me. Thank you very much Joy.

Good selection of a variety of brands of products. The only thing that I've noticed is that there are often long check out lines at my local Target. Sometimes, I think that I will be able to get in & out quickly for pick up of a few items, and the wait in line causes me to miscalculate how long I will be in and out, and able to get on to my next task, errand, or back to work from break.

I called this store at 0830 am today because I heard they would be receiving the Xbox Series X. The girl who answered the phone told me that they did not receive any and that they wouldn’t because they don’t receive shipments on Sundays.Fast forward to 530pm, I went to this same target to pick up a few items and I decided to go to the electronics department to ask them if they expected to receive any. The employee there told me he just sold the last one. I am beyond angry that the employee this morning lied to me on the phone. I could and would have came right in if I knew they actually had them in stock. I spoke with the manager and he made excuses for this employee and offered nothing to me in order to make up for this error on their part.I am beyond disgusted with Target due to this.
