Michelle was very attentive listening to my concerns. My pup was very hesitant for his first grooming but I felt so much better after talking with her. She put us both at ease. He had a great experience and I am thankful for the love and attention she gave him. He looked wonderful!!

Always bring Eavie to get nails done. Everyone's been great with her. Very nice staff! Great customer service. They always explain what they did and how everything went. I feel comfortable leaving Eavie there knowing she's in good hands.

My rescued dog (Asher) has many anxiety issues. Michelle, Asher's Petco groomer, is so wonderful with Asher. She understands his issues, and Asher is very fond of her. Asher used to literally have to be dragged into the grooming area, but ever since he has had Michelle as his groomer, he willingly runs to her. I feel very good about leaving Asher in her care. She always does an amazing job!

Having Staffordshire Terriers I am apprehensive to bring my dogs anywhere public from the stigma on the breed. Bringing them to this particular Petco is comforting because the groomers are very loving towards my dogs. The manager of the department has her own Staffies which eases my concerns mentioned above. Not to mention the groomers are always professional and friendly.

My main reason is that everyone I have had a chance to talk to at this location , truly loves animals and seems to enjoy their job. The people who do the grooming and handle my dog are really wonderful and they do a great job
