Go to buy potting soil advertised at buy 3 get 3. Big sign right where the product is, I put 12 on my cart buy 6 get 6 but NO I was charged pet bag nothing free. Called corporate they say stores fault that sale ended but the sign is up in bold letters stating buy 3 get 3. I was blamed for their mistakes. No money back no apology. Poorest customer service from Lowe's in Killingly Commons. Other customers were also complaining no satisfaction from that store or corporate. Do better Lowe's

Lowe's was incredible! Never been to this Lowe's before. Worker there named Dennis greeted us when we first walked in, was helpful but not annoying. Showed us great things on the way to why we came. What great staff! AMAZING! He wore a SeaBees cap, just a great employee. Going back FOR SURE

My husband & I visited the Killingly, CT store late this evening (12/2/2023) to buy what we needed for our bathroom renovation. James in plumbing answered several questions for us. We filled 2 very heavy carts and struggled to make our way to check out & load our truck. Heather from the appliance area chased us down & offered to check us out right where we were. She did so quickly & with a friendly sense of humor. She gave us our military discount & thanked my husband several times for his service. My husband asked if she could cancel a large order we had placed online. She agreed happily & said we should head to the exit. Once we got there, Jeff at a register relayed to us that she was successful. Another young man helped us load our truck and off we went. Lowes, and the Killingly store especially, always exceeds our expectations & tonight was the icing on the cake. Thank you!!

This Lowes is large, so large in fact finding somebody to help you here is like finding somebody to help you in the sahara desert. Also when you do find a person or group they usually act busy or walk fast in the other direction. Luckily if you've been to a Lowes before you should pretty much know where everything is. At least it's well stocked.

Went in today for some backsplash had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle in the flooring department. Outstanding service went way out of his way to help us. Even spent so much time finding what we wanted on hold with a Worcester store way longer then I would have. Thank you Kyle for your help.

I have to throw a shot out to Panda. She was amazingly helpful to me the other day! Went in to buy a Christmas tree and there were none unopened left. I ended up with a beautiful floor model that is perfect for my house! Panda took her time with me and was patient. Both Panda and Chad worked together and gave me a wonderful deal and had me laughing on a terrible day. So i just wanted to say thank you so much!!

I am always amazed on how clean and orderly this huge store is. Priced are reasonable and they carry high quality products. Their garden center always seems to carry the unusual variety of trees and plants. We bought three beautiful flowering peach trees that we planted in our new island. We get slot of compliments from our neighbors.

I DO NOT recommend buying apple trees here. You may feel secure with one year return policy but if you plant in spring you may not know they are dead until too late, which happened to us. You would think a month past the window the store would still switch it out but I was told no due to policy. There should be a bigger leeway on trees and you would think the store, if they wanted to keep your business would provide you with a substitute tree especially if you have tags and receipts. Again I would not recommend purchasing apple trees here and I will no longer be purchasing any other trees here. Otherwise the other flowers and shrubs I purchased survived.

Many thanks to the nice cashier today who helped me by putting a large container of deck cleaner in my car. Without his help, I would not have been able to even lift the container out of my cart. Same goes for the lady in the paint dept. who put the container in the cart for me. My compliments to Lowe's for hiring the best of the best.

I brought back a lawnmower that i had bought earlier that day. I was having trouble assembling it once out of the box. In the meantime a friend came over and offered to sell me one of theirs since they had just bought new ones. When i brought it back i was given the full refund with no questions asked. They are helpful when i am looking for items, and will always refer me to someone that has knowledge on the product im interested in...great place to shop !

Lots of stuff in stock, found what I needed quickly. The only issue is that you will be constantly asked to sign up for a credit card, even after explaining that I don't want one I was told "it's just for this store". The two ladies staged at the entrances/exits were surprisingly aggressive about it and one followed my family and I halfway through the store to the ceiling fans. This made for an already difficult trip with a new born and toddler even more difficult.Next time I'll just go alone and I won't be so nice about shutting them down.

First visit. Needed a backpack leaf blower. When putting it together found a tube was cracked. Super easy and quick return process. Replacement examined before I left. No problems with replacement. Will shop there again.

3 separate, large pellet deliveries, perfect every time. No damage to any of the bags, and the delivery drivers are superb and helpful, and was even early by 15 min. Great experience every time for wood pellets. Perfect delivery in under two days.

This is for your Dayville Store in Ct. Tyler and Lucas outstanding customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable , friendly. I almost gave up in posting this review. It became so frustrating being blocked by survey/sweepstake sign up which I do not want see or have to by pass. I just wanted to post a review.Your review process is terrible for just wanting to post review. We do not care about sweepstakes when you block customer in forcing them to check off to recieve advertisements just to get to the review screen. Your video is not dispalying the easiest way to review just go to website of the store and scroll down to reviews and then it allow you to review.
