These days, it’s quite rare to receive adequate customer service, let alone exceptional. In a search for a specific food, I was lucky enough to have Cindy answer my call today. I explained that their location was a bit far from me and that I have a young child on a schedule. My dog (with a heart condition and specified raw diet) had been without her food due to delivery issues, and I was in a pinch. Without hesitation, Cindy offered to bring my order to her home which was at least 20+ minutes closer to me, and I could pick it up there. I’m not sure any other business would have done this for a non customer. Truly an exceptional experience and wonderful person. I will be driving to Darien any chance I get, and you should too!

We are in belief that customer service and customer care will keep a business going for the long haul. This place has been that and we are happy to give them our business and compliments.Even with a location with not much parking, it’s flow is great. We get our dog products here, and they are reasonably priced and in stock.Well done

It is now 10 42 am on TUESDAY Feb 2nd and this store is still closed with no explanation on their phones!This is why chewy and other huge retailers dominate the pet market ...Hours posted are 10am to 6pm and the weather is perfectly permitting to drive ... recently snowed but roads are clear.PURE LAZIEST owner /management I've ever seen at a local pet store .... ILL cook my dog food before I go here again on principle...... if I could give it minus stars I would.

I truly love this place and it deserves more credit than it gets. The staff is so friendly and I feel so comfortable shopping here. My father has been coming here for around 10 years and we prefer to go nowhere else. Thank you guys so much for being great!!!

Customer service matters!!This is an incredibly cute boutique pet shop in Darien that I was eager to check out as supporting small business is something that is important to me. (Especially post pandemic) while the mini poodle who greeted me at the door was beyond friendly, that is the extent of the warmth I felt upon entering. A group of woman talked amongst themselves while failing to greet me or ask if I needed any help. In a world where everything is flipped upside down, kindness goes along way and for that reason I will not be back.

I paid Pawprint Market a visit for the first time about 3 weeks ago and will be a continued patron going forward. Love the selection. It’s especially wonderful that they carry family-operated Fromm kibble in an age where the majority of kibble is of questionable quality produced by mass-market dog food companies. The baskets of choose-your-own bully sticks is an awesome touch and the house dogs are sweet and well trained. 👍

Hands down the best - they are so knowledgeable and treat their customers like partners in their pets upbringing. Cindy helped us so much when we were planning our new puppies arrival and when we found we had some issues - went over and beyond to help us. Won’t shop anywhere else for my pup.

This is hands down the best place! Jennifer and the women are so knowledgeable about everything pets! They have saved me so many times with advice for my two boxers! My kids love visiting because its just a happy place! I get all my food, supplements, toys, chews, treat, leashes, harnesses etc for Pawprint!

The Pawprint Market is far more than just a retailer. TPM serves as both an information resource and community center, with owner-operator Jenn and manager Cindy capably guiding their patrons. Whether your pet has needs that fall in the realm of nutrition, behavior, grooming or recreation, they go above and beyond to supply you (and your pet) with the best options available. Their customer service is top-notch, and their human and canine staff members are a delight. Whether you stop in to shop, or stop in just to visit, you'll always walk out with a smile.

Cute store. Terrible customer service. Judgemental and rude lady who will sell correction collars but will also admonish you for asking about them. Went in as a new dog mom looking for help and left crying and feeling like a bad pet parent due to her horrible and mean attitude. I’ll never step foot in there again.

It's a cute shop and the owners are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have just about any quality pet food you could want, and will order for you as well. The toys are adorable, and they're the only place I know of that sells the raw dog food brand I like.

Pawprint Market is a special place. We get everything for our pets there from dog food (they deliver to the house), to treats, toys, collars, etc. Years ago, Jen and Cindy were the ones who ultimately found the perfect food for our very allergic dog who used to scoot around the carpet. Pawprint is a dog friendly, local gem.

I had previously been to purchase a dog leash for my dog which worked really well and the person assisting me was knowledgeable and helpful. The most recent time I visited, the door was kept locked for COVID safety reasons which I understand, but then the person who worked there opened the door and said I would only be allowed in if I was actually going to purchase something - how was I supposed to know if I was going to?? There’s no specified sign saying curb side only or anything... SO RUDE

I love this place. They always go out of their way to help you. If they do not have something in the store they will quickly order it for you. Very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The dogs are usually around and love company.

Best place in fairfield county. Just the knowledge alone Jen and Cindy have is well worth the trip there but they will also go out of their way to help you with your dog or cat. They’ll research, they’ll search and special order if need be! A combination of knowledge, care and quality you won’t find elsewhere
