What happened to the old staff at the Danielson Dunkin’ Donuts? They always made my coffee to perfection. I would go out of my way just to go to that Dunkin’ Donuts because they were on point always the staff was always friendly. The last three times I have gone my coffee is terrible and the people that work there Personalities stink. This is the coffee I ordered medium regular Caramel swirl iced coffee with a turbo shot. Where is the cream in this coffee? Where is the sugar in this coffee? And where is the caramel swirl? This coffee is terrible. Please bring back the staff that used to work there

The staff are always very nice and I never want to complain, however recently my orders have been a mess. I’m very busy and I leave early for work as is, but do not have time to turn around and have an entire order remade, so I figured I would leave a review. Both coffees were made incorrectly and despite the order giving instructions to toast the bagel, add mocha to coffee and to have the second sandwich on a bagel rather than croissant, everything turned out backwards. Mistakes happen, but with the prices increasing the least that could be done, is double checking the order and making sure it is correct.

Waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told to drive to window to order. Another 10 minutes just to get to the window by then I needed to leave to be able to get to work on time. Sadly the just reopened.

I've been Dunkin for years, and I've got to say this is the best crew I've ever had to deal with. They hustle and are on point! I work overnights and the last thing in the world I want to deal with in the morning is waiting and no conversation! These girls are great!

I'm updating my review on here. The current morning employees are amazing. Always polite and know my order as soon as they see me. Even when they seem short staffed at times they are still very efficient in multitasking to get their customers orders set. You girls are amazing!!

Slowest Dunkin I've ever seen. I go everyday for lunch. Spend close to10-15m in the drive through if there's one car there. They have one person take orders one at a time and make coffee and food.. they count the drawer at 12 (lunch rush) so inside is just as slow. If there's 2 cars in line I drive by because it will take over 20 minutes..This isn't a few times... This is everyday. If you can go anywhere else for lunch break.

Waited at the window for 10 minutes, no one even came to take our payment, there was 4 people inside just standing around, one standing around drinking a drink and talking and another on their phone, waited a few more minutes but ended up leaving because they were taking too long and didn’t acknowledge us

Great Duncan staff are very nice large selection. I love Dunkin rather than some of the local coffee shops that are around that generally don’t have very good items on the menu, or aren’t open!

The service is not the problem the service was actually great. It’s the fact that anytime after 8am they have no French crawlers every time I go they have none I can go anytime of the day and they have none at all, I was told that someone who works there in the AM takes them all home at the end of her shift. This honestly causes them to lose my business all together I don’t even go there now because what’s the point of they don’t have the donuts I want ever

Open from 5-5 yet closes every other day at 2 or 12. For what?? What’s the point. Not to mention there can be 1-0 cars in line and it takes them longer than a full line at the Brooklyn dunkin.

Friday morning window girl is very rude! They can never get an order right then you tell them nicely they made a mistake and they give you attitude!! As a manager in customer service and food service that is just ridiculous!

Super slow spent 40 minutes in line for her to hand me iced coffees when I ordered hot the she said "oh I knew they were supposed to be hot" thanks for making me late for work! Never again will I go there.

I lived at DD until I bought an espresso machine. Saves me a TON on coffee. But if you're going to have someone else make your coffee, go to Dunkin.

Waited in drive through for over 15 mins and still never made it to the order process, then watched an employee go out to smoke a cigarette with 9 cars backed up, what a joke!! AVOID if your in a hurry!!

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give no stars. This is the second time I've gone there and been told I couldn't get what I wanted to order because they were closing and this time it was half an hour before they closed. Poor service by any standards and I work in the food service industry. So disappointing.
