Really disappointed in this store as far as online orders. I have placed many orders through Amazon Prime beginning during the Pandemic when it was a medical necessity and there was always a problem with the produce like celery or Broccoli being rotten, I actually submitted photos to Amazon and all they can do us refund but when it happens every single time they begin to think you are lying and just trying to scam them for refunds and it shouldn't be a problem like that more than once when you have spoken to the store and to Amazon and even sent messages direct to the shopper that say "please make sure my produce is fresh." Also, in the store itself the produce is often not that fresh or things are past their date, especially organics so you do have to check dates in things. But what is really a problem is online shopping will say you have 5 hours to place an order for a delivery window today, so you are placing things in your cart and suddenly it changes to say you have 17 hours for a delivery window tomorrow, nothing today is available now. I mean what did we jump some quantum timeline? Because 5 seconds turns into 5 hours? And so I select pickup so I can still get my groceries that I need today and that's not even available! Only pickups tomorrow are available. It doesn't make sense. It's only 3 pm so why are there no pickups available by 9pm? Did your shoppers quit? People with medical issues or no vehicle cannot just hop in a car and get to thw store so it's a major inconvenience when time frames just glitch out like that. Also the ice cream freezers are always on the blink. Sometimes everything in them is covered in ice and frost and the product is freezer burned. They have had to several times sell out the stock at reduced prices and then the freezers were empty but they don't seem to fix the issue. All around disappointing experience. UPDATE: Sad that Owner blames Amazon for my experience. Is it Amazon's fault I received rotten produce on several occasions from your store that they had to refund me for? Is it Amazon's fault you keep produce and other goods that are past their due date on shelves? is it Amazon's fault your icecream freezer is always malfunctioning and all the icecream is covered in frost and freezer burned? Should I need an ice pick to get to my ice cream? Amazon's fault? I bought these tonight at your store. I threw away an entire bag of Orex organic seedless green grapes yesterday because they were moldy after 2 days in my fridge. Those are still for sale in your store! Amazons fault?

Was excited to try these new sandwiches. However, they are ALWAYS days old and never freshly made. Today was a fresh one and to my surprise it was very sloppy. This should have been called the "arugula and balsamic sandwich" since that's what it mostly was. The bread was day old bread as well.. I wonder if the same person that makes the burnt pizza made these. You would never know because no one is EVER working behind that sandwich making area. Also, the only person that doesn't burn the pizza is the dude with the glasses. Speaking of glasses, the elder gentleman in the deli with glasses is an absolute SAINT. He is the nicest person that works in that area. Give that man a raise

This has been our go-to grocery store for years!! I understand the state of the economy but the lack or stock is crazy. Clearly we all have the same taste because our go-to brands are never in stock! No arugula for weeks. Uncle Matt’s pulp free OJ is rarely on the shelf. No organic strawberries. No mountain valley spring water. No grass fed burgers. Their coffee bar was also closed on a Saturday? After leaving extremely disappointed we tried back on Sunday and still nothing. Will have to go back for a 3rd time during the week. Our gas bill will be almost as much as our grocery bill now. In all seriousness, whoever is planning inventory needs to step it up!!

They have a great produce section and the hot bar is very good if you are willing to pay 11.99 for Mac n cheese. Nice clean store but I prefer to go to a store where I can get all my grocery needs.

The store baggers really need to learn how to bag groceries properly. It actually matters how you bag them. If you throw everything in together stuff gets ruined. You can't throw frozen items in on top of fresh fruits and vegetables (yes, this was done and they got freezer burned from the frozen items sitting on top of them!) Also heavy stuff like bottles of water or juice on top of fresh bread squashes the bread. They take the time to ask if you want your berries taped shut but then throw everything in the bag haphazardly like that destroying your goods? Also you are wasting money on bags which must cost your business a ton of money. I appreciate the heavy duty bags don't get me wrong but I have so many of them in my car it's a waste. I tell them every single time I don't need bags bc I have them in the car and every time they don't listen and they bag them anyway. This stuff matters both to the customer and to the store owner. If your baggers are goofing off and not paying attention they are wasting people's goods and costing the store money. That adds up. Thry don't care bc you're paying them and it doesn't come out of their check, but you will lose customers and revenue so maybe something to consider.

The produce was fresh - especially the Bartlett Pears I purchased. The frozen salmon fillets are tasty. I really liked the honest replies I got to my questions of staff members. The pricing was much better than I expected. My only complaint? The difficulty I experienced reaching the store. The location isn't an easy one for anyone like me located in North Central Connecticut

[Follow up on this: the out-of-stock issues continue. Why have something on sale if you don’t have it in stock??] Is this WF closing or are they just really bad at keeping items in stock?! They are regularly out of everything. My latest visit, there was no bread in either the bread aisle or the bakery, the fresh meat and poultry was low, etc. Amazon needs to open another WF in the area to keep this one on its toes. Or it’s an opening for a local market like Caraluzzi’s to win over WF fans.

After being diagnosed with cancer I moved from Trader Joe’s to Whole Food several years ago. It’s my once or twice a week store. Always in early hours after taking the dog for a walk. I noticed how gradually the quality of veggies is sliding down. Now I have to choose a pack of fresh salads more carefully as part of them happens to be dead already, or a fresh cucumber completely soft on one end and needs to be cut off from the crunchy part of it, or there’s always empty shelf for something banal as carrots … or green cabbage.Papaya never becomes softer sitting on my countertop for days and eventually becomes rotten and moves to the garbage.. As I buy only organic, I check the shiny surface of apples, cucumbers and zucchini. They always have a thick wax cover which is no sense to remove as there will be something left anyway.. So I just peel it. Supposed to be the most nutritionally rich part and the best fiber . Hard to find 25 g of fiber if I peel all organic veggies trying to limit the army of toxins around and in the organic food we buy. Very different from European standards! And several months ago alarmed by the use of Apeel on organic produce, I called the store and was told to be given a call back from the manager. Never happened.

Was just there - peanut butter on the shelves was open and peanut butter was on the outside of the containers. THREE containers were like this. Last two times I ordered delivery the peanut butter was opened on the inside seal - completely opened.this is unsafe for folks with peanut alleriges. And its disgusting that people are opening products both in the store and sending in deliveries. Foul

I always like going to this Whole Foods. People are professional charismatic and care about what they do they do. It's crazy that they're always friendly and never seem aggravated it's like they take their job very seriously which is a good thing. Then. One of my friends works there and when I go there he still's on his best behavior even though we tend to have goofed off in school he still does a good job. It's a great place to go if you have money if you're a semi hobo like me don't go done stuff is pricy.

This store Feels cluttered and claustrophobic. Staff however are super helpful. Not a superb gluten free selection compared to other local supermarkets.

Sat afternoon, busy, no cut tiramisu a bummer. The place would benefit from having a separate entrance and an exit. And today's update. Cold disgusting coffee and barista female must have noticed that but couldn't care less. People working there need to be excited they work at a whole foods and pay attention to details. That's not Walmart.

They have pretty good natural food and we go there pretty often. My complaint is that we ordered something from their bakery and when we read the ingredients, we found out that there were trans fats. Also, the prices can sometimes be a little pricy but usually the prices are ok. The prices can also sometimes be even cheaper than other stores.

Ordered a Roasted vegetable pizza over thanksgiving weekend. The guy just heated an already existing cheese pizza sprinkled with some vegetables. Outcome was overly done cheese pizza with raw uncooked vegetables!! Family was hungry… managed to gulp some, trashed most of the burnt pizza and the raw veggies….

I love everything about this Whole Foods. Pro tip - try their grill station for an incredibly fresh and delicious burger. The staff their is also incredibly nice. Maybe I order too many burgers, but they know me by name at this point 😂
