Because of their amazing customer service skills we have a new family member.Petco is still going strong with great customer service and friendly employees.

Helpful staff, great location, just wish they stocked my dog’s food - always have to go to Brookfield or New Milford.We did one grooming appointment here and it was wonderful, but I haven’t been able to book another appointment since (online booking is not available and no one called me back when I tried to book by phone) Hope appointments come back soon!

Had an appointment with the vet clinic for my dog, staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The price for all my dogs shots and her meds for heartwormWas so much better than my regular vet. Highly recommend.

I’m a little late with this review but I wanted to make sure my appreciation was given. I placed an online order with this store about a month ago. The manager (Lynn), brought my cart right up to me. I mentioned that I do rescue in a quick conversation we had. She said “come with me”….she had items in a cart that she mentioned were going to be donated and told me to help myself to whatever my fosters could use. What an amazing and unexpected gesture!! Rescues run off of donations and donations have slowed down over the past couple of years due to financial hardships that many are going through so when unexpected help comes our way like it did that day, it helps more than anyone knows. Great store….great management. Thank you 🙏🏼🐾

Not only was everyone so helpful and knowledgeable, I got to communicate with the store manager who is absolutely lovely. She helped me to decide on a purchase and we talked about our animals. Lynn is absolutely extraordinary. Her influence is creating such an incredibly welcoming environment at this location. I’ve been going to the Danbury store for years and I’ve never seen it run as smoothly as it does since Lynn is there. Kudos to her! I’ll be returning regularly and looking forward to my next Petco pilgrimage !

Overall, Petco is a great place to buy pet supplies and services. They have a wide variety of products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices. I would definitely recommend Petco to anyone who is looking for a one-stop shop for their pet needs.

Took my pup to get his nails trimmed. The website stated trimmings don't require an appointment. at the store they said it does require an appointment. I asked to make an appointment, they asked me to wait until the dog in there was done grooming. I waited over an hour, saw multiple dogs come out and they told me I would still have to wait ....just to make an appointment. If you don't already have an established relationship with them for grooming, I recommend going anywhere else, the time you save will more than make up for any price difference.

My dog got the de-shedder bath with the nail buffing and the teeth cleaning as well as feet and bum trimmed. Everything was done very well, except his face still had the tear marks and eye gunk that was dry. I’m used to that being cleaned also. At home, I use a hot wash cloth to clean it up.

Not a fan of Petco overall, but the management and staff at this branch are top notch. It is nice to see a team with such a customer-centric approach as part of a chain that is usually a lot less so. This branch has earned me as a loyal customer.

My dogs can be very difficult when getting their nails trimmed. The technician was friendly and my dogs were comfortable with her. She did their nails quickly with no distress at all to my dogs.

I came in at 7:20pm and been looking for help. Only one person on register and it was a young lady. She did help me but she was stuck on the register. A older gentlemen tried to supposedly help didn’t really answer my question. Seem like he didn’t care. No one else on the floor to help. Only if the young lady wasn’t on the register, I would have had a better experience. My money and time must not matter to Petco. Amazon it is then.
