Went with my buddy to this random Pet Store we heard about in Danbury. I wasn’t ready for the amazing experience that I was about to have. Just talking with the owner, Enzo was worth the trip. His friendliness, knowledge, and just love of the hobby made me enjoy his store even more. Felt so overstimulated but wound up leaving with two beautiful golden Severums for under $20.Variety, Quality and Value!!Do yourself a favor and take a trip to Danbury Aquarium Fish & Supplies, you won’t be disappointed!

I can't give this place a 1 star because they have great fish in great condition. Never had any issues until a fish arrived DOA. The box was clearly damaged in transit. So they refunded me the cost of the fish and I ate the 80 dollars for shipping. There was no apologies, no consideration. Just speculation that I may of not been being truthful in the matter. This was my favorite place to order fish from. I just couldn't be anymore disappointed with the customer service. It's good until something arrives dead.

I’ve have been to this store several times with my daughters. We have purchased numerous fish. Which are happy and healthy. The owner is great! He was so good at answering ALL my daughters questions and showing them all of there favorite fish. He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Great selection of both fresh and saltwater. I highly recommending. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place, owner so helpful and friendly! Specialized in cichlids, but has great tetras and other community fish too. Place hard to find, literally behind the auto sales place so park in the empty lot across the street by the milagro taco truck🙂

I was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem of a tropical fish store in Danbury. Nice healthy fish. Great prices and the owner will go out of his way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Customer service is 5 stars. In 25 days I have been there and brought fish 4 times. Drop in the store every Tuesday because he is always bringing in something new and great prices.

Danbury aquarium has the # 1 best customer service online experience I have ever Delt with. I have had a bad experience with orders from other companies whare I have ordered and ordered and spent lots of money trying to get a lemon Oscar and they kept on sending me some other kind of Oscar well this is whare Danbury aquarium has went over and beyond to help me out they sent pictures 📸 to show me what I was getting so they have the very best quality with there customer service so thank you for all that you do

I ordered a beautiful blue phantom Pleco. He had an extra large gorgeous girl and two small zebra Pleco’s all great quality. Very good communication as he was shipping across the country. My fish arrived next day healthy and very good looking. He even included one extra baby zebra Pleco for my new tank! This is a fantastic seller. Price was really good and unlike other sellers I’ve ordered from who will ship fish and not package them well or with enough water they really need just to avoid the extra they pay in shipping because of weight, you could tell plainly they took the time to pack the fish safely and where they would be healthy and not stressed out not cutting corners or risking their health to make a buck. I will be back! I highly, highly recommend this seller. ,

Stopped in this morning. I understand how the place is hard to find as it’s in the back part of the owners auto shop. Surprising selection of fish both fresh and salt water (and supplies). Tank water is properly isolated unlike the systems at the “big box” pet stores. Today was just a scouting visit but I will be back for a purchase soon.-Henry

Really nice arrangement for a startup store, lots of BIG ticket fish for large tanks. Very healthy convict cichlids. Little hard to park unless your rocking a fiat 500 like I was store is behind the auto shop. Same guy owns both places! Pretty nice green Titan V8 outside, fish shops just beyond that beast. Got a fair price on a 35 Hex at time of review, even let me negotiate it down a few extra dollars.Good selection of lights for both nano and large tanks as well.
