Went for the dog washing station...it is amazing! They provide the shampoo (and have tons of options!) and unlimited large microfiber towels...the stations also have dryers that are awesome! And for only $10 it's a steal...will definitely be back!

Staff is amazing here! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me pick out everything I needed when I adopted a kitten and told me to call any time if I had questions. I came back a couple weeks later to buy more food and the staff remembered me and asked how the kitten was doing and how my dog and husband were adjusting to it. Prices are reasonable and selection is good but the staff makes this place worth going back.

I started visiting this store when I changed by Dog's food to a premium brand after he switched to adult food. The store has almost all premium brands of dog food, the staff is friendly and helpful, the collection of other stuff is decent. This store also has a self dog wash facility. My only point for not giving a 5 star is because of the size of the store which limits its ability to keep variety of per products.

Great store but there are a few employees who will push you around. They think they know everything but don't have a education or a clue. My wife is a veterinarian technician and they told her some things are ok for animals that no vet would ever agree. Good store but if they ask you if you need any help just say no!! They are trying to get your money, remember that.

Never a bad experience! My animals love it! Affordable vetco clinics available for cats and dogs. Easy D-I-Y doggy wash station, just bring your own brushes and they provide the aprons, and towels! Many things to by from food for cats and dogs to small rodent supplies. Rewards program available as well! Staff are very polite and helpful!

I like the treatment I get at PET VALU everytime I go there or make my order's over the Phone. I get very CURTIOUS ATTENTION AND SERVICE. IF I HAVE TOO RETURN ANYTHING I HAVE NO PROBLEM AT ALL.THANK YOU PET VALU WORKER'S IV'E BEEN WITH THEM FOR ALMOST A YEAR.

I needed a quick dog wash. Everyone was super helpful and as an added bonus the dog wash was half price this week! Choice of shampoo and doggie treats too. We'll be back!

Fantastic local store since I got a new puppy they have had everything I needed from food toys treats bedding, everything! They are awesome I highly recommend this place

I have never had a bad experience here. This location is very tidy and clean, they offer onsite tubs for you to bathe your pets in and a variety of toys and food for them as well.

I never leave bad reviews BUT I brought my dog in for a dog wash and was told the dog wash was closed. It’s 4:45, they close at 6:00. Customer service, absolute trash.

Will not be going back. Staff needs to learn to keep condescending comments to themselves. If I choose a $6 bottle of turtle food over a $30 bottle, my money my choice. If the food is "ew" like she said, why is is being sold here and every other pet store I've been to?
