UPDATE as of 1/21/23:We have not seen nor spoken with anyone from Sabrina since their meaningless response to this post. Our hole in the ground is exactly the same. Through our lawyer, they requested $1500 more dollars, because they claimed that the damage was not covered by the warranty, which we paid and they cashed in October 2022. It is now January 2023 and they have not made any effort to contact us or repair the damage that occurred from their negligence. This company has zero compassion or care for their customers and will not hesitate to dump and run. We still have boxes that they dumped in our yard and their equipment. Apparently, it would cost more to fix the damage that they created than the money they would make. If you are hard-working, middle-class people who can't afford to pay more money to fix the mistakes that companies like this make, stay far, far away from Sabrina Pools.Our contract was signed in April 2021, after we initially spoke with them and agreed to work with them in 2020. Our pool is still not finished and our backyard has been torn up with rocks and broken concrete since October 2021. (See below) We literally are working with a lawyer now to hopefully recoup something from this nightmare. We have been very pleasant and patient with them and have had tons of messages not returned, been told many different stories on when it should be completed, which never came true, and basically ignored for almost a year. We initially went with Sabrina pools, due to the many positive reviews that they had, but the vast majority of those positive reviews were with the past owner. Hoping that they will follow through on their end of the bargain, because as of right now, they are not abiding by the contract they signed. Maybe they are only prioritizing the jobs that make them more money, who knows? That’s what it seems like to us. So very disappointed in this whole experience.Service: General construction

Sabrina Pools installed my swimming pool over 20 years ago at the home I purchased 10 years ago. Not only have they opened, closed and maintained the pool for 10 years, they have gone above and beyond to educate me, as I was never a pool owner before, help to troubleshoot problems, and find the most cost effective ways to maintain the pool. The installation of a heater this year was a large undertaking, but John at Sabrina was informative, responsive, professional and dedicated to quality service. He went above and beyond to make sure we had warm water for a Memorial day party. Sabrina built an in ground pool for my family in 2020 and has serviced it since. The most important thing I can say is they stand by their work. Things don’t always go as planned, particularly in construction. Jon and his team were responsive throughout the entire process and any time we called on them in the years since we built our pool. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We signed a contract for an in ground pool in late June. start date August 8 which didn't happen till August 24th.That would have been fine except they never returned my calls regarding our start date. For 3 months they would say we'll be out this date and then not show up and then not return calls or texts. Then out of the blue would call or text all happy to let us know they will be out on such and such date like they haven't ignored our calls for weeks. Our contract states the pool will be done in 60 days. That would have the pool done in Late October. On November 4th they came and did some work on the inside of the pool which we were excited to actually see them. We were told to call the water company and water delivered Monday and we did. They said on that Friday that after water delivery they would be back next week to set up pump, heater etc to finish the pool. Tomorrow will be February 1st and we still have a pool filled with water (now green) and Sabrina Pools has not returned any calls, texts, emails or a letter sent to them by our lawyer. My husband went to Sabrina pools and nobody is there. You can no longer leave a message it says voice mail is full. We are currently talking to another pool company for advice and to see if they can finish our pool considering Sabrina Pools has NO intention of doing so. This company not only took our money but also took what was supposed to be a fun and exciting time and turned it into a nightmare.John & Ginny M.

I tried to be understanding and patient but the lack of communication is unbelievable.I put down a deposit and signed a contract in May of 2022. I was promised an install date of August 22, 2022.Lined up the electrician to come through paid them and had everything lined up. Reached back out to Sabrina pools to confirm the install date and was told I would get a call back.Install date came and went without so much as a call back. Despite calling many times and being promised that I would get a call back.After missing the install date and an employee at the store reached out to the owner and I was told they were a little behind and it would be another two weeks. Two weeks went by and then I was told another two weeks. Then next month. Then as long as the ground wasn't frozen they would get it in before November. Granted I was not thrilled about it being installed and basically being covered right away but I figured I would at least have it for this season.December reached out directly to the owner to see if I was at least first in line for an install since I was told multiple times I was next. Again I heard absolutely nothing back.The communication to say the very least is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend using this company. They can't respond, they can't be bothered to communicate what delays or what the hold ups are. A little transparency would have gone a long way but that is clearly too much to ask for.Service: Above ground pool installation

I really tried my best not to write this review. I’m not this guy, I like to deal with things in person but I feel this is my only and final option. I’m beyond frustrated, they’ve ruined the whole process of doing a home project for me. They’ve stressed me out completely for at least the last 6 months. I’m tired and beat.I signed my contract on 6/6/21, I was told I would have it installed on 5/2/2022. It is now 12/6/2022 and I still have nothing. No phone calls returned, worst customer service ever. I’ve got a list of every time I’ve called the office or John himself and every response I’ve gotten from them. They are completely unresponsive, every date I’ve been given after 5/2 was a complete lie and I highly doubt they even have my pool. I wouldn’t recommend this company if it was the last one left on earth. I’m sure they will respond with some generic comment that they tried to reach out to me or offer my money back but it’s all a lie. Anyone curious can contact me directly and I’ll tell the whole story. Steer clear from this company.

We had John and a team member out. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable at the time, and although the quote took a month longer than they said it would, we were still excited about the prospect of a pool for our family. However, since we received the quote via email, we have been completely “ghosted”- absolutely no response to multiples emails, calls to both the office and John directly, or texts. If they didn’t want the job or didn’t have time or resources for it, we would have respected it if they told us that. So incredibly unprofessional.

I made an appointment way in advance for pool opening before Memorial Day. When the day approached I called to verify the appointment and was given a three hour window of time when the workmen would appear. Despite assurance that they would appear that day, they never showed and did not call to say they were not coming. I feel "stood up."

This company deserves less than zero stars. Kept me waiting for 5.5 hours for first visit (3 hour window my behind), employee left valve open on filter causing flood and water damage to our shed, no one EVER EVER EVER called me back and then waited another 3.5 hours for them to not show up again and no one has responded to my request to repair and replace damage to my shed. Stay as far away as you can. This company is B-A-D!!!!!

They are good but their business hour is not convenient. They are off on the weekend and on the weekdays there are open from 10AM to 4PM which is not helpful for them who works. And I went their store few times for purchasing frog mineral and Chlorine system and they we’re out of stock for more than a month. So overall I am not happy with their services.

Our 35 year old inground pool needed reconstruction, resurfacing and a new liner. Sabrina took on the job, even though it was strictly a manual job- no equipment was possible due to lack of access. It looks great, can't wait to see our "new" old pool and enjoy it this summer!

I was told 3-4weeks to complete after we start.That was in 2020. Jon the owner of the company provides NO updates. Returns almost no phone calls. And when u do get ahold of him don't trust what he says. Countless times I was told by him that he d come out and he just never showed. Some how we get to the almost finish line and now I can't install the abomination of a light they gave me. Because the wires need to be trenched in the ground and they cut the whole for the light above the concrete slap for the footings . In addition to the wrinkles on the steps and liner "tenting" away from the steps and wall.So u would think they would pop over and correct the issue. NO NO NO, remember what I said he doesn't return calls. Even when I advise that I will file a complaint with consumer protection and the better business bureau. And contact an attorney. I hired Sabrina Pools to install my pool over 25 years ago. I have used them to open/close my pool every year. In the event that something goes wrong (closed with chlorine instead of bacquacil) they are quick to return and fix the situation. I have used Sabrina for several years now. They installed my inground pool in 2018 and have provided excellent service since then. They recently installed a slide for me and the slide plumbing. Everyone is super friendly, nice, and helpful. The guys always show up on time for all appointments. I have since sold my house and plan to use them in my new house once the demand for pools normalizes. Sabrina should be your first and only call for a new pool and service needs.

Pools are expensive that is for SURE! We shopped around and Sabrina had the best quality product for the least cost. Sabrina has been very professional answering and helping us with ANY problem and question since installation last spring. The installation went FAST! Deposit on memorial day and we were swimming by mid June! In the beginning we had trouble balancing the water and they were right out with chemicals and advice. A little bummed about the extreme cost of the cover -2500! there are a lot of hidden costs with a pool that is for sure... add 10k to your base estimate to cover the decking and pool cover, that is my advice! I would recommend this company though to anyone. Excellent service

We have our pool up and running since around June 1 and we couldn't be happier with the end product. We found the staff to be knowledgeable, thorough and competent. Most of the people are long time employees who really know their stuff. Every time that we had a problem it was promptly fixed. There isn't one thing that they recommended that we haven't ended up being happy with.We highly recommend Sabrina pools. They have been great!

Sabrina installed my pool last spring. This was my first season opening the pool. The manager and staff have been very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I was having trouble with the vacuum head I was given last year and they replaced it for free. The new one is so much better. I have been very happy with the service at Sabrina, and I know they will continue to be patient with me as I will have many more questions as a new pool owner!

We have been lied to by Sabrina Pools throughout the whole year long process. We have been told to schedule electrical work, landscaping work, and deck installation, while, little did we know, this company had no intentions of installing the pool this year! It was supposed to be done in June. It is now August and now all we have is a half dug hole. We actually had to have them come back because they claimed they had finished the work, when they hadn't even started at that point! After talking with the supplier it was confirmed that Sabrina Pools had never ordered the pool and thatthey were well aware that the work would not be done this year. We have given them the benefit of the doubt all summer, but at this point we are just extremely disappointed and angry for being lied to. We started this procesd last summer! If we had gone with a different company we would have had a pool at the start of this summer. We did our part and we're more than patient and they just totally screwed us.i can't believe it. I have had one interaction with Sabrina Pools and I am giving them 1 star because I can’t go lower.I needed a part for my salt-water pool and found that Sabrina is a dealer, which would be convenient since I live nearby and could pick up part in a day or two. My wife called 5/22/20 and got no return call after being told they would call her right back. I called a few hours later and was told the part I needed would be $900. I happened to be looking at a website that had the same part for $250.I don’t understand how Sabrina Pools can justify charging almost 300% more for parts. If this is how they charge for parts, what is their charge for labor?

Very competitive price. The day of the estimate, they arrived on time! We drove to Coventry to look at the liners and they answered all our questions. Team that installed the liner were very nice, knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation. Made this process easy. Will be using them to install a safety pool cover for the winter too. I called several pool companies/stores and I will use them for all my big purchases.

John on the phone was extremely helpful answering all my questions. I knew it would be a tough job but didn't expect so many issues. All the guys that came out really worked hard to solve each problem they encountered and kept working until it was fixed. They even stopped by a week later when they were in the area to make sure everything was working correctly. Excellent customer service all around. I'm very happy I chose Sabrina pools! I would highly recommend them!
