Was here about 8:20 pm on 04/04/24 and the young cashier boy seemed to have such an aditude about helping me with the self check out.Why do you work in customer service/retail yet have such a disgusting tone with the customers?Honestly makes me not want to come here and I'll just go to Walgreens across the street if that's the service I get here.

The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥️ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. Please keep working together to serve our community.

The store is clean and well stocked. I love being able to get my flu shots etc there. All the employees but one have been helpful and kind. I also love the savings with the card!

Excellent pharmacy staff who were patient with my new insurance! They never gave up and dispute tons of customers they were well staffed and treated Everyone individually! While waiting, they knew at least half of their customers by name and had great relationships with them. Very happy to have switched my pharmacy to them!

I wish my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere so unfortunately I’m stuck with this pharmacy. Most employees are rude and not one of them will do what they can to help. They all (in the pharmacy anyway) do the absolute bare minimum for their customers.

CVS has been our go to pharmacy for as long as we can remember. But today we had a bad experience. And the ratings are solely based on that. We had booked a free heart screening yesterday and as it mentioned, we had to fast for 8 hours to do it. The screening was supposed to happen today at 6 pm and we planned our day accordingly. Around 3, a lady called and told us that the screening can not happen today. She didn't even give us a proper reason why it can't. We were told that "such screenings usually don't take place in the evening" although we don't know why then that time slot was given as an option. My husband even told her that we were fasting for the last 8 hours but she still refused us for the day. We were told to reschedule it which we didn't. Didn't expect this from a pharmacy like CVS.

I never usually do anything like this but I needed to say something about a man who helped me. Max was such a sweet guy, he made sure everyone was helped, and he asked everyone how they were doing. We don’t have a lot of people like him, but I’m so happy he helped me cash out. Such a sweet guy.

This is just for the pharmacy. By no choice of my own I've been using cvs pharmacy; and I can't not stand them. They don't get the Rx I need, and it's a hassle just to get any medication. They make a simple thing such as getting a Rx into a circus. From jumping through hoops and going in circles. Any other pharmacy, they get you the Rx you need no problem. I'm just being nice by giving the pharmacy a 2 star rating. They don't even deserve that.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the name of the person when trying to find out if they had received a script faxed to them by my out of state physician. The person I spoke to was rude and said they did not feel comfortable filling the prescription. SHAME ON THEM. And I have CVS/Caremark prescription insurance through my employer. I will NOT spend my money at this location - perfect example why people don't like CVS. Fortunately I was able to speak with someone at CVS/Caremark directly who are going to arrange to have meds sent via mail. Thank Goodness - won't have to deal with CVS Coventry. Apparently, the person who I talked to was on their "high horse". Where I relocated from they were always pleasant and went above & beyond to please the customer and make sure things were resolved. THUMBS DOWN to this CVS.

Very hard to get an appointment for virus testing. I was given a run around and still get an appointment in Stafford or Coventry.
