When there were some issues with registration, Wayne Ford ensured our concerns were heard and took personal responsibility to follow through. Angie Harrsch was key in completing all the paperwork and fully explained the steps and available options to us. She kept us updated on the status and when the registration was finalized, she coordinated an off site meeting to transfer the plates; saving us a long drive to the dealership, her actions were pivotable in closing the deal.

I spoke to salesman yesterday about a vehicle we saw online, we requested more information on the car so we could decide if we wanted to take the long drive to check it out and wanted to make sure it was worth it. We were sent photos through text and the car-fax screenshots which was great but some information was withheld. We set up an appointment so my husband could drive an additional 45mins from his work to find our salesmen was already busy with other people. My husband went to check out the truck by himself and found multiple dents and one was already rusting plus the inside of tailgate was all scratched up and looked horrible. When he asked why they didn’t tell us the information when we asked for photos of course there wasn’t a clear answer. It was not worth what they were asking or worth the drive to check it out. We own a toyota already from another dealership and been to many locations and this location was very unorganized and unprofessional. Honesty is key especially when you want to make a sale! :)

Of special note is Antonio Ho who worked diligently in getting a new hybrid Camry delivered to me in less than 10 days despite of the continued supply shortage. Horrible horrible experience. Went to get information to purchase a vehicle, and the salesman and manager both were not helpful. We didn't feel comfortable at all with the staff. Being told i will get specs in and email 24hrs later and to go to YouTube to get the specifications for a vehicle was and is so very unprofessional. They did not even offer to show me a vehicle until were leaving, and the vehicle was not the vehicle i was interested in. I will make sure not to recommend future car buyers to this location.Thanks

Crooks. I still remember leasing a car from them back in 2009, a 2009 Camry and having an awful experience. The salesman something or other Sullivan exemplified what it means to be a sleazy car salesman. An obnoxious, unpleasant and general sleaze to interact with. And I received a lease quote which was way out of line for that particular car. Of course, I only found that out much later.Unless things have drastically changed, I wouldn't go back there if there were no other dealerships on Earth. The disgustingness of the Toyota of Greenwich experience has remained all of these years later, which is about as much as I can say. There are plenty of legitimate reasons to get a Toyota, just don't do it from these goofoffs and clowns.

Damian was very easy to work with. He was patient, helpful and not pushy. As soon as I walked in and told him the 2 cars I was interested in he told me they were both available for a test drive and took me right out. I made my decision and told him I wanted to bring my sister in the next day before totally committing. He was fine with me leaving a deposit and returning the next day.. When I returned the next day he was again very helpful and I was able to take the car that day. I had a very good experience with Toyota of Greenwich. The only downside was that because of the tight market I know I paid more. However, since I needed to get a car and no other dealership had the Camry hybrid I had to pay the price.

Just a simple 2 minute call with a rude salesman pushes me away from ever going to this dealer. Jonathan gave me a smart attitude saying “everything has a markup nationwide” which is false as well as being unable to discuss the actual price of the markup. So instead you waste your time to go in then they can tell you by how much $ they’re gonna try to screw you over by. Unprofessional and rude will take my business elsewhere.Another dealer was willing to offer me 2k off msrp for the new prius - don’t come here.“VIP package” aka a bunch of useless perks to justify your outrageous markup.
