I am VERY pleased with the service, professionalism and care shown to my dogs. I now have 5 little balls of fluff which need to be groomed regularly and I won't even consider going elsewhere. Jackie & Hairo are the best. They know the preferred cuts for each breed BUT will also customize if asked. Couldn't be happier. My dogs are walking advertisements for the Pampered Pooch. I look forward to being a long time customer. Thank you to the entire team at Pampered Pooch!!

HANDS DOWN!!! The best groomer by far!! I have a 2 year old Siberian Husky!! JACKIE is so compassionate and patient to be in this line of work!! My dog came home literally sparkling!!! Smelled delicious lol .. I would never go to another groomer again.. thank you again Jackie BLUE will be seeing you again in 6 weeks!!

Tried taking my aussie to several groomers before landing on this one. This place is fantastic - they do a great job every time, they're quick (usually done within an hour or so), and can usually get me in within a few days when I need to make an appointment.

Pampered Pooch does a great job! No other groomer has given our dogs the same quality of haircut. They are very nice and easy to communicate with. No longer live close by but make the drive to go to them because it’s worth it. Parking is tight in the back of the building but you can park on the nearby side street.

Just moved recently into Stamford area about a year tried 4 diff groomers I have a husky called blue and I have to right this review cause previous groomers I was not pleased but pampered pooch is hands down the best groomer around I give it 100 stars the people were so wonderful that my blue was so good to how they treated him went from vacuuming 2 times day to so far none that's how good they worked on him everybody trust this place should also be training other groomers how groom pets don't think twice and just see for yourself long review cause that's how satisfied I was and they did the works on him love u guys at pampered pooch your new lifetime customer del

We have two shitzus we adore who need regular grooming and over the past four years have tried several groomers in the area (Stamford/Greenwich) but without question, The Pampered Pooch stands above the rest. Their shop is efficiently run by friendly knowledgeable staff who obviously enjoy what they do and do it well. When I dropped off the pups I was exposed to the environment my dogs would be in for the next couple hours and that was very reassuring. I had a brief discussion with Jackie about the dogs before leaving and to my surprize received multiple texts from her as the dogs were being groomed making sure that she and her staff were both addressing my instructions but also making recommendations based on their observations. When I picked up my dogs they were not traumatized as they sometimes are after grooming but rather happy and they looked fabulous! Two other things to note. The price is competitive with other local groomers and I find that their cuts last longer than most, keeping their overall appearance great for weeks. I highly recommend Jackie and the Pampered Pooch if you desire an overall great experience for both you and your dogs!

I can't say enough about the care my dog gets when going to Jackie and her team at Pampered Pooch. They get her so thoroughly cleaned that she doesn't smell for weeks! Her team is really very kind and gentle with my lab-mix. I know she is in good hands when I leave her there. We will be long time customers for sure.

I just took my two morkies to Jackie at The Pampered Pooch and couldn’t be happier with the experience! My girls look great and seemed happy and calm on both drop-off and pick-up. Jackie is incredibly warm and friendly, as is her shop. Very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back!

Unlike some other suspicious reviews on here.....my experience has been nothing other than amazing. Jackie and everyone at the Pampered Pooch does great work. My dog always looks perfect and the prices and service are top notch. I've been taking my dog to them for 3 years now and don't plan on going anywhere else!

Had a horrible experience with this place and my Australian Shepperd.. They asked us to leave her in a dirty rusty crate while she waited for her turn. We had a time booked for her appointment and even so we had to waited 3 hours. They messed up her hair cut and took all her hair behind her ears and the hair in her back side down, so now she is barely looking like an Aussie. We tried to have a conversation with the owner and express the issues we had with their service, but the answer was that they thought that she looked nice, they didn't see so much difference and they blamed us for "miscommunicating". After expressing how much disrespected we felt I got a text message saying "woe"Go to this place at your own risk.

I take my mature border collie twins to Pampered Pooch exclusively because there my two pets are treated with love, respect and genuine care. Dogs, like humans, have aches and pains as they get older and need to be treated tenderly. I never thought I’d find a groomer who I could trust to handle my babies with the same care I do at home, but to my surprise I found just that at Pampered Pooch. The grooming is beautiful; trims are minimal. Pain free deranging and heat or air drying. It’s up to the owner. You won’t find a better pair of people to primo your precious pal.

We took our dog to a local groomer and they called to have him picked up early. Our dog was shaking, had gone to the bathroom while being cut and was so nervous they couldn’t finish the cut or wash. On friends recommendation a few days later we took our dog to the Pampered Pooch. We were very nervous dropping him off but we felt good about the staff. The staff texted us when they were done and gave us a detailed update about our dogs temperament. Our dog LOVED his bath and cut and was a perfect customer. Such a different experience from the previous groomer. We were sold and are loyal clients.

I've been going there for years and never minded leaving my dog(s) there as I have trust in all the employees and the owner Jackie. They did an excellent job cutting his hair and trimming his nails. I would highly recommend Pampered Pooch.

My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience at this place so she left a review. The owner decided to respond to her google review and call her crazy… (which you can see below this review) so I’ll leave 1 star as well.As for an actual review of the store. Bad groomers who if they mess up will lie on google and attempt to gas light you into believing you said things you never said.If you have a dog and need grooming there are much MUCH better places.

Our puppy had an allergic reaction to something that irritated his underside. Our vet asked if we could have him groomed with a very short clip to help the medicine take affect. The wonderful groomer at pampered pooch got him clipped perfectly without causing any further irritation. Thank you thank you

Always had no problem, always left great tips! however when I brought my two dogs in today they made a mistake and shaved my Pomeranian, ok misunderstandings happen, however it was clear on text that she responded to what I wanted done with both of my dogs. I was so upset and the way I was treated it was unacceptable. I went in there to sort things out and was yelled out by the owner, she threaten me with police. Instead of admitting to the mistake she’s made, she accused me of saying that that’s the way I wanted. After being a loyal costumer and leaving $60 tips on $150 or less service price, I was expecting to be treated with respect. I will not be coming back to this place. I also STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY from this place, because if a mistake is made the owner will mistreat you and leave you and your family with tears their eyes. My Pomeranian’s hair will never grow back the way it was.

I walked in and it was a catastrophe. My dog was scared and I would be scared too. There are dogs in cages. And after the 2.5 hours I was told to give my dog some Xanax before coming in for the next appointment. She is a small dog and was scared for every reason. Just like going to Petsmart. There will not be a next time ever.

I went here for the first time and brought my America Bulldog Tinkerbell there. They did an amazing job with her she was done within an hour. Amazing job I will definitely be going back everyone there was super nice and made me feel very comfortable leaving Tink with them

Over the phone, after inquiriing about the breed of our dog, they quoted $75-$85 HOWEVER when I went to pick Alice up, they said it would be $100. I am also contacting the State to let them know of this practice, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, These people have no integrity.
