I'm a regular here. I love the coffee and sandwiches so much. Last time, while eating a sandwich, I found a hair in it, and I thought it might be just a mistake, so I overlooked it. However, today I found another hair in the sandwich. Instead of thinking it's a second mistake, I'm starting to believe it might be a hygiene issue. Now, I'm hesitant to order a sandwich again. It seems like this is something that needs improvement.

I am OBSESSED with this place.Tried it randomly out of convenience and haven’t stopped returning.. truly a gem!The sandwiches are so delicious. Not to mention - very affordable and the portions are generous! The cookies are great too. Everything is made fresh and with care. You won’t be disappointed….It’s one of those places you could build a routine around.. sadly I live in NYC and am only here briefly for work - will be missing this spot when I’m gone </3

This is a solid cafe with great breakfast sandwiches, coffee, smoothies. They make their own English muffins and would highly recommend getting a bacon/egg/cheese on it! Also would recommend getting their chicken salad and fried chicken sandwich - Soo good!

I never write reviews, but after three orders from Roost I feel it would be a sin to not let everyone know what an absolute gem this spot is! The English muffin breakfast sandwich is absolutely incredible, far superior quality and taste than any other local BEC —even the english muffin is homemade. The smoothies are fresh and delicious. Even something as simple as their chocolate chip cookie will have your tastebuds dancing a whole new dance! I can’t wait to try the salads and sandwiches in the coming months. So happy you guys opened up, this place is guaranteed to become a Greenwich staple!

If you haven’t had a chance to check out Roost Cos Cob, you are missing out! I have been several times already. Service is always phenomenal. Food is excellent. Both the Roost BEC and Chicken salad are my favorites. Don’t drive by like I did the first few times!
