Pharmacists consistently late to start shifts. Hours of operation posted on a sheet of printer paper at the desk and they vary at random. Zero urgency or care taken in delivering scripts. It should not take 30 minutes when your first on line.

The pharmacy is top-notch. The service is fast friendly and efficient. The rest of the store is well-stocked and the clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer this branch of CVS to all the others in my town.

The pharmacists , the two of them I usually c are exceptional . They honestly go way and beyond to make sure you get the care and attention needed . They always answered any questions and find a way to help and navigate the situation, I simply adore them .

Excellent pharmacy department. We use their rx by mail service often. Pharmacists are very good. Other pharmacy help can be hit or miss. Lately they seem to have cut down their front of store cashiers. There is a big push to force customers to use the automated self-checking glitch likely machines..

I'm from out-of-state, and when I do get to town, I enjoy going to this CVS to buy things I forgot/need. Staff is helpful and a great selection of items.

Couldn’t buy Imodium and Gatorade at the pharmacy. Was told prescriptions only, and then only 5 items? Really, you’re a pharmacy… why do you think I needed Imodium and Gatorade??? Didn’t see anything posted saying I could only pick up pharmacy items? If that’s the corporate policy, fine, post it!

Manager who I was referred to did a great job and was extremely helpful. I had a package that I would not have been able to pick up in the given pickup window from UPS and the manager held the package an extra day so that I could get it.

Excellent pharmacy service with experienced front technictions. Helpful over the phone as well ! Much quieter than the place in Riverside shopping center. They transferred all our Rx from Walgreens expertly as well. Based on two years experience it was a good choice.

I have never failed to be disappointed by my dealings with CVS pharmacy. I get unwanted robots calls constantly. The pharmacy would not help in cancelling these. I finally found a way on the internet. When I do call the pharmacy, I deal with a robot, and it takes at least ten minutes of irrelevant information before the robot will actually put me through.

Idk if Its the new staff but this place is trash, floors have stains. The shelves are un organized I had a hard time finding what I was looking for and when I finally did they just gave me a hard time about it. You better off going to old greenwich or the stamford location.
