On occassion, they have a guy at the register who cant count. If you have change, he wont provide service if you dont do the simple math and count it for him. Aside from that idiot, service and staff is great.

Nice selections of beers, wines, and liquors. They carry a handful of local craft beers and ciders which is nice to see. They don't have every brand or bottle out there, but will gladly help you find an alternative or even find what other liquor stores carry what you're looking for. Very knowledgeable too.

Decent selection, rewards program /app is pretty cool. The guy who runs the place is really nice and super helpful. Not as huge store but pefect size for me. Has a cooler keeping certain selections cold. Great hometown Columbia store.

I came here with my friend one night. We were buying a simple pack of Bud Light and we paid with a $100 bill and they only gave us cents back. We then explained how we paid with a $100 and not a $20 and every single employee was sketchy and wouldn't show us the camera footage that showed us paying with $100. Yeah, it's only $80 but its $80 that they stole from us, a paying customer. Will not be returning here!

Mike and his crew are always very helpful; from picking out a wine to special ordering a hard to find item. The craft beer selection is great and talk about bourbon choices! This is my go to place.

Best in the area, staff super friendly and engaging with their customers. they post meme's of the week (not really relevant here, but it's cute). They stock lots of classic and new things and if they don't have it, they will get it for you.Please send you email address so I can email the photo to you as it's not showing up when I upload here. (i'm not on facebook). The party was a success - I will say that the kids figured out easily that if you bang it from the bottom, it weakens quick. Thanks so much!

Lovely place. Well organized with a great selection of wine, beer, and obscure interesting liquors. If they don't carry it, they will do their best to order for you. Very friendly and helpful.

This package store had a large selection of craft beers from local and global breweries. I've also noticed that they rotate their stock regularly. Customer service is always pleasant.

Initially placed an order that got canceled two days later. Not all of the bottles were available. The, I assume, owner or a manager eventually reached out to me and were able to deliver some of the bottles from my original order. The price of one bottle was raised and although I know I overpaid msrp it was more reasonable than any other business selling the same bottle online.

Awful...they keep changing their return rules and I'm using the bags they gave me. I had a huge bag with over 200 cans and bottles that I lugged in with a bad shoulder for them to tell me they want cans and bottles separated. I've been bringing returns there forever and I'm a good customer. That is not holiday spirit to me. There a tons of other package stores to shop at.

Great place for gifts and if you consume alcohol to any extent. Ask and ye shall receive. I went for gifts and found no matter what we asked for they had except Drambuie. They ran out. Lol. Not their fault. It's that time of year. Check it out...i think you'll be pleased.

The service and the products are absolutely fantastic...there are not very many places where the people are so concerned with what you want and are willing to make sure that you have the things you want and be willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy

Holy huge wine selection and a good amount of craft bourbon too. And an entire wall of cooler space for craft brew beers. What a hidden gem in eastern Connecticut.

They have an awsome selection, pretty much anything you could whant and very fair prices. If you need them to order something for you they will no hassle of problems. Very good survice
