This is related to the employees rather than products. There is not enough room here to write my experience. I walked in and got the usual "Welcome to Tractor Supply". Today I was very impressed with Denise (cashier) and all the other staff that I met while I was there. The employees were happy and helpful without being pushy and took pride with their job. I would recommend corporate takes notice because not only was I happy but I saw other customers seemed to be satisfied with the service they received.

I like this tractor supply, the people are nice and they check you out fast. There’s always stuff that I need there for my chickens such as cracked corn, wood shavings, and other supplies. I also bought baby chicks last week and it was a really good deal! Since they were older I got them each for a dollar. This is my go to tractor supply for sure.

A Thank You to all that this Tractor Supply does for their customers.Today there was a very rude woman shopping who was beyond RUDE to other customers. Beth, Karen and Gus went out of their way when a few of us customers asked for their help to avoid this individual. 2 days before Christmas and someone is unhappy enough to be trying to start a fight with people? SMH!Thanks to those 3 employees several of us left still smiling!

Every time I go there they seldom have my dog food (Purina Dog Chow) or there's one register open with a line 10 customers deep. Old Saybrook store always has what I need and is properly staffed. Always a pleasure in Old Saybrook it's only 15 miles out of the way.

They have a large variety of things. I'm not from this area, so had I not been with someone who knew where this store was located, I wouldn't have found it. Perhaps Google would have lead me here, but I don't know. Parking was plentiful. They had a lot of pallets of stuff stack in the aisles so I had difficulty reaching the specific part I was seeking. I stopped an employee to ask where I might find this part. She was friendly enough, and told me where I could find it, but then went on her way leaving me to follow her direction. Check out was friendly. It turned out that I got the wrong size part and had to make a return trip to get the right size. The exchange was easy and pleasant enough.

Clean well organized store. Had items as advertised and prices seemed reasonable. They could use some more staff (hence the 4 stars) but otherwise easy shopping. All required social isolation requirements were met.

Very helpful people. Cashiers are polite, smile and actually talk with you 😊 if items are too heavy they get someone to help you get the items to your car. They always have plenty of items that we need. Thank you for being kind.

I like some of the people who work at this store. However, I've unfortunately lost trust in this store ever being stocked with items when I need them. Being out of stock of some things occasionally is fine and some things can be put off but more often than not, items I need (ie pet or livestock feed) is not available.

This location offers a lot of items you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Clothing, pet food and supplies, farm animal feed and supplies, electric fencing, hydraulic supplies, hardware and tools, wood stoves, home decor, etc. Prices are decent. They are almost always short staffed and there is usually a long wait to check out.

The shelves were not stocked and the employees are all high school kids. You cant ask a question because no one has the knowledge to answer you. I hope they fix these issues or this store is going to lose a lot of business.

I like tractor supply. Most prices are reasonable if not the most competitive. They carry an intersting assortment of tools, parts, hardware, and feeds for domestic and wild animals.Their bargain bins are fun to peruse and often contain low priced irresistible items I would probably purchase elsewhere only when needed but grab on the spot becaue I know I will need it someday and the price is right.They also stock parts, materials and supplies that are otherwise hard to find locally. Again maybe not at the best price but usually close enough to make traveling further not worth the fuel, time, and effort, especially if I need it now.I shop here because it is local, fun, and convenient. If I was running and maintaining a farm, it might be a go to place even if it wasn't quite as local and convenient.

As a backyard bird enthusiest, I find this to be a nice, clean store with a great selection and good sales on birdseed, suet, etc. The sales associates are helpful and friendly. One of my favorite stops in Colchester! My only wish would be that they find a better peanut and mealworms supplier. Cost is too high.

No clerk's to help but I did find what I needed. Wandered around until I found what I wanted. Not a friendly place to shop. Not professional at all, taped on name tags, no knowledge of the products.

Its a nice store but i was amazed at the sheer amount of dead plants outside . I went there to buy some tomato plants and flowers ect ect and they were all wilted and or dead, sadly .... big disappointment, the employees and management obviously don't care for them so had to go to burnets nursery where they obviously care for there plants ... bad form tractor supply 😡

They did not have the repair parts on hand for heaters they sell. Otherwise pleasant experience. The staff is really helpful and the other customers are kind too!

For a smaller store, the aisles are nice and wide, and a pretty extensive selection of goods. Helpful employees too!

Most of the staff here are not very helpful. They don't appear to have everything they say they have in stock. I went there to buy sand since online they claimed they had plenty in stock at this location. Aside from that, 3 stars cause it is still a tractor supply, a store I am fond of.
