Had a terrible experience for my pup at PetSmart. Told the groomer beforehand, in case my usually calm pup was difficult. The groomer Kourtnee was patient, gave lots of pets and cuddles and had another groomer support my dog when she was a bit off. Absolutely appreciate the kindness and love they gave this girl💜

We are regulars there. The groomers are always very friendly. They always do such a great job with every service. My dogs love to go there. One of them starts going crazy once we get to the light before entering the parking lot! We wouldn't take them anywhere else. The store staff are just as friendly and knowledgeable. Great job Petco. Thank you

Petco is ridiculous! I brought my dog in to be groomed and the groomer clipped my dog then he snapped at her. I’m standing at the window watching as she yelled at my dog and said he was banned for being violent. You clipped my dog! What do you expect when you were the one that’s wrong! Never again!

The girls always do a great job with my dogs.......PS pay them more. Also I've been coming to the grooming dept with 3 diffrent dogs over the 13 years. Never had an issue at the Manchester CT location.

wonderful / helpful girl that dealt with toby!! she gave us an appt right away (i think i lucked out --i believe there was a cancellation?) toby was way overgrown and matted badly close to his skin so i'm sure it was a really tough job!! she did a great job !!! i was impressed and very thankful!!! it did cost a lot -but she reassured me that it wouldn't next time if i keep up with it!! thank you again:)

My dog has been skunked before but this is the first time that he truly came home not smelling like a skunk. Additionally he was brushed much better than he ever has. Chelsea did a great job.

The younger women who work in grooming are excellent! They make my dog who is nervous, feel at ease. They are the only ones that my dog will let touch her so that's saying it all!

I really wasnt to happy about the prices for grooming. My pup face wasnt to appealing. My pup look OLDER with a mustache instead of a teddy bear, like his usually look.People where very nice, on time appointment however this isnt the place to me.I can get better prices elsewhere, for everything he got .Sorry!
