I was so worried to have my cat groomed for the first time at age 16. She is extremely timid and never even comes out from under the bed when strangers are in my house. I was so impressed by the care and professionalism that I experienced here. My cat was shaved down to remove her mats. She is such a happy cat now and seems to be even more affectionate. Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave my kitty.

Brought my dog here about 4 times and he never smelled washed. He ALWAYS smelled like wet dog, and it wasn't even his sent. He smelled like a different dogs scent. It was weird, I gave them a few chances but never did he come out smelling nice. I even had her change the shampoo but still did not smell nice at all. They are very nice, but with my dog, the service sucked.

I took my puppy here and was shocked at how unprofessionally cut she looked. Her fur was unevenly trimmed and some parts of her body wasn't trimmed at all. The people here are very nice however I was not impressed with their work. Definitely won't be sending my dog there ever in life.

The person I spoke to gave me an appointment for a certain day and time, when i went for my appointment I dropped my dog off no one said anything. They waited until I had already left to call me and tell me my appointment "wasn't in the book". I found that very unprofessional. The women I spoke to over the phone was very rude when I was trying to be polite and I felt that it was racially motivated. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Doris is a non-nonsense cat groomer. My cat got a lion’s cut for the summer. The process was affordable and took maybe 3-4 hours before he was ready to be picked up. No nicks, no damage, just a happy kitty whose mood has been uplifted. Highly recommend.

I was calling around to get quotes for my dogs and asked for a high and a low (for their discretion on what to do when I get there so I can be prepared) the lady was very short and as soon as I said okay thank you when told there was no availability until next week she just hung up in my face. Very disappointing...businesses are struggling as is. The last you should want is to disrespect a potential customer. So no I would not trust my dogs in their hands if they can be so rude over the phone.

Horrific experience. I should have known when I called 3 times and didn’t get a call back. Finally got a live person and made an appointment for my cat. I picked him up and the groomer told me I was a “bad girl” because my long haired cat had mats. She proceeded to bring my cat to me ... with a chop job of a haircut and an open wound on his side. I left in tears and would never ever go back there.

I've been a customer at DJs for three dogs and over 30 years. I'd never think of going elsewhere. They do an excellent job every time and they really care about the animals they groom. All my dogs were never afraid to go inside.

I wouldn't give this place any stars to be honest. They did not look over my dog until she started bleeding from them shaving off a mole. Another time, my dog fell from the top crate of crates stacked 3-4 high because they opened the door and let her jump out (she is a small cocker spaniel). I would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone.

I have a Maltese that was groomed almost two years ago at DJs, he was cut and developed an infection that required surgery. I decided to groom him at home and only have his nails cut there. A few months ago I took my dog to have his nails cut... a week later he developed a terrible cough and the vet said it was kennel cough. My dog is never exposed to other animals so I was very surprised to hear that. My dog went back last Thursday to have his nails cut again and low and behold started the cough the following week and by this past Saturday the cough was bad and back to the vet we went ... Kennel cough again! And the only place he has been is DJs dog grooming. My vet said stay away from that groomer because I am torturing my dog with all these illnesses because they obviously don't disinfect!! It has cost me over $600.00 at the vet

I brought my cat Lafawnduh to them three months in a row for a flea dip and was thoroughly pleased with their hard work. Kitty girl was always happy when leaving and I’ll kee bringing her back. I highly suggest them.

I cannot say enough good things about DJs Grooming. They are extremely friendly towards their clients, and clearly love the dogs they groom as. My dogs were extremely happy when I picked them up, and were clearly well taken care of. I will never use anyone else!

Have been going here for a little while but I will say it’ll be my last time returning. One of the groomers takes me in to show me she nipped my dog’s ear to point where she was clearly using a napkin continously to stop the bleeding. Then says and I quote “it has stopped bleeding just keep your eye on it” really? then the elderly woman proceeds to charge me full price like nothing happened. If the dog is moving dont proceed to attempt to cut or groom until the animal is still simple as that.

Called 24 hrs before my appoitment to find out what time they wanted me to be there the following day , never received a call back ! When I called the day of the appointment they tell me 'ohh well you missed it . " Very unprofessional lady picking up the phone. Can't really speak for the actual staff as my Cat didn't get to go .

My dog was not groomed well at all. We were quoted around 60 bucks and they charged 125. Dog hat mats of fur behind both ears. Stay away from here
