I've been a customer since July 2023, and couldn't be happier with their staff, cleanliness of their storage facility and my storage unit. I am so glad I chose Storage Sense and recommend them for everyone's storage needs.

Overall experience was great and the customer service was prompt and super helpful. I did have a bit of a hiccup upon moving in but it was quicky resolved after calling. My door code that was provided did not work at all. And then the unit that I was assigned had a lock on the door and was being used and didn't even seem to be the correct size as it was a small door when it should of been a large one. I was on the phone with a customer service agent, who was amazing in helping me get reassigned to a unit that wasn't in use and the size I asked for. I panicked for a bit too because my phone died and I did not have a charger on me at the time in the middle of our call and finalizing the new paperwork since my unit got switched. Thankfully my dad ran home to grab a charger and then when I checked my phone about 30-45min later, the paperwork had come through and everything seemed good. I loved that there was a truck loading door, though wish it was a little lower in height as the truck we had, we had to take about a 1.5ft step up to get my things in which was a bit harder to work with for the big furniture items. The little connector piece that was sitting by the door was too small/short to be able to create a ramp of sorts. But other than those issues, we had no problem getting unloaded and settled into the newly reassigned unit. I couldn't be happier with how well their customer service was in sorting my issues. In case anyone runs into the issue I had (which I think was just a system malfuntion), just give customer service a call as I did not have to wait long in being able to reach customer service at 8pm at night so I was still able to move in just fine after sorting the hiccups.One thing to suggest, maybe tell people somewhere to bring their own dollys. We had brought our own so it wasn't an issue but I could see some people getting a little frustrated on that.

During my temporary homes I changed my unit from large to small to large to small on a few occasions and the staff were very accommodating. Access and hours of operation were great.

Aside from having my unit red locked in error it was a fine experience. Although I thought it was temperature controlled? Always very cold tgere.

The in-person service was so much better than the mobile experience, which was glitchy & did not provide complete info. Crystal Valadez was very helpful in sorting out & completing our reservation at the office.

Jill at the front desk was beyond wonderful. We are a moving company, moving a client out of this storage facility and Jill was pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and not to mention generous, giving us (the moving team) bottles of water.The storage units are all clean and in tip top condition but really Jill's customer service is what made our experience that much more.

They are rock stars - the service isn't always at the remote location but their office is around the corner(convenient for an unlock or gate code issues during business hours) and will work with you for smooth move in.

Stacy was wonderful. She let my dog come into the building with me, which is super important to me. My dog knew she gave out treats and always looked forward to going there.
