I wouldn't listen to angry Joe below, this is a solid grocery store and go there multiple times per week. Highly recommend their pickup option as it's given me hours back every week to spend with my family and is always a quick experience.

I just returned to town after being away. I shopped, no one available to check out, I joined everyone else at self check out. No one available when the light went off. I waited a short time and said this is ridiculous. I just left everything at the check out probably close to $200. Ice cream, yogurt, cheese. Absolutely insane. There’s no help at this store. I tried to call the store manager and no one picked up after 6 minutes. I don’t care enough to wait longer. It’s a shame I’ve lived here for 23 years and it’s never been this bad.I repeat 2/10/2024. 11:20a.m. shopped, no one available to check out, I tried one check out #9 the light went off with my first item, someone will be with you, no they’re no they’re still busy talking on the other side of the self checkout. I packed up my things from the belt and went to the multiple register check out. Same problem, the women were still busy chatting I waited a short time and then left everything at the check out probably close to $150 iced coffee, yogurt, cheese. Absolutely insane. There’s no help at this store. I tried to call the Stop & Shop Customer Service and no one picked up just a continuous loop. It’s a shame I’ve lived here for 23 years and it’s never been this bad.

This is the second time this week they have not had any bags at checkout!!!! How do you completely run out of bags twice in the same week. Terrible management but I guess it's OK since they have no competition in Cheshire

Best place for your regular groceries! Wooo! The butcher shop will cut up a prime rib roast for you and Tina's Burritos are a must have from the freezer section.

We do our grocery shopping here every week, one of the best grocery stores in the area, what I like about this store in particular is that they have everything well organized, all the shelves are always or most of the time fully stacked.Also the staff is very well customer service oriented.

I love Stop and Shop, but the prices keep doubling almost when it should go up 25 cents to 50 cents periodically. Please lower some of your prices.

Quite possibly the worst grocery store you'll ever go to. A monkey could stock the shelves better and dont get me started on customer service.Honestly, Sincerely, between the employees, prices, and selections, you'll be hard pressed to find a worse grocery store.

This store doesn’t know the meaning of Customer service. The sign was in the wrong spot and Kelly at the service desk assumed I wanted something for free when all I wanted was the sale price as it was shown because all the signs were in the wrong spot. I didn’t realize it into I got to check out and the cashier asked me to take a picture and that’s when I saw it was the wrong price, as customer it’s not my fault but she came right out talking to me on the defense. This is why I will continue to go to Big Y and stop and shop will not get another dime from me.

This stop and shop is the best. Never has someone treated me so well. Matt actually reached into his own pocket and spent money of HIS OWN, so I didn't have to go all the way to my car to get the extra money my card wouldn't cover.I'm so grateful 🙏🏼 to have a store that treats every patron like family.Matt, Thank you very very much!

This stop and shop has a large array of products. I can always get in and out quickly. They have a good dairy free and gluten free assortment.

This was my first time at this location. I was very impressed!!! The store was so clean and organized. The man at the deli was so sweet and I didn't even have to wait, I typically have to wait about 5 minutes.They had everything I needed in stock which never happens at the one I go to. The staff were all polite and very friendly. Checking out (I scan and bag ad I go) was so fast, there was no line. Again I'm used to waiting a while.I will definitely go out of my way to shop here every week.

The people at bakery section is so good! I was unable to find the bagels i wanted and they offered to help. They went and found those from the back and got them immediately 👍🏼👍🏼

This Stop and shop is one of the better ones. When I go to this store I like to grab the hot food because they have chicken bites that are buttery and delicious. Compared to other locations this selection is hot and fresher than usual. The store is really clean and well stocked. I was able to find everything on my list with relative ease. The staff does leave a bit to be desired, they are the usual stop and shop worker, miserable. Other than that it is a great location to do your grocery shopping✌🏾
