I couldn’t recommend Paws enough! I boarded 4 cats for a week there for the first they took such amazing care of them! I was a bit nervous seeing as I have never had to board pets before, but they were so wonderful. They were able to meet the needs of all of the cats and were super accommodating with requests. I called frequently to check on the cats and they always were so friendly and happy to give updates on how they were doing. Would definitely go back and it’s such a safe and loving place to board your pets! Thank you Paws!

I have to say this is an amazing place to take your pets. They are very accommodating for your pet needs whether it’s grooming, overnight boarding with special packages for there stayor daycare the one thing that I enjoyed after boarding our dog Draco, they gave us a report card on his stay with everyone that cared for him, along with pictures sent to my phone and videos as well as daycare👍🏻 . With an amazing staff that welcomes you and loves your pet. With an easy transition when you leave your pet❤️!You won’t be disappointed as I am so grateful for the love and compassion that they showed me during my time of loss my parents . I am so happy I got to bring my fur baby here! Everyone was so accommodating and knew that I was nervous to leave my baby overnight somewhere because we were new to the state! The introductory tour of the place put me at ease. I really appreciate how they sent me photos of my Frenchie playing and having fun while I was away! This made me feel a lot better and I knew she was in great hands immediately. I also LOVE the fact that they give you a little report card of your pet’s time at the facility! She smelled like a baby after her groom! Thanks again! :)

First time bringing my puppy for day care. He can be skittish with new people, so the fact that he didn't try to run away from the handler was a plus. I got pics and a text about half way through the day. My puppy looked happy playing with another dog his size. They gave him a very good "report card" and made me proud! Def going back as often as my budget allows. Would highly recommend Paws Pet Resort!

*editing to add that Paws did call me very soon after this review was posted to apologize and get additional information. They did give me a partial refund. I do very much appreciate this and that they took the time to discuss to hopefully avoid similarities circumstances in the future*I have had my cats board at Paws a few times over the past few years. I have been generally satisfied with my experiences & they are convenient to where I live. The past stays haven’t been terrible, but there were 2 things that didn’t sit as well with me this last stay.The first I realize is not the end of the world, but all 3 employees I interacted with didn’t know which cat was which between my two when I picked them up. Again, this is not the worst thing ever but it did surprise me and just seems like such a basic thing, especially since they are 2 completely different colors.But what was more saddening to me was that one of my cats came home with their back legs fully covered in dried pee and some dried feces. They only stayed about 2 days but it worries me that it very well could have been longer that she was like that had I been on a longer trip. The fact that she was even like that at all made me feel terrible for leaving them.For myself personally, I will explore other boarding options in the future. It is already so hard to trust when boarding pets somewhere so I think that this just isn’t our best fit anymore. And it looks like for the price point there are options that just might fit us better.

I can’t give them 5 stars unfortunately.. last year our pup stayed here and they stay was fine however when I went to pickHim up they tried to add more to the bill for “peak” season which I wasn’t told .. they corrected the bill. So I figured I give them another chance this year .. welp now it’s mandated you do the added extra making it 80-100 dollars a day to board .. that’s just insane!!! I have a bulldog he’s low maintains and doesn’t need a bed time story!!! He won’t even know what you’re saying. That’s just bonkers! I found a new facility and very happy so far .. great pricing and they play with your pup at no additional cost!! So thanks but no thanks!

We were interested in boarding our dog at Paws. Having never boarded our dog before we were quite nervous. Katie at suggested that we bring Oli Experience doggy daycare and see how he got along. They were so kind and caring and explained everything. First time in my life, I felt like a helicopter Parent, but they assured me that everyone was anxious when dropping off their dog for the first time.. They even sent me pictures during the day so I could see him playing with the other dogs and enjoying himself.When I picked Oli up at the end of the day he was happy, clean Totally exhausted. Can’t ask for more than that .PS, he was asleep in the car within three minutes!!!

The people who work at Paws are the most amazing, giving and loving employees . My dogs cannot wait to get there for daycare. And when I pick them up at the end of the day, I am greeted by friendly, nice and informative Paws employees, and by my very happy dogs!! I drive from Avon to Cheshire to utilize Paws. There are many choices much closer to my home, but I’ll gladly do the drive to stay at Paws!!Keep up the amazing job you do! Bravo!!

Hank, our Silver Lab rescue, had his very first night away at Paws and it couldn't have gone better! We were sent pics of him smiling and enjoying playtime which eased our minds. Hank for sure will be visiting again!

Pepper Dawn loves Paws, or as we call it, Puppy School! She is so excited to go and has to personally greet each amazing staff member. I love how comfortable she is there and my husband and I feel very confident and comfortable leaving Pepper with the wonderful staff. Thank you Paws!!!

Unfortunately our cat Myles does not like to travel so I am always nervous when we have to go away. This is now our third time leaving Myles with the Paws staff and I couldn’t be more happy with the awesome attention my cat received while I was away. From check in to check out everyone was super friendly. They told me I could call and check in on how he was doing anytime! I always get a photo of him as well to make me feel even more sure that he is doing well. On check out I get a wonderful summary of how his stay was and if he behaved himself :). I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to board their cats. Thanks Paws for always making sure Myles is happy and safe. I appreciate you!

Our two dogs had a great first day! Check in and out was easy. We got pictures and a text update, also a phone call from Paws shortly after to give us a quick update on their day. The facility is very clean and staff is very friendly.

Great experience!! Everyone there was excellent! Our three cats, Bob, Max and Gus seemed to have a good time there while we were away. They even came with a ‘report card’!! What a nice touch. We highly recommend PPR&S.

This was mine and Gizmo’s first time here. Gizmo is a puppy and was getting his first cut. I decided on this location because they also do day plays and pet boarding if I ever needed those services. I didn’t really have to say much on what I wanted and Gizmo’s cut came out perfect. I am in love with it! And he seemed pretty comfortable for an anxious puppy.

I had my 5 month old dog stay with PAWS, I was leaving for a weekend wedding. With all the confusion running and rushing to catch our flight some records were messed up. Not PAWS issue a vet issue, PAWS stepped in and took care of everything. So my baby Gigi had a great time and was taking care of by the staff which was awesome with her. Thank you PAWS! I had a wonderful experience with Paw's Pet Resort and Spa. The staff was friendly, and the photo update during my dogs' stay was a thoughtful touch. The grooming for my mini golden doodle was fantastic, and it's clear they had a great time. I'll definitely be choosing Paw's Resort again in the future.

Before I even brought my pup in for his first day of day care, I knew he was going to have a great experience. Every staff member I spoke to was super kind and helpful. They were all so welcoming and sweet when we arrived. I was sent an update and pictures while my dog was in their care. He seemed to have a great first day.

PAWS was recommended to us by friends who boarded their precious corgi there and WOW!!!! We had an absolutely amazing experience, from the very first phone call to the check out it was exceptional customer service!! Fernanda groomed our Blue who is a 6 month old puppy that absolutely HATES baths and not only did she do an amazing job with him, she sent me a video knowing how nervous I was to leave him for the first time!! She took time to text with me after and of course we made another appointment with her specifically. Blue was so happy and full of excitement when I picked him up, he played with Fernanda while I settled the bill. Not one employee walked by without a greeting on the way in or out. I was extremely pleased and HIGHLY recommend PAWS!!!

Bitbit and Lil Bit are here to report!!!We have used PAWS for years. They have gotten to know our babies and have gained their trust. They send us pictures and updates just like we wish. PAWS is always available; just a phone call away. They are very flexible yet detailed and through. The facility provides excellent climate control as well as cleanliness. The outdoor space is very nice. We look forward to send out babies to Kennel Camp a every time we go away.Great Job!!Photos over the years.

Excellent care for our puppy! The playtime pictures that were texted to us during her stay kept our minds at ease. She had a great visit and she was just as happy when we picked her up as she was when we dropped her off! We have used them in the past with other dogs and they were awesome then too. I wouldn’t trust anyone else, the staff truly loves and cares the dogs!

Macchi and Zion were taken very well at the resort. Zion was coming from surgery and still had a cone and they took care of giving his medicines. We will be taking them back again to this resort in the future. They took pictures of both babies and sent them to us while we were away. Thank you very much!!!

My Sedona is a very shy Welsh Springer Spaniel . Paws staff give her the attention she needs and she has own personal space in their kennel. I feel very comfortable leaving Sedona at 🐾 PAWS 💕. I left Sedona with PAWS for 10 days overnight while I was in the hospital and they gave her the best of care and made her feel at home .

I brought my puppy to be evaluated and see how he would do. The staff was very friendly and they told me how his day was when I picked him up and then later in the day I received photos and a text letting me know which group he wound up with and how he did. We will definitely continue there
