Their are no details because I have never had prescriptions filled at CVS so clearly they have to wrong person showing how incompetent CVS is. Do not use this pharmacy

I moved from Florida to Cheshire CT late 2020. The cVS staff was way below standard. The Pharmacists would treat us with disrespect. Our current pharmacist Dr Has turned the staff around. She is the best and it is reflected in the attitude of the full staff. They are so good now they called us about needing a pre authorization from our dr. Somehow there was a glitch in the insurance. They let us know they had a coupon for a lower price than our insurance. Congratulations to the wonderful team. I will be moving to the next town over and will continue to use them even though there is a CVS in my new town. Thank you for changing the senior staff. I truly appreciate them👏👏❤️

We waited in line for a covid test for about 1 hour and that was with an appointment it is not like any other time we had to do this at a cvs. All the others were quick and efficient. NOT this one
