The employees at this store are fabulous. I've been watching a chair on Chairish for months, and it was finally reduced to a really excellent price. They held it for me until I could get there today. I guess I wasn't sure how big it is, but it's HUGE. It for sure didn't fit in the back of my SUV. so the employees managed to get fit it in with just a small portion protruding and bungee corded it very securely in my vehicle so I could make the seventy mile drive home with my new purchase. Thanks so much for the effort. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Although the shop has interesting pieces the customer service is terrible. It seems as is you need to be an important customer to receive any attention. The owner or who I perceive to be the owner walks around on his cell phone and completely ignores you. He was more interested in making his dining reservations. If this had only happened once I would not be writing this. I recommend that before shopping there be sure you are on the “important enough to pay attention to customer list”. By the way, this treatment also occurs if you made a recent purchase.

I've been a customer of this shop since it opened and have always had excellent service from the family and their employees. Amanda, the owner, is polite, helpful, and professional. Pricing is generally at or below market, and their consignment policies are extremely reasonable and straightforward. Paul's (Amanda's father) knowledge of antiques and fine art is extensive. More importantly, when he doesn't know something, he lets you know. Furthermore, the store is enormous (8000 sqare feet). They generally have a pair of very friendly dogs present to boot. If I could give them a 10/5, I would.

I would had given this shop 0 rating if it was a possibility.this has been the worst online shopping experience in my life.I bought a vintage cocktail shaker for my German friend who loves to make us drinks as a birthday present on Oct 19th 2017.After a week of waiting, the UPS tracking still showed printed but the item hasn't been picked up.on Wednesday I called them and they told me that I need to speak to the store owner Amanda and she will call me back, SHE NEVER DIDOn Thursday I call back multiple times and finally could speak to Amanda once and she assured me that she will figure out what happened to the package and she will call me as soon as possible - SHE NEVER DIDOn Thursday night, I participated in my friend's birthday, without a gift, but showed him the images of what supposed to be the gift and promised him that he will receive it soon!On Friday, nobody picked the phone up at the store till 3:00PM, nor I ever received a call from themFriday afternoon around 3-4 finally I managed to get a hold of Amanda by constantly dialing the store, She informed me that as far as she is concerned the package is lost.Based on her explanation the package was picked up by UPS but never scanned (to be honest it doesn't make no sense)She offered to send me another similar products which I can gift to my friend via email - SHE NEVER DID - SHE NEVER CALLED BACK - SHE NEVER FOLLOWED UPWorst possible customer experience - NO sympathy with the customer - completely incompetent staff.

I love vintage home, there is always something new and fun every time I come in. The staff is always very friendly. Make sure to take your time and dig through the basement (it's like a treasure hunt)
