The trading Post in Canton has been around forever. I remember coming here as a young high school kid. I love their music selection, their shirts, posters and eclectic selection of items you may need just to enjoy a cool, chill vibe. A staple in the area. Well worth checking out. Found some good records today and I'm already spinning them on the turntable.

Really cool neat place for music band graphic shirts, colorful hippy cloths (mostly women) , records, record players, DVD players,DVD'S, random old console games from DS, game cube, Playstation's, and Nitendo's. Staff are really chill & cool. Some prices can be a bit high on cloths if I'm being honest. Would recommend checking this place out for anyone.

Cool vintage records/posters & “hard to find” CD’s at an affordable price! One of the best music shops I’ve found in the valley of CT. Super friendly staff who always put the customer first (they inspect the CD’s to make sure they are playable and offer a guarantee. You WONT find that on Amazon or Discogs)11/10! ...PS, love the Bart-Beastie Boys crossover in the parking lot. Made me chuckle!

They have a good selection of products. They have literal shelves and benches of music of all types. It's a shame it wasn't organized as best as it could be though... it was hard to find what I was looking for. They also have a nice selection of tobacco smoking devises and spice grinders. The staff was very helpful in helping me make a decision.They have many things that a college student or adult hippy can need. However, you're paying for quality, so don't expect to leave on the cheap.

I really like the selection they have. My first visit to them was awesome very friendly very kind people. They have all types of cds and clothing i think i saw video game stuff which is rare to find in these types of establishments! 10/10 if you are looking for special things, look no further, they have everything!

I've been going to this wonderful place for almost 40 years. It's a must, in fact almost a tradition to go there for gifts at Christmas time. There's lots of music, CDs and vinyl, and unbelievable amount of rock t-shirts, some unique clothing, posters, jewelry, and much more!

I just got 4 new Vinyls from this store when in reality I only went in to look around, but the prices are amazing, super helpful and friendly staff and the coolest store I have ever been in. As a Music guy at heart this store is one of my favorites! I'll definitely be back

I love this store. I pop in at least once a month to browse. I mainly go for old school music albums and insense, but they also have a big selection of t-shirts, bajas, posters/tapestries for your home. I even found a decent sized wallet as a replacement for my old one. What can I say? This store has pretty much anything I look for! Staff is friendly and outgoing too. Definitely give them a go if you're in the area.

I decided to go back to the Trading Post yesterday, because I haven't been in a while. My visit just reminded me of how amazing this shop is.The employees were testing the vinyl records that they were planning to sell, to make sure there were no skips, because "sometimes a visual check isn't enough". Amazing costumer service.Fantastic deals on things that you would have trouble finding on Amazon or even eBay. I don't smoke, so I don't have a review for their smoke shop, but I can definitely say that their prices for physical media are amazing.They'll even put your newly purchased CD's, DVD's, and Blu-Rays through their disc cleaner before you take them home.Amazing shop, I highly recommend for everyone to check out.

Doesn't restock on many things. Doesn't have many items I look for anyway...very small selection of glass to pick from.. and worst of all the older lady working in there was all up in my face about me smelling like bud...in her smoke shop..in the 18+ section😑..when im here to buy paraphernalia anyway! Told me if she was a cop she would search me..Like NO DUH if a cop was in the 18+ section in a smoke shop everyone in there would most likely smell and he would probably want to search everyone! She was completely rude to me an after getting told they didn't have what I was looking for anyway i just left and I won't be going back there..

It's a good place to waif through with no objective, as they have everything you didn't know you needed. They have really neat and intricate incense burners, even ones that look like waterfalls. If you LOVE tie-dye, they have locally made tie-dye shirts, bags, pants, the whole shebang.

The staff here is always super helpful. The place can get busy at times so as long as you are patient, they will spend all the time helping you out with all your questions. This is a great little store for all your random cool things needs. There are plenty of CD's and DVD's to browse, they have a ton of funny t-shirts, and the glass shop has everything from cheap and simply to expensive and elaborate. They also have a good selection of rolling papers, raw filter tips, tabacco wraps, glass cleaning supplies, and a small little porno section. Not sure who would be buying it, but they also have porno on VHS if you're really feeling nostalgic. The store is clean for being so packed with stuff and sometimes there is a friendly dog wandering around to put a smile on your face. If you are just looking to browse around, you could easily spend an hour in here and still not see everything they sell.

Due to a technical problem on their site they were out of a T shirt I ordered. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, going so far as ordering the shirt from a different vendor for me. These guys really care about their customers.

I love to bring my old CDs and records to these folks. They give a pretty good price for your unwanted CDs, records, and retrovideo games. The staff is very helpful. Prices are middle of the line and very competitive for being a small mom and pop shop. I picked up a copy of sewer shark on Sega CD long box variant for $5. Very good price. If you buy a battery for an e-cigarette type device, they encourage you to save the receipt and tell you that within 30 days if there's a problem with the battery that they'll make it right. That's prime time
