I have gone to several pet stores in the area and my dogs frozen food is always so overpriced. I always drive past petals & paws but never stopped. I’m not sure why but I just assumed they didn’t sell any raw food. just recently I decided to check it out and I am so glad I did! My first visit to the store I brought one of my little dogs in with me & the lady at the register was so kind, she even gave her a yak chew to take home! They have raw food, goats milk, dehydrated treats & so many other things I love to buy for my dogs! Everything is also very reasonably priced which I love because all of the other pet stores in the area have insanely high prices. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This is my go to pet store from now on!

My husband and I have been buying our dog Nova's raw food here since we decided to start her on it 2-3 years ago. They have several different raw food brands and options but we decided to put her on the Abady brand of food. It's done wonders for our furbaby..... she has a long list of outside allergies and a chicken allergy. Although she still suffers from allergies, this food has helped alleviate some of her symptoms. Nova loves it and she's a happy girl!

My family buys all our dog supplies at Petals & Paws. They are super nice, have pretty much anything I need, and all their prices are competitive. I also took their advice on a new brand of dry food and our golden doodle loves it and it seems that it is digested way better than the big brands. We love to buy local and we love Petals & Paws

I take my kids here for ice cream occasionally. There are plenty of flavors to choose from. The service was great and friendly, but a little slow.

They have an awesome grooming team. My dog loves going there. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great selection of healthy high quality dog food. Plus delicious ice cream! Highly recommend.

What a great place. The Canton Creamery is inside. Best ice cream around. People are friendly and helpful. Great dog and pet foods. Great place to buy a loved one flowers.

Lovely little local flower shop. The girl behind the counter was super helpful and accomodating for a last minute, on the spot, bouquet of flowers. Would definitely say I got more than I expected. Thank you so much!

Petals & Paws is the best! They have a huge selection of pet food, pet accessories, and lots of bird feeders and bird food. They are the only dealer in the area for Abady pet food which is one of the best foods on the market for dogs and cats. For those who feed their dogs raw, they have freezers with a large selection of raw food. It's a long drive for me, but it is well worth it. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They also have a full service florist, an ice cream shop, and a coffee bar as well. Great place all around!

It's an interesting location. There seem to be multiple businesses within the building itself. One being the liquor store, the pet store oh, and an ice cream shop. Still trying to get used to it. But it is a very busy place so it is popular.

We've been here twice in the past two weeks for ice cream only. Both times the owner was unfriendly but the second time he yelled at my two year old son for putting a leaf in a drainage pipe. And he did this while he was pushing his one-ish grandkid in a stroller. I called him out for being rude to us both times and assured him we'd never come back and he said, "Thank you."Seriously, he is thankful for a non-returning customer. The pet products are WAY overpriced and like everyone else said, the owner is a curmudgeon.Response to petals:The owner did not say please, and you were not there when it happened. You came outside after it happened so you don't know how he spoke to my son. I watched him tell you what happened. If he had said please or even spoke nicely without saying please I wouldn't have written this review. I can understand not wanting stuff in the pipe, but he could've handled it a ton better. Both times I interacted with him he was bad-tempered, which is the exact definition of a curmudgeon. The review wasn't negative other than being one star and truthful.

Petals & Paws is the epitome of everything people lose when they eschew local businesses for a small discount at a national chain. Not only are the people here friendly and helpful -- they truly care about my dog and welcome her as if she were their own. They don't just provide caring services like grooming, they do it as if my dog were part of their family. Zoe (my puppy) and I are welcome to drop by anytime just so she can socialize with other dogs who happen to be around including the owner's -- they told me that the very first time we walked into the store. Can they always match the low price of a national chain? No, not always. But they get very close, and paying a few extra pennies here and there to have someone who is like a friend taking care of Zoe is more than worth it.

Canton Creamery ice cream is wonderful. The flavors are fantastic and range from traditional to uniquely unexpected. My granddaughter loves to go to “Mr. Dana’s house” for a sweet treat to share with Gramps and me. Most recently “pink” was the choice: Cranberry ice cream. Oh my gosh my golly - so much for mistletoe and holly!! Canton Creamery is always THE choice to bring to special holiday events as well as Gramps time.

Not a huge fan. Staff wasn't in a big hurry to help my husband fill up a propane tank. Only when he said "OK" and walked out did the employee run after him saying, "OK, Ok...I'll do it." Glad he filled it, but come on, there are propane filling stations everywhere!!3/8/19: My daughter went this morning to get a propane refill and once again, Dana the owner was a first class jerk. Irritated because they had to help a customer, hemming and hawing about having to dig out the propane area. Told her "it'd be a while" and told her she could wait. After assessing his poor attitude she left. No one from my family will ever stop here again. Especially since one of the owners assured me on the first review that their employees are better than that. Clearly the owners are just lazy and irritable.

I’ve only been here twice, from what I’ve noticed they always take good care of my loving dog. They are super gentle and passionate about cutting hair. They ALWAYS make her look stunning!

The few times I've been in this store the older man was rude to other customers as well as myself. He got mad at an older woman when she was exchanging a cat collar for a different size and asked for her ice cream cake order. "You want it NOW?" Was his response when she asked for it after completing her collar exchange as I waited in line behind her. I tried to return dog food once the day after I bought it because it was way more expensive than I had thought it was going to be (no pricing near the bag, was embarrased to stop mid-transaction) and he balked at me and gave me dirty looks. The young blondish woman who I think is the owner is always nice and helpful so it's a shame that he makes me go to Dogology instead to avoid a bad customer experience even though it is more inconvenient for me to do so.

These guys are the best I buy all my lawn equipment there. They also have quality dog food. Shop here keep the small shops in business these guys are great.

Unfortunately what I would have given four stars I've knocked down to two because of the experience that I had with one of the employees working today. I was looking for food for my kitten and realized that they do not have my brand or food directly for kittens. I asked for assistance and the employee who spoke with me was extremely condescending. Before asking me what brand I use he told me what I use was not good enough and I wasn't properly feeding him. He also kept looking at the tattoo on my foot and then glaring at me. When I told him I did not want to mix his current food with a new brand yet and that I will need to go else where to find it he rudely said okay and did not even say bye. The first visit I had the employee I spoke with was great and very helpful, but unfortunately I do not want to go again and deal with this employee.

The selection was alright but the customer service was not existent. Finally had to make the guy up front help me and he was rude and scoffed at me. When I asked him about a variation of the dog food he again scoffed at me and said there was too much to try and carry, though offered to order it in the future. Between that and the wait time I won’t be shopping there in the future.

We have periodically used Petals and Paws groomers the past few years and have been satisfied, BUT! TODAY!? !Today we were honored to meed AJ and Jude. My husband is now referring them as "The grooming Duo"😁We have an Australian Shepherd and we have been looking for a groomer for 4 years, since ours retired. We realized that grooming an Aussie, was a specialty. Jude did an OUTSTANDING Job with my dog's cut! I am so happy to know that her and AJ are there!If you are debating whether or not to try, or re-try Petals and Paws in Canton, do NOT debate anymore! Just make the appointment!!
