I’d like to thank Mitchell Subaru for making our purchasing decision a little easierLast Saturday we arrived at 4pm and walked around the parking lot for 15 minutes. We then went inside and sat in a Crosstrack Wilderness. We were in the showroom for a good ten minutes. There were many employees in the showroom at the time and we were not acknowledged at all. No greeting…nothing. So we left and today we are driving home the new vehicle we purchased on Tuesday. Thanks again !

Our salesman Jeff was wonderful. There was no high pressure sales, he listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions completely. The dealership is clean and easily accessible. I would have given a 5 star review but on our way home we received a call from someone that was in charge of detailing the car. We had already declined the Simonize option but he stated he didn't know we had. He then began aggressively pushing an extended warranty on the car. He would not take no for an answer. I requested that we not have to deal with him when we picked up the car. The Mitchell people were wonderful and followed my wishes.I will definitely consider Mitchell for my next new car also.

The service (repair) department there is outstanding. I have an older Subaru Outback that I didn't even buy from them and when I needed repairs they took incredible care of me. I was treated like one of the Subaru family. Lily and team went above and beyond. If you need repairs please go see them, better yet if you are in the market for a new or used Subaru head on over. You can't go wrong.

Me and my girlfriend had gone in this past month to get help on our upcoming lease-ends. We had some not so good experiences at other dealerships but had heard raving reviews from friends and family about Mitchell Subaru and upon going in were greeted by Jeff sales associate. From beginning to end we were treated amazingly with all of our questions being answered in full (no beating around the bush) by Jeff as well as his associates. I cannot stress enough at how happy me and my girlfriend are in our new financed Subarus and would recommend coming in and giving your business to Mitchell Subaru, the experience is definitely well above par in comparison to any other dealership in business nowadays.

Bought my Forester used (3 years old) in 2011 and have been taking it to Mitchell for service since then. I find the service staff organized, efficient, and very personable. I trust them to give me the straight scoop on any issues with my car, which is important for me because I am definitely not an informed consumer and rely heavily on their expertise. The new facility makes the experience of waiting for service work to be done much more pleasant. Meghan took care of my last visit and did an outstanding job.

Buying and leasing cars can be a stressful experience, however, our salesman, Jeff Schmahl, and the Mitchell Subaru Finance Officer, Ryan, made our experience hassle-free. We’ve never owned a Subaru before so I wanted to test drive a couple of models. Jeff was knowledgeable, kind and professional. My husband had a lot of financial questions and wanted to see various options before deciding to lease or own a vehicle. Jeff patiently worked with us and thoroughly answered all our questions, which put my husband’s mind at ease. Ryan went over the financials with us, never once rushing us and stopping to explain the multiple service options they offer.The atmosphere of the entire dealership was pleasant and professional. General Manager, Joe Ferreira and Sales Manager, Bill McCarthy, were great, too and looked into making sure we got the very best deal. I don’t have enough kind words to say about this dealership. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the great work, Mitchell Subaru! We will be coming back within the year to get my husband his car.

Jeff was GREAT!!!. No pressure, no hassle, super responsive, really easy to work with and provides you with a ton of information. The price was the price on the car I bought. So without Jeff my sale doesn’t happen. He alone is responsible for me buying my daughter her first Subaru. Excellent customer service. The issue I was having with my windows was fixed and I was able to view a video of exactly what the technician did to correct the problem and he explained everything in the video. Great experience! We have purchased 2 new Subarus in the last 4 months. My son bought a 2024 Crosstrek and I traded my Outback in for an Ascent. Jeff S was our salesperson both times and I cannot say how great he is to work with! Jeff is super responsive and makes the process quick and easy. I bought my car after a couple of emails with potential financing scenarios and stopped in an was out the door with my new car in 2.5 hours which included them detailing and filling the gas tank so I didn’t have to come back.I use the service department and they’ve always been great including today when I picked up the crossbars for my son’s car.Absolutely recommend Mitchell Subaru and Jeff when you’re in the market for a Subaru. thank you!

Had a very positive experience with Mitchell Subaru. Pricing was extremely competitive without much need to negotiate. Several other dealerships in the state were priced several thousand higher on the same exact model with the same options but negotiations were less straight forward and easy. Ms. Tori Rivera is the best service representative I have worked with since Angus, who retired about 10 to 12 years ago.Unlike another representative I encountered when I was at Mitchell Subaru on 2-5-24, who put me to the side to interact with another patron who I had been in front of, Ms. Rivera was polite, kind, willing to look into my service record to help me understand a notation there that was unclear to me, didn't lead me to feel that I was just another widget in the service process while I was there and was willing to do whatever was necessary to help. Excellent employees like her are also good people, and I hope Mitchell will recognize her and how she helps make an impersonal often costly process for vehicle owners like me that much better.After that experience on 2-5-24, I was dead set against coming back to Mitchell, but then, I thought, let's give it one more chance.Ms. Rivera saved you a customer. Think about it, management.

They are good with customer communication with reminders about your vehicle checkups and courteous follow ups for any work that has been done in terms of repairs or replacements. Service department was great! Got my car in that day, set me up with a rental, and had my car back to me the next day. My only complaint and reason for knocking a star is from the sales department. The only reason I had to bring my car in is due to their negligence with ensuring that the car passed their CPO inspection before being sold as almost new. How does a car with less than 1500 highway miles driven from purchase and 5200 miles at the time of purchase need the rotors turned and an alignment? Do better sales! Service department, keep carrying and being awesome!
