I want to start off by saying the pharmacy staff are great! I have no issues at all in that department! As for the this one specific older man who stocks the shelves with silver hair and bright blue eyes. You sir are beyond rude and I couldn’t even finishing my shopping because I was so upset how you were beyond rude! I politely saw you were working and I had a shopping cart with my 2 year old daughter in the cart with me and you told me when I walked in the isle “are you going by.” I said politely “no that is ok I see you are working so I will leave the cart at the beginning of the isle so we don’t interrupt you.” You shock your head and sighed as if I caused an issue but you continued to work! You then got off of your hands and knees because you were organizing the bottom shelves not even stocking them just zoning and went over to grab a grey cart and placed it directly in front of the isle in front off the cart where my two year old daughter was sitting quietly watching videos on my phone and you slam a package on top of the cart with such aggression that it startled my daughter and when I looked up she had a face of concern and looked back at me almost in tears! This was the last straw for me so we left immediately after that incident because I was so upset and didn’t want to react to your uncalled for behavior! I was literally in the store for less than 1 minute and this was my experience! You should be ashamed of yourself sir! I prayed for you when I left the store because someone else might not have been so easygoing!

I called yesterday 7/24/23 to have a prescription refilled two days earlier because I’m going on a trips and won’t be able to pick it up. The female pharmacist who took my call was extremely rude. She even hung up the phone before I could even thank her. She said “ It will be ready tomorrow” and hung up! She was very unprofessional. 😡

The new automated phone system is garbage as if it didn't already take 8,000 years to reach the pharmacist for an important question about medication .... not everyone is calling just get a prescription status and it's not like we're calling to chit chat lightly with already busy people...

Terrible customer service. HIPAA violation with cashier shouting out the names of my medication with a line of people behind me. Refill requested on 2/13/2023, never filled! Change pharmacies and they can’t process my prescription because my health insurance has been charged for the prescription I never received. Smells like fraud. Call corporate tell the entire story am promised a call back within 48 hours from District Manager, Mrs. Patel, you guessed it, no call. CVS does not care about anyone terrible customer service, terrible management! Shameful.

Very nice staff, of course they make little errors for example address trying to get it correct. They can get one part correct but the other part not and as a customer I’d like to double and triple check to make sure that they have it correct when picking up scripts. If they notice that there was an error they will be nice about it and say we put the wrong number in the system and we will fix it right away.

Staff literally doesn’t care, the pharmacist on duty won’t even take the time to talk about a billing issue with the insurance. I presented all information and she refused to even look up at me to discuss the problem. With 100 other choices for a pharmacy - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This CVS pharmacy always has issues. They are either ALWAYS out of stock with a medication… and the pharmacy techs are so rude when I call! Please take a customer service 101 course. I never had issues with Walgreens!

Rude. Person who works in the pharmacy is the absolute rudest person. Was in the middle of asking him a question at the drive through and he hung up on me. Asked to have my rx transferred so I didn’t have to deal with him ever again. So much attitude.

Usually not bad other than slow drive through. Although today, the store was crowded and employees were stocking shelves. They acted as if I was in THEIR way and one young man audibly sighed at my presence. Waited at the register for a while because the self check out won't accept cash. When a cashier finally came up, clearly annoyed she had to do her job, she proceeded to give me a hard time for accidentally giving her too much money. Bad bad customer service today guys.

My doctor ordered a prescription on Wednesday, went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready - this was 2 hours after my appointment. Next day I received a call that the medication wasn't available. They ordered it, now 5 days later I haven't gotten a call that it is ready. I called the pharmacy and was put on hold for over and hour and then it was disconnected. I have a very simple question when do they expect the medication to be in? If they can't get it I would call my doctor and have him order it at a different pharmacy. NO ONE ANSEWRS THE PHONE AND YOU CAN'T GET A SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED. i AM DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE. I understand that they are short staffed and busy but this is just un acceptible.

CVS Pharmacy in Canton, CT.The pharmacist Jim is a bitter man with zero customer service skills (and he puts zero effort into fixing that). I have had repeated issues with him deleting scripts that he didn't feel like filling (without speaking to the prescribing doctor first), as well as refusing to count out prescriptions in my presence (after being directed to do so because a CVS employee had been stealing pills from my prescriptions). Don't waste your time attempting to use this pharmacy until they fire him.

I just got the Covid-19 Booster and was helped by the absolutely nicest person (Stephanie) who was personable, informative, and who bought shot blockers for kids with her own money to make it so it would be easier on them to get shots. What an incredible person! Thank you so much for that experience.
