Pharmacy staff here is much better than other pharmacies in the area (in my experience). The pharmacists I’ve dealt with, as well as the staff, have been great. Prescriptions always filled very quickly. Sasha, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help me with a few prescription issues (stemming from another pharmacy)…she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

The worst. Couldn't get anyone over to a locked case. If people don't want to do their jobs or managers don't want to answer their radios or pages then they shouldn't lock stuff up. Do better. After a half hour of waiting and 4 pages no one showed up to help. I walked away. Absolutely rediculous.

One of the better Walmart’s in the area. Having first hand knowledge from working here for a few years, it’s well cleaned, always stocked well, and great staff! Keep in mind that most of the front end checkout are Self-Checkouts. Please stop blaming the staff, as this is not their fault. These people are just doing their job and helping customers the best they can.

A person working register shouldn't put their problems on random customers, the old lady looked bewildered. The girl couldn't have cared less she was getting paid to perform a job, she was way too good for that. Disgusting

Even though a store was brewing it was easy to maneuver around and get what we needed.There were a couple of clearance items mismarked on the floor so an associate selector got me help with a retail associate who told me what I should do. Even though it was crazy busy, they both took the time to help me.When I got up-front, there were a few registers opens, so I got in line not wanting to hold up self service.The vision department associate jumped on a register and pulled me over being next in line and paying attention.He was very friendly and courteous even when I told him my dilemma. He kind of made a joke of it because he doesn't usually do that job, but he did get me the right price on the first try.That's the kind of positive attitude you need working with the public. He made the rest of my day.

I know it's not Walmart's fault but the theft issue here is truly record breaking. It sucks when I leave the store and I have to get my receipt checked and highlighted, fingerprints taken, polygraph test, DNA recorded, and my prostate tickled (I don't mind this part actually). But it really puts a damper on my shopping experience.

We were looking for an item tonight and pat came to help which was nice but then he went out of his way to come up to us in a separate isle to say and I quote “can I make a suggestion your son should tied his hair back (he has long hair ) because at first I thought he was a girl. First of all it’s very unprofessional to say especially in front of a child. I think maybe some manners should be taught to your employees imagine if my child was transgender!!! Which he isn’t but if it was so easy for him to say to my child I’m sure it isn’t the first time

I wouldn't work here this place discriminate on people, hr won't hire you based on your previous experience. They don't know what good help is. If I could I would give them negative stars. I won't recommend this job to none of my friends. Plus they don't care if your family dies they want you to work and not to grieve over them

Walmart is losing my business more and more everyday. I use to come here for the cheap prices and friendly employees. The prices are through the roof, unclean and understocked buildings and the employees are unhappy and take it out on customers. I may have to hit multiple stores for my household needs but at least I'm happy while spending my hard earned money

It was 9pm on Tuesday. Store was quiet, employees very helpful, and the overall vibe welcoming. Some of the produce should never have made it to the shelf. The corn looked like it should have been silage not sold to humans.In the case... Great service challenging produce quality.

I'm a disabled veteran. I spend an incredible amount of money here, every single month. That will be changing if their treatment of veterans doesn't improve. They follow me around in the store like I'm a thief, even though I've never stolen anything, not one item, ever. They harass me every time I check out. Yesterday, the check out lady checked inside my four year old's new backpack that we just purchased. It has a matching dinosaur lunch box that is clipped to it. The ignorant Walmart employee then asked if it came with the bag, even though it had buckles that literally clipped it to the front and had matching dinosaurs on it. I asked if she wanted to check my pockets too. She said she isn't allowed. I don't think she realized I was being sarcastic. Lack of intellect and decency. Pharmacy workers are incredibly kind, however.

Don't wear anything patriotic here. They will follow you around like your a theif or a mass shooter or something. Incredibly rude no matter how much money I spend every time I go in, not to mention we also order stuff from Walmart online. As soon as we find a better option we're gonna start going there. I served my country and dont do anything wrong. I Don't appreciate getting treated in such a manner.

The Brooklyn Ct. Walmart was clean, busy and full of shoppers. My son and I were there to do grocery shopping . Cashier was pleasant and helpful . My only negative would be that I do not like the fact that now Walmart seems to rely heavily on self checkout . I don't approve of self checkout. In my mind it takes jobs away from people!

Store is very clean. All associates were very friendly and helpful. It's the first Walmart in a long time (my experience) that didn't have empty shelves! Carlos helped me in electronics. He was very knowledgeable, very polite and attentive, even helped me out to my car with my purchase. I will definitely recommend this particular Walmart location.

This store has definitely stepped up it's game in the last year. There's a much higher number of employees working, with all but just a very few of them having a great attitude/very helpful. Which is good because this location has had a huge increase in the volume of customers since COVID. The ordering has finally caught up with the demand, the store is always clean, the pick up service is seamless, and the registers are always manned. Kudos to the manager for the improvements!

I realize that everyone is having difficulty hiring these days. That being said, I struggle to find many things in stock at this Walmart. Quite often, I can not even find an employee to help me. There are often no carriages available inside. The deli employees are not the nicest and probably shouldn't be working with the public, at all.

I called the pharmacy at Walmart in Brooklyn to obtain my prescriptions three separate times each of the three times I was still there already and they were not the fourth day I go they give me a partial on one of them I was told to call back in a week and a half to two weeks which I did today I was told I need to wait another week not because it's not in stock but the tech feels its too soon. This was a partial prescription that my insurance has already paid for and they are denying me my medication. Im trying to avoid them not having enough again and doing what i was instructed to do by calling back. Luckily I have enough of my medication had this been an antibiotic there would be no issue but the stigmatizing the techs do is unethical immoral and a huge disservice

(Marchelle Savage was acting manager)...I shop here daily. However when Im shopping alone or doing a mystery shop on the store ( I am a mystery shopper and have mystery shopped this store many times and written many reports on my experience in this store ironically) and checking out with my Walmart store bought grocery bags I never have a problem. I also as a job mystery shop this Walmart and never have this problem. However, when im with my sister who CLEARLY has a disability and she brings her smallest suitcase which has wheels to carry her items onto the city bus shes taking home, we always have security called on us. Today he stood 5 ft away from us and watched us pack up all our stuff. We watched him talk to other employees about us and when he thought we were leaving the store he stood by the entrance in a intimidating stance with the other employee he asked to stand with him.. We were not leaving though. this prompted him and the manager Marchelle Savage to follow us around the store aisle to aisle. everytime we looked over our shoulder there he was until we finally walked up to him and told him we were not stealing could he please stop following us around. he then said and his first response was that he was going to get us banned and removed from the store. so I walked away. I absolutely believe the situation was more about ego at this point. for i know he heard all the things i was saying at the register about how its crazy how we always get followed and for him to be so close to us never taking his eyes off of us while we are packing up everything we purchased....we already paid for everything! id like to add that we were not taking things off the shelf and placing items in our bags. we placed everything in our shopping cart and only used our bags after we purchased everything. the best part is when i went to speak to the manager Marchelle Savage. After we were threatened to have the police called on us and be banned from the store. I went to another employee and asked to speak to the manager. security also followed to the other aisle that the other employee was in. I also watched security go up to that employee after we asked herwhere the manager was and then he left. Marchelle with three other employees are already standing and positioned right by the registers and she was very unprofessional! when i told her we were just threatened to be physically taken out the store and banned she said that she had him following someone else. she also said that she didnt like us walking around with a suitcase. however we were not placing thing from off the shelves into a suitcase or our bags. very often the African Americans which is small in population in brooklyn ct are racially profiled coming into this store. sometimes two security men following behind. I had to explain that this was the worse we were stalked in the store and also that this doesnt happen to me unless im with my sister. Marchelle did not get what she wanted out of the conversation and we went back to finish our shopping. as we were walking off Marchelle yelled to us " Sorry I ruined your day!" sooo unprofessional and egotistic. i responded saying " you did not ruin my day" and went and finished the rest of my shopping. Id like to add that I am a black woman. in a white predominate town where racial profiling is not uncommon. Even as we are standing waiting for the city bus they still had security follow us out unto the parking lot.

Never went inside, was on a traffic detail during an overnight milling project. Patrons of the store were very aware and alert while entering and exiting the lot. The physical appearance was tidy and from a distance and in the dark looked well kept.
