They were very nice fast amd well prepared food for a Dunkin, and the place has a lovely lounge for relaxing while enjoying coffee ☕.This Dunkin seems to have rough edges so please souble check your drinks and orders but when i went inside and order a decent sized request they did get it right but my experience will differ from yours but worse giving a try. DEFINITELY worth stopping in for relaxation while trying to eat! Theres that to look forward to staff was nice to me and so i mean each day is different so be mindful

Usually, they are *meh*. Today, this all changed when me and my fiance went through the drive thru super quick. We Ordered a coffee, 2 wake-up wraps, glazed donut and a strawberry frosted through the mobile app (which I always use). Pulled up to the speaker, let them know I had a mobile order they advised us they did not have the syrup I wanted for the coffee (new churro). I said okay and went with my usual, no big deal. Pull up to the window, they have no idea what I ordered. They're asking us for payment, which I already paid through the app. So we let them know everything we ordered. Gives us the donut bag first, one glazed and a chocolate frosted. Fiance does not like chocolate, which is why she ordered STRAWBERRY frosted. Didn't ask if we wanted to substitute with anything, just made up our minds for us. Asked us what else we are waiting on. Reminded them AGAIN what the order was. After a minute, hands us the bag with the wake-up wraps, which were put in hashbrown wrappers. They were cold in the middle. Strike 3. Also, think the guy at the window was cooked out of his mind. I don't usually write reviews but this left a sour taste in my mouth for this awful dunkin.

Was here 11/11 @ 8:30am-waited exactly 18 minutes inside while new employee struggled to take my 2 drink orders and prepare. I understand learning on the job, but perhaps an acknowledgment to the customer such as “thank you for your patience. I am sorry for the delay as she is training” NOT “oh well they have to learn some time”….As you shout instructions how to make a $6.00+ beverage while mopping the floor. The wet floor with no sign to warn customers about as they walk in. I do not shop here often…and I’m glaringly reminded as to why. Do better Dunkin…please!

You can expect to dish out four dollars for an extra large hot coffee here, more than a 30% increase from their prices a year ago, and a dollar more expensive than other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area... and the drink you paid $4 for will likely be a cup of scalding hot, flavorless brown water. You're much better off making your own coffee than wasting your money here.

Made my maple bacon sandwich wrong again.. They put yellow American cheese instead of White cheddar and 2 pieces of regular bacon.. With the amount I have to pay for the food it should atleast be correct!!

I just stopped in this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time last week, the first week of October of 2023. The store near me, never has what I want they're always out of it or they only get certain things on certain days. When I went to the Brooklyn Dunkin' Donuts, I found they had apple cinnamon filled donuts everyday. The one that I go to, doesn't, they only have them on Saturdays. I'd say it's a win-win for Brooklyn.

Attempted to go here after some shopping. First I tried to order an Arnold Palmer for my husband. This request was denied, because they don’t have that. Although you can clearly see lemonade and iced tea on their menu. A place that takes numerous complex coffee orders couldn’t fulfill two liquids in one cup. No other modifications. Ok, a bit lazy. Then we tried to order him a black iced tea with lemon. They didn’t have any lemon. Then I tried ordering a watermelon raspberry refresher made with black tea instead of green tea. But uh, oh. A small change in the order and I was met with contempt. So we decided to leave. With the economy the way that it is, small modifications should not be denied. Do better, I have never had any issue with ordering these specific drinks from other Dunkin’s. Which only proved to me that there was some insane level of entitlement coming from this specific location staff.

The guys who work the night shift should be fired. Rude and disrespectful. I am going to try and speak with the owner because I am tired of being treated poorly by the two guys who work nights. Why they don’t like me I don’t understand I spend 150. Every week. Today is Tuesday 3/28. Well today I called the customer service number and filed a complaint. I feel bad giving a bad review because the morning girls and guys are awesome but the guy on the night shift is so rude and disrespectful to me and my wife and I guess the owner (Jimmy) doesn’t care if his employees are rude to seniors.

Just don't come to this Dunkin, there's more down the road, up the road..all over. This one is terrible. I have literally NEVER ONCE got a coffee made correctly. I kept trying because I'm always like, surely, this time it'll be okay. No. It hasn't been okay. Plus the manager is obviously going through something. He has a terrible attitude. "Do you have this available?" "Unfortunately, yes.." I kid you not he said that. Then proceeded to give out non de caffeineated coffee so my chest will explode. :(

Glad I ordered ahead to still sit in a drivethru for 15 minutes since the dining room is closed. I always have high hopes and am always disappointed by this dunkinSorry update to review, ended up waiting 20+ minutes for cold food, didn't have all my drinks. They then tried to give me the wrong food 2 more times while still sitting at the window. Just drive to plainfield bakers dozen and get better food faster

Normally this store is great. I always use the mobile app but this morning it wouldn't accept it.So I went through the drive through as I normally do and made the order at the speaker. My bad- instead of saying latte, I said espresso.I got to the window and was handed two cups. Both of different weight. One was labeled medium coffee and one espresso. So I handed them back and said one wasn't right and the other felt light.A woman with blonde hair and no mask (who was working the ovens and making food) began explaining the difference between espresso and latte in a rude one.She actually said when you say espresso you don't get a latte. So I replied, I come here everyday. I know the difference and made a mistake.She turned to me and said, "Well, we work here everyday, so we know the difference."At that point, having been chastised, I asked if there a manger. She said snidely, "that would be me." So I asked who her boss was. She said I'm actually the GM for the region so you have to deal with me." Her smirk was not only rude but challenging me to say something more.I asked for her name and she paused before answering me.Nicole Powers.When I pulled away I immediately called corporate. I'm awaiting a phone call from the owners.Normally I would just eat my mistake, but this woman berated me in front of her staff.Customer service is not where she belongs.

I had just gotten hired here and basically what happened was I called them explained what happened this morning/last night, I told her that I have a condition called epilepsy and all this and then told her that yesterday I was having staring spells which is what I do before I have seizures and I just kept having them so I decided it was best I didn’t go into work because of all those seizure symptoms I was having so right when I woke up I went to turn on my phone so I could call Dunkin (it was plugged in and everything) but it was dead so then I went to back to sleep woke up again my phone was still dead so then I told my boyfriend I needed to use his phone and I called Dunkin and explained my situation like I had just said and then I asked if I would be able to come in Thursday morning instead and then the girl on the phone says and I quote “that should be okay let me go ask” so then she comes back (the girl on the phone is not the manager) and basically tells me that they hired someone else and that I was fired…the manager couldn’t even tell me this..this phone call happened ONE hour after I was supposed to clock in so I know no one had an interview at 6 o clock in the morning at Dunkin’ Donuts because why would they have an interview at the same time they would be “training” the new person and if you’re reading this thinking “you shouldn’t have done that because you may have been fine” I woke up still feeling the same way I felt last night so I strongly believe I did the right thing and that I was discriminated against and that is just so retarded

I went through the drive through hand both of my coffee were wrong. One of them was not mixed at all and wrong amount of sugar and creamer. My second coffee has no creamer when I said 3 creams. Will not be returning to this location.

Extremely unsatisfactory visits. Over charging items. Why are Carmel swirl shots (pumps) only 2 for a small. ? If I want extra I should not have to pay more. I should also not have to pay $15 for 3 different coffee’s. I should have a pleasant experience and a better morning once I get my coffee and I don’t ever have a pleasant experience. This Dunkin Doughnuts is in Brooklyn CT

The crew is friendly but the latte machine is always having an issue getting a hot latte in the winter is more of an issue than it should then when it’s remade they load the coffee with extra syrup so it makes you sick I am over giving this place chances I’ll miss some people but there’s magic moon cafe 5 min up the road it doesn’t have drive thru but you get what you order an hott This isn’t a first visit complaint over had this issue repeatedly over the pass year in a half So fix your machines or lose customers up to management

i just have to say i lost all faith in dunkin donuts because everytime i went and ordered a sandwich the bagels were always so chewy i could barely stand to finish the sandwich. my wife and i went here tonight and this is hands down the best dunkin experience i’ve had in such a long time. the sandwiches were amazing the coffee was amazing if i ever need a dunkin fix this is the place im going to because i know theyll do an amazing job!

Waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes and when I got to the speaker the attendant was not kind. The server at the window only had her mask over her mouth and took it off completely when she closed the window and while handling my order

So I go in to get a coffee and am waiting patiently when an overweight sketchy looking guy comes in behind me. The clerk comes over and tells me "let me take care of him first" then takes his order and gives him free coffee. When its finally my turn (again) I ask what was up and was told that he's "dating" the manager. So in short this D&D would rather give free coffee to the manager's hookups than take your actual money for coffee.

Dude who worked front counter was rude mad he had to do his job.talking under his breath because he can't work a register. Or make coffee because he also butchered that. The workers just laying around on their phones collecting a free check.
