This is definitely one of my go to’s. Moved to the quiet corner a little over a year ago and the food selection for dining out or take out is not the best in the area (my opinion) but this little gem is great! The staff is always friendly and the owner is a great guy! Most of his food is homemade and delicious I love his meatball sandwiches and the roast beef is super delicious as well and fresh!! Prices are good and never a let down we try to stop in atleast once a month. Next store is Brooklyn pizza for dine in they are great too. I recommend eating at the pizza spot then hit the deli for some great meats or home made sandwiches and food to take home for dinner!

I was very disappointed in my order. I was craving an Italian Combo and Brooklyn Market came highly recommended. I ordered it with extra onions and received no onions instead. To me, the onions make the sandwich, it was not worth eating it without onions. mistakes happen, so I called the store and explained that my order was wrong and that I would not eat the sandwich that way. They girl who answered said, "well I don't know where the owner went so, I don't know." no resolutions, basically just, too bad you didn't get what you ordered. I am newer to the area so still trying out the local places. I was disappointed to get a sandwich that I threw out the first time I tried Brooklyn Market. I will not be going back if that is how they respond to their customers.

This store is full of very nice people. Peter and his wife are always kind and they have a large selection for a convenience stop. I try to go here instead of Walmart or mobile.

The store, run by the always helpful Peter, has always been notes for its grinders and fresh Meat ( Best Prime ribs in the state) has now upped its game with outstanding fried foods. Try the onion rings.....OUTSTANDING. Same goes for the French fries. They also make extremely good Breakfast combos also, far better then McDonalds. Don't be tempted by the half hearted, place next door. If your in the area you must try their Deli. Don't like something...tell Peter and he'll make it right.

This is a privately owned little spot that is just excellent!My co-workers and I stop there almost daily to buy lunch. They make the best grinders around! Super generous portions, great service, and great value.If you're feeling like a sub, I would recommend trying Brooklyn Market.

Absolutely the BEST food. Breakfast or lunch, if I'm in town, this is my go to! Meat and cheese sliced fresh to order. Run by the nicest family ever, this is a place you don't want to miss. I HIGHLY recommend the Honey Ham 🤤

Excellent hidden place! The owners are beyond friendly and the food is Great! The Indian food is amazing and made fresh daily. Nice deli and great looking Grinder menu. If you haven’t tried them, it’s worth the stop!

Always a great, warm welcome for Peter and his Family. . Clean and low price corner store where everything u need is right there.. The food in the Deli is some of the beat around. .. Try the Breakfast Sandwich = Amazing!

The best grinders in Eastern Connecticut!Shredded cabbage, jalapenos, plus all the other veggies on a ham, genoa, and pepperoni grinder is my favorite. I've never been disappointed by any grinder I've had here, and I've been coming for years.Need something besides a mouth watering grinder? You've come to the right place, they have nearly everything, at reasonable prices, including a vast beef jerky selection for us carnivores, and fresh, local vegetables for even the most picky vegan!

The owners are amazing. They have an awesome deli. They sell sandwiches. Both breakfast sandwiches and grinders. They also sell beer and many other products. I highly recommend this store.

I love Pete's market for a LOT of reasons. They've got the best prices on every kind of deli meats and cheeses around, and the quality of it all is beyond great!!! I buy all my meats, and everything deli at Pete's. I haven't bought those things ANYWHERE else in more than 4 years. When you go into the market, your greeted and treated like family. They remember your name, and your spouse and kids name too. Pops ALWAYS makes sure that I don't forget anything either, which is a huge help since I always do forget something!!! LMAO- all of those plus a million more reasons is why I luv Brooklyn Market.

Great rustic creaky local spot with all of the convenience items you would expect. Also a nice Deli counter with meats and sandwiches. Some local produce and dairy products are available as well. A bit pricey, but it saves you the drive to Killingly to go to the supermarket if you are local to Brooklyn.

Bought 2 sodas $1.39 each and I was charged $4.23 don't add up the total would equal $2.78 + 0.17 cents for tax and they have a fee if you use any type of card to pay and that's .50 cents so everything should of came up to $3.45 I went there and the owner said there is only a 60 cent difference so no big deal it's 78 cent difference I know it's only a little bit of change but I'm not giving anyone my money for nothing and now and days you half to pinch every penny so I won't be going there anymore if I can give them 0 stars I would so if you go to this store make sure you do the math first with your phone cuz this just happened to me yesterday and I know other ppl this has happened to too.
