I brought in my 4 French bulldogs and the girls did a fantastic job with them! Super sweet to them! I had to ask for a couple specific things to be done and not done and they were really accommodating with my requests. Definitely will bring them back!

They were very professional, the dogs looks great, Mike was very thorough and informative about the app and how to sign up for the digital punch card. He seemed to really care about my dog's potential ear infection and he was just good with them over all. They came out super soft and the whole thing was done in 2 hours.

Shannon is an excellent groomer. She is very skilled, accommodating , professional and kind and sweet to the animals. My little guy hates to be groomed, but she calms him. And she discovered that he had an ear infection. I took him immediately to the vet who said that Shannon found it early before it became serious . Shannon is the reason that I continue to drive out of my way to Petco.

I have been bringing our four legged child here for almost a year and one day my appointment was cancelled without notice, the person who usually takes care of Max wasn't there and the lady who helped us was straight out discriminative. She looked and me and wouldn't let me in stating someone else was 15 min before me BUT she didn't know that I had a conversation with the lady who arrived after me but went through the store to walk around cause she was early. Needless to say I will not bring our dog there again for I cannot trust the quality anymore. I always tipped cash of $30 dollars or more each time and to be treated like we were second hand citizens isn't right. I waited to speak with the manager and he was not resolving the negative experience, rather claiming that I was wrong... go figure. In todays climate in America, people need to be more respectful and empathetic towards each other, no matter race /color of your skin. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was handled.
