Had a great shopping experience here. Customer service was very helpful. Lots of good deals and gas was very cheap. They had a great selection of plants. Food court is an amazing deal! The two of us ate for 5 bucks and left full. The food tasted very good. I love the fact that they had plenty of sample stations for you to try food. Honestly wound up buying stuff we never would have thought of just because we were able to taste it. Also we sampled stuff that we didn't like that we were going to buy so I think that is very good I wish other superstores like this did that more often. They're main competitor that we also have membership at very rarely does it anymore. The store overall was very clean and well kept up and constantly stocked with products. Will definitely be coming here more often from now on.

I don't know how to rate Costco. I just go for a few odds and ends. It's not like they carry organic foods really. It's no different than any other wholesale.I do give 5 stars to the staff at Costco Brookfield CT. Very very helpful and love their politeness 💖

I recently visited Costco Brookfield and found the experience to be a bit confusing. While the store itself offers a wide range of products at great prices, I was disappointed by the lack of uniformity among the staff. It was challenging to identify who worked there, which made seeking assistance to find specific items a bit frustrating. It would be helpful if the staff wore uniforms for easier identification. Overall, while I appreciate the variety and value Costco offers, the inconsistency in staff attire detracted from the shopping experience.

What can be said of a wholesale bulk store? One always knows what season to prepare for by the seasonal offerings that seem to be on time, thirteen weeks ahead of schedule.Some Korean food favorites (that are sorely needed, and were surprised to see in Brookfield) have since disappeared, wish they kept those items, and expanded the offerings.Costco’s return policy is the best!One gripe is the hours, esp for weekend eve hours, particularly for the gas on Sundays

After traveling back and forth from different doctor appointments my family needed some supplies for our household, so we thought of going to Costco.On that note Jennifer and I wanted to take the time to thank the Costco Family (Brookfield), I say family because every person there is family and are part of a closed knit family working together to provide for others! We have been members for decades. A recent issue we had was fully resolved within minutes to our satisfaction. Rebecca the employee I interacted with over the phone, was very gracious and extremely professional. We are grateful. Interaction with any employee, even when they are at their busiest, has always been very positive. The store s always well kept and orderly. This is obviously reflection on the management teams approach and the corporate culture that they embrace. We use many Kirkland products in place of name brands due to their high quality and have never been disappointed. .

If you're a Costco member at this location and don't leave a 5-Star review, I haven't got words for you. The biggest thing I notice when I'm at this location is the interaction between the members of the staff - they're always happy and playing around with one another. That leads me to believe that Costco strives to make this a friendly, fun, and happy place to work. Every time I'm there, I'm met with a friendly smile and a good attitude from the staff. I couldn't ask for more.

The only good thing about this Costco is the products sold and nothing else. Most of the employees working at the Brookfield, CT Costco are rude, disrespectful and condescending. They should all be fired. What kind of customer service is this for a paying customer! This includes the warehouse and the tire center. Just very very rude. I’m just taking my business to BJs, at least they know how to treat a customer. Reach out to me if you want to do something about it

Incredibly unbelievably rude and not helpful. My mother takes care of 3 special needs individuals, she took her time after a busy day of work to fight the holiday madness and get gifts on their behalf to family and friends. She gets to the register and they wouldn’t allow her to use their personal cards. The employee and manger both told her only one card allowed. She left and went to BJ’s. I run two businesses and know how easy it is to do 3 transactions. I recommend you avoid this store, my mother doesn’t ever complain and she called me incredibly upset at the situation and how it was handled.

If you know Costco, you know what to expect. One of the few places you can leave with new tires installed, a gazebo, a good computer, dinner for six, milk, eggs, a nice pair of sneakers, and an 85" TV. Great prices and a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff.

After enduring four solid hours of testing at a different (but major) hearing aid seller, then gasping at their over-the-top cost, I headed off to Costco in Brookfield to try their Kirkland. Can't say if every Costco is as good, but this one has been spectacular.Their private test is long and detailed. And exacting. Turns out my visit was long overdue and sorely needed.Perhaps every hearing aid seller delivers the same results. For me , sounds were suddenly alive; clear, clean, bright, crisp discernable sounds. Which is very nice, but just my personal journey. It's how I got here that really matters.The preliminary test was exacting and the audiologist's patient attention to detail was impressive. It was sadly both humiliating and humbling to learn how poorly I was hearing. But the audiologist seemed to understand that, and remained kind and supportive and, I was sure, actually caring.My new ears (as I like to call them) arrived fulling programmed and ready to wear in about a week. After being fitted and tested I was asked to walk through the store. "Come back when you've done your shopping..." Then there were new question about comfort (both physically and audibly), the balance of background sounds, the sound of my own voice.... More adjustments, another walk, a few minor tweaks, and I was headed home.It was definitely not perfect after that. Yet no matter how minor or major a problem might have seemed to me, no matter my request for something only I could hear, it was resolved within minutes (or a few days at worst). There was never an added charge, never a hesitation. I'm only sorry I didn't go much sooner.It's well past a year now. My new ears - Kirkland Signature 10 (made by Sonova) - are still hearing flawlessly. Alas, not everyone has been as fortunate. This model has been discontinued and other brands are available. Fortunately it was never the device alone that impressed me - it's been the ongoing service. And I suspect that'll continue no matter whose brand is sold here.

Its a decent costco, not as well stocked as the costcos in some other regions, but not bad. Good variety of products, good prices. Bad place for impulse shoppers, but great for trying to stock up on dry or frozen goods. Produce and meat are good quality as well.

My husband and I just recently became cosco members. The woman who helped us with our ID cards and provided us with extra information to download the app and such. I had forgotten that Costco is more than just a wholesaler for food. They have so much more and it's super interesting to look at everything they offer.

This Costco gets busy on weekends but checkout is usually fast. I prefer to go during the week when parking is easier to find. Great gas prices.

Never been to a Costco that isn't busy no matter the day or time. This location is no different. Staff is helpful and friendly, definitely come to my rescue a few times since they keep shifting the aisles every time I'm there. Good strategy to play with our shopping habits but it makes it hard to run in and out of store just for a couple items.

My husband and I love to shop in Costco because of reasonable price and great quality especially for their fruit, dairy products and prepared food.During COVID-19, we didn’t visit Costco for 3 months and we miss it so much. When we saw the lines outside the entrance, we would give up everytime we tried to go. We were so excited to see there weren’t too many people on a weekend afternoon at their Brookfield location.Most of the shelves were well-maintained and organized. The product lineup is really different from other locations we visited in NYC. We love their plant section so much and brought a new pot home.All the staff wore masks and gloves. One of the best things that made us feel comfortable to shop there was the cashier counter set up.

I am usually a big fan of Costco, but she’s moving up north the Danbury location has been pretty disappointing. My biggest issue and the reason I am posting, I usually never look at the ice before I put in my drink, but I did for some reason this time, and the ice had little flakes of black mold. I was disgusted, took a picture, and dumped out my ice. They apparently do not clean their ice machine, And I cannot imagine what the soda syrup tubes look like behind the scenes. That’s a health hazard and they should be embarrassed/shut down for that level of negligence.

One stop shop for groceries, medicines at bulk-discount prices. Excellent quality meats, seafood, fruits and veggies. Can also purchase wine and liquor here, though this location has smaller choices compared to other Costco locations.

Good products, but very poor customer service, lack of empathy, does not make me feel comfortable. It also feels uncomfortable that every time one is ready to pay an employee approaches me to ask me to show him my membership, very uncomfortable and annoying. I AM MORE AND MORE DISAPPOINTED WITH COSTCOT, RECENTLY THEY RETAINED MY CREDIT CARD, IT WAS THE MEMBERSHIP. THE PERSON HAD NEVER PASSED IT TO ME. THE PERSON CHECKED IT AND LOOKED AT MY PHOTO. THIS IS DESCRIMINATION. DEPOSIT PLUS TAXES APPROXIMATELY $9.00 EACH BALANCE OF WATER.

I don’t go to Costco often, but we were in Brookfield and had time to kill. Some of the quantities are way too large since two of my kids have gone to college. It’s nice to go in and still look around to find items you can’t find anywhere else. The free samples are always a plus. There are two things that I dislike with this Costco. The parking lot always seems to be a nightmare. I’m not blaming Costco, it just always seems that people drive irrationally in this parking lot. Also the lines are always insane. It has eased a bit since they added self check out. The employees are always friendly and helpful. My favorite part about Costco is leaving. We usually get something from the food stand. Even with 10% inflation everywhere else, their hotdog and drink combo is still $1.50. Kudos to you Costco. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. We also got the twisted churro which has made a comeback. It was off the menu for a little while. I’m guessing the popularity of churros has brought it back. Overall, usually a good experience at Costco.

The employees who are pushing the carts are so aggressive and angry that they are literally causing people to get hurt. Management knows it but still let's them work in the busiest area of the store. At the front of the doors were people are going both in and out at the same time.
