Was actually a little crowded when I was there but its usually not. Just because it's called dollar General doesn't mean everything is low price. Most things are a good deal however some things are priced way off. They almost have everything you would need though and its a good place to get the things you need. By the way they are almost always out of half n half

I love Dollar general and it's selection. I just don't like how when stocking the shelves it seems like your bothering them if you ask for help or the uboat is literally in the middle of the isle. Mostly good experiences.

Great little store with 90% most popular items nearby. I go here before going to a grocery store for milk, eggs, cheese, bread, juice/ soft drinks, ice cream sandwiches, also has my favorite aloe vera drink for 99¢ each!! Great pricing and a large selection nearby is awesome. The one near me closes at 10pm.Staff can be rude/ indifferent at times but usually well mannered during daylight hours.

Nasty attitudes from almost every staff person ever working there. Always have to wait for someone to come to the register, most of the time have to look for someone myself or squeeze a dog toy to get their attention that they leave on the counter. Very unprofessional. I will still shop here because it is local but they need some customer service training clearly.

I have never been to a Dollar General so I didn't know how to use the digital coupons. I asked the cashier and I am very glad there was a customer behind me that knew what to do because the employee, who turned out to be the manager (Larisa) was useless! She did not explain anything clearly to me on what I needed to do. Then when I said it didn't take off my $5 coupon she told me it wasn't her problem it's the app. I showed her where that was the top coupon with all my other ones and she continued to tell me it's not her problem! I said I wanted to talk to a manager because any other store I've been to if the coupon doesn't go through they adjust it themselves. She told me she was a manager and there's nothing she can do because it's not her problem. My voice definitely started going up and I told her there was no need to be so rude and she said she was not being rude there's just nothing she can do because it is the app. I saw a lot of one-star reviews for various Dollar Generals around the country and they were all along the same lines as mine-the customer service is terrible!It obviously seems like the company doesn't care but I am definitely contacting their corporate office because $5 off is a pretty good coupon to take off of the total.

Kidding right??? If someone would talk to you you might be able to rate higher. Especially man who works there. Walks by like you were never in that store before and your in his way. If there was another store near by I wouldn't even be bothered with this. Same way your treated

Dollar General stores are alot like fingerprints....no two are alike!!! While one store may have something in stock, the other may not!!! That's why it's important to check out many dollar generals!!! I have a great time at those stores. I treat it like a mad treasure hunt. I totally love the Comfort Bay line of towels/rugs/curtains. For very little money, and some very good style, you can decorate your home like nobody's business!!!

I get it its the holiday season and there's a lot more people out shopping. What I dont understand is why due to the increase in customers shopping, why isnt there more staffing to take care of the rush at the check out lane. Waited up to almost a half HR on line. Some people put their products on shelves and walked out because the line was so long

When your not in Walmart mode, visit a Dollar General you wont be disappointed.Name brand items at Walmart prices. Not everything's a dollar, so don't let the name surprise you. I've been in 10 of these stores every one of them is organized and clean.Try it once and you'll be hooked !

Staff have been helpful and attentive, Some hiccups however, resolution had taken contributing factors into account and applied discounts accordingly . Kudos DG employees, life happens however speedy recoveries and accountability are not the norm nowadays even though they should be !

I mean, it's alright. I'd rather go to Kingway across the street and get an ice cold drink and a delicious heart attack causing cinnabon than go to Dollar General and deal with their horrendous lack of variety. The parking lot layout is absolutely awful when it's packed, always park on the side of the building to save yourself from having an aneurysm.

Long lines at times, but good prices. Toys, food (nothing healthy), cleaning and household supplies, school supplies, ice cream, candy, DVDs and Blu Ray discs, shoes, pet supplies... Tons of variety, but not stocked like grocery store.

The store is jam-packed with Goods! It's got everything you need at decent prices, everything is not a dollar but generally a dollar. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

Nice staff. They have food, pet foods and stuff for pets, clothes, a dollar isle, movies, toys etc. It's like a mini Walmart. It's my go to. Good prices.
