They were so nice to my dogs. They did a wonderful job grooming my dog. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. They were friendly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend taking your pet here

I brought my dog here. Halfway through her appointment I get a call that she had ticks that had to get removed and that she was given an ointment & that there will be a $20 up charged for the removal and “ medical “ given to her. I didn’t have a problem with that so I allowed it. She gets picked up when she arrives home’ there’s a Visible tick sitting right on her ear. I’m not sure why I was charged almost $120 for groom and for a suppose tick removal and my dog still has ticks. I don’t seem to understand. I don’t mind paying a fee for a job well done. But having to now bring my dog else where and spend more money on something that I already thought I paid them to do is not only stressful but could be painful for my dog. . to top it off I call the the place and they were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and inconsiderate of the situation. Only worried about how much money they are making and don’t really care for the actual job that was done.

I was nervous given the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Magic Scissors Doggie Spa did a wonderful job grooming my Wheaton Terrier. She left looking like a new dog. I found the prices to be fair and the overall experience to be positive.

The owner is very rude, they have no idea how to cut figs hair. My dog's hair was not even cut it was sheared. He has the appointment at 9:30 and they keep him there until 2:30 , the owner was very rude and told me that's the time they need him there. May be someone was learning grooming with my poor dog. I will never bring him there again.

This place is by far the worst! They called me saying my dog had fleas and I had to pay extra. I drove there shortly after to see the fleas for myself and they couldn’t show me not one. They didn’t expect me to pop up. I’m glad I did. The owner is a scam artist!

The first time I took my dogs there they did an awesome job. My dogs were happy, smelled and looked great. However today (11/9) they did a very poor job- mediocre at best. My dogs hair was very uneven and some spots went totally missed. The guy that works there most days is great - the ones that were there today should take another grooming course.

I normally take my schnauzer to a groomer in Milford but decided to try a new groomer after being dissatisfied with my fur baby's last new appointments. I must say I'm extremely grateful to this shop and love how happy and calm my pup seemed after picking him up. Normally after I take him for a grooming session he's nervous and anixous. I can say confidently I have found my new grooming home. The people are very friendly and welcoming

They cut my dogs nails way too short. When I picked her up she was crying a lot and bleeding! They offered NO sympathy or discount at all. They didn’t dress her wounds or put any antibiotic cream or anything. They were very unprofessional and cold about the whole situation. They basically said oh-well! I will never, ever take her there again. Considering there lack of sympathy and carelessness I would highly recommend against them! Don’t bring you pet to a place that does not care for their safety!

They are wonderful with our Corgi who has a Trachea issue. She is ALWAYS VERY WELL BRUSHED and looks so GREAT when we pick her up. They also try to accommodate our schedule...even on short notice. I appreciate that!

Sent my little guy to get a haircut with my mom last week and they over charged and did a terrible job! $74 and the haircut was incomplete. He’s only been to this groomer and they’ve handled him with great care in the past. What’s upsetting is that they would treat him and my mother any different than myself. Highly disappointed and will never go back.

My daughter Inlaw had brought our Yorkiepoo there now he has been to groomers many times and is the easiest to work with according to all groomers that had worked with in the past. I had appointment for him at our regular place but it was for June 28th and she wanted done sooner and she was like this place in in our neighborhood so when I came home from work and saw our Theo I was so angry because the place only did a partial cut, did not do his legs or head, and the partial cut was so short he is almost bald, I mean it’s crazy, & he looks crazy. She also told me that they over charged her and she didn’t even get to see him before she paid when she got there they met her at door asked her which dog ask for her payment took her credit card came by with the Theo and credit card and closed the door. I don’t even want him to go back. I guess he still will be going to his normal groomer on June 28th. Beware do not go there I will never bring them or recommend them to anyone.

I took my Bichon poddle yesterday . And they did a terrible job . You can see on my dogs body. marks of the clippers on his skin. And the face is all uneven but bad. The guy there said that he couldn't do his face because the dog would bite the clippers. Don't they supposed to use a muzzle in that case? Never ever would recommend this place or take my dog there again. I paid 74.00 dollars for a incomplete job. Terrible customer service . Attitude, very unprofessional.

BUYER BEEARECalled to get a quote day before bringing our mini Aussie in and given $70-75..bring her in next day and told $95-105! Told the owner would be in by the time we pick her up but he wasn’t. They attempted to get him on phone and no answer. As a customer can’t help but feel disrespected and underhanded by this. To increase quote by 40% is unheard of. Perhaps was miscommunication or error but it’s one that has likely cost them a new customer moving forward

Wouldnt take my Shih Poo or HavaMalt anywhere else. The service and the professionalism are beyond impressive. So gladnwe found this place...my Shih Poo wad once afraid of grooming and they handle her with extreme love and care. Try them you wont regret it!!

I also used Petco, I started noticing how awful my dog looked after his cut. Found Magic Scissors and they had to cut him all the way down so everything could grow back evenly. He looks like a Shih Tzu is suppose to now. Thanks guys.
