Please help me understand this issue. I ordered a tool from Amazon because it offered next day delivery. Usually it is delivered by a Amazon driver which ive never had any problems with but, in this case it was sent UPS to make the delivery. My package was out for delivery at 9:24 this morning. Site said out for delivery before 8:00 pm. 9:00 pm i checked on the delivery and it said the package has been returned to UPS at 8:06 pm. How the hell do you allow a driver to return to base with packages still on the truck undelivered???? I Specifically ordered this for a job that was to be done first thing tomorrow for a customer or i will loose that business. This isnt the 1st time this has happened to me using UPS which is why I'm complaining. Now I've got to find another alternative to make sure my customer is happy and willing to hire my company again in the future. Not happy with your service.

Very rude associate. Went here 2 times recently but I have in the past. I went a week ago when the facility was open but the lady working there didn’t want to let me in even though they weren’t yet closed, she literally locked the door and told me to come back tomorrow! Went there the next day to be disappointed again by rude customer service. Same lady wouldn’t let me print my shipping label because she didn’t know how to do it! (I’d understand if she was new but she basically told me to get lost and come back when I have one). I ended up getting one but by the time I came back it was closed. I had to cancel and pay a fee for the items I couldn’t ship out that day. I went to a cvs ups drop off location and it was way more convenient and helpful. Not making the mistake of going back here.

Extremely rude. Hours are wrong online and just got yelled at by the lady for trying to come on a Saturday. You had several customers there at the same time. Not our fault the hours aren’t accurate online. To be so rude to a customer cause they tried to open the door not realizing it was locked. Apparently we are supposed to be mind readers and know that it’s not open 🙄

The hours posted on Google are not accurate, but a sign is posted on the counter saying that their hours have changed. After some persistence I was able to get my package, but most of the people I encountered just didn't seem to care.

Place is so uninviting. Barely open. Place is a dump. Smells like sewage outside. Garbage everywhere. Post office is across the street.. I'd advise go there!!

When they're open, they're great. I only drop off and use pre paid labels. But the last year, they've had some staffing issues. They have no coverage if one of the girls calls out, or takes time off. They are randomly closed, during normal business hours, with no explanation. I have arrived normal hours with the doors locked. Closest other drop off location is Staples, in Norwich, which is not a convenient second option at all. The closures have been so inconvenient that it has prompted me to leave this review. I have had to drop off packages later than I'd like to because they keep changing their hours of operation. I have asked warehouse workers if they could accept the packages and they refuse them. Really sucks. They need to hire more reliable counter help.

**EDIT** CLOSED AGAIN. This time looks like indefinitely. Today, Thursday at 10 am, they are closed. The next closest UPS that CAN take packages with QR codes is 30 miles from here.THEY ARE NOT OPEN SATURDAY. VERY LIMITED HOURS. Unless you have a day off during the week, you’ll never catch them open. I arrived on a Saturday to drop off packages. An older woman was standing outside the doors smoking a cigarette. As I walked up, she announced they were closed. She said if I had a package with a pre-printed label I could drop it in the back of the open truck backed up by the door. I remarked that I thought they had been open on Saturdays as I believe I’ve dropped stuff off before. She stated that this office had never been open on Saturday’s in the 20 yrs she’d work there. The large posted sign off to the side of the door has been altered so many times it’s hard to distinguish. But the door has a posted hours sign hanging that says they aren’t open on Saturdays. So, Google is wrong. I wanted to point out to her that she was working and accepting packages on a Saturday despite being “closed”, but I saved my breath.

Do not go here. I drove over an hour because it says they are open on Saturday 10 to 2. WELL they are NOT!!!! I kept asking for a ups person to take my package....finally a ups driver was kind enough. Do NOT go here!!!!

ZERO STARS!Want your box that you paid $100 shipping for for 2nd day air, clearly marked PERISHABLE and RUSH in big letters all over the box to ride around the UPS truck from 9:00 a.m. and arrive at almost 7:00 p.m. AND arrive and the box is now HOT from being in the back of the truck all day? And have the driver laugh when he hands you the box and you ask if this has been in the back of his truck since 9:00 a.m.? Then this is the delivery center for you. They don't care and from other reviews management doesn't either therefore the drivers and employees can just do as they please! If you are ordering please ask the seller to use a service other than UPS.

Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. Brought package estimated at 140-150lbs. Weighed multiple times the scale “maxed out” which they claimed meant it was over 150lbs which is their shipping maximum. Brought to another shipping store and it weighs 104lbs. When I called to inform the store and make a complaint they were unprofessional and unapologetic. When shipping is your business you should probably make sure your scale works. Instead, take your business to Two Sisters Shipping in Jewett City they were FAST, KIND and HELPFUL. And their scale actually works!

Considering it states that you can bring your package and they Package, label and ship it for you you just have to scan your q r code for it.. I was told rudely they do not package the items becasue they aren't a "store". So instead of my item I was returning thats worth $200 being put in a package, they stuck the label on top of the package itself.

I would give more stars if I could. Yesterday, after spending 40+ minutes on the phone with "tech support", I hung up and finally found the local phone number for the Bozrah, CT location. Sarah was able to assist me far more than anyone at the toll free number. She certainly went above and beyond to make sure I got my parcel. Apparently, there was some sort of a computer glitch that "tech support" couldn't fix. But Sarah came to the rescue and had everything fixed in less than a half hour. I no sooner hung up with her when the UPS truck pulled into the driveway with my parcel. I wish I'd have gotten the driver's name because I'd like to thank him again for being so accommodating. Both Sarah and the driver deserve special recognition for their professionalism. It's rare these days to see people take their jobs seriously and do their jobs well. Thank you.

It was easy to find; however, the parking was horrible!!!!! There is no parking lot there's just spots next to the building. I notice a picture in Google maps that shows empty spots near the customer entrance, that is unusual. I'm disabled and they had a handicap spot that was being used. Upon entering the building I was the only customer, so it was obvious an employee was parked in the handicap spot. If they don't have employee parking, which I'm sure they do, then they need to make an employee parking lot so customers have a choice of the 3 or 4 parking spots that are there. I had to park across the lane of travel behind one of their semi beds.

I ordered a kindle oasis for my 94 year old grandmother who recently lost her sight and ability to read while I was up visiting from North Carolina. The package was originally scheduled to arrive today 7/8. However, this morning I got an email that the delivery would not arrive until Saturday 7/10. I was distraught. I would be back in NC by that time. I checked the tracking and saw the package was in Bozrah so I called the UPS and explained the situation to them. They took 30 minutes out of their day to search for the package so I could pick it up and set it up for my grandmother before I left. I will be forever grateful to the women at this UPS store who took time out of their busy days to locate this package for me. I get to give the Kindle to my grandmother tomorrow before I leave for NC all set up with audio books. I can not wait to see the smile on her face. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

they have misdelivered 2 of my packages one went to New Haven the other who knows. This is the same package that I ordered because they sent the first one to the wrong city and the second who knows. Went out 3 minutes after they said it was delivered and wasn't anywhere and nobody in the area.Would give them less stars but I can't.

Getting real tired of having to track my package, Especially since it’s their job to make sure the address is the correct one that they deliver to! Also, when can you ever speak to live representative, driver can just put delivered and walk away, while paying customers have to do their jobs and locate exactly where the items are really being dropped off! Do what you get paid to do and that’s assuring customers that they will receive their item! **Update**Three stars because when I got back to my house, Surprisingly it was there, Not at the time they stated delivered,but later in the evening, So that obviously meant, What I suspected, neighbor from over yonder must’ve received as both of us have had packages delivered to us that didn’t belong to us, Anyhow I changed ratings from one to a three, only because I got my package but I still feel the driver’s should be more focused and less careless when handling people’s packages.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have 3 packages that have said out for delivery every day and they never get delivered. I have called customer service and they are no help at all, the supervisor for UPS hung up on me when I said that I would just go pick them up myself. The packages keep going on the truck, out for delivery, then back to the arrival scan center at Bozrah CT. This is the WORST UPS center I have ever dealt with Fed- Ex has no issues with delivering on time. Seems to me like the staff/ drivers at this location do not know what they are doing. If you have the option don't buy anything that ships with UPS, I am hoping to get a refund from Amazon tomorrow since all 3 packages are over a week late.

Consistently late. Pay extra for 2 Day Air. Tracking shows it will arrive in two days but doesn't. Repeatedly. FedEx, USPS never have this problem. I never had this issue with UPS until I moved to Windham. I will no longer use them if I have a choice, but usually I do not.

They would not deliver my packages. I already had to cancel one package because it didn't and wouldn't arrive in time. Now, I bought a very expensive item, it arrived yesterday morning (like 1am) at this facility and was supposed to be delivered yesterday to my house. It was delayed. I figured it would be arriving today instead, but this was not the case. I went to the facility to pick it up myself. They told me that I could not pick it up because it was in a trailer and had not been processed.

It’s basically a warehouse. The customer service is on the side toward the back. There’s almost no parking so you have to live park. Plus, there are tractor trailer trucks coming in and out of the place so you have to get by those.That being said, the employees are super nice and friendly. No issues with that aspect but the parking and ergonomics of the place are horrendous.

They keep delaying my Hello Fresh boxes and my meat is warm and bad by the time I get it. Keeps saying delayed due to bad weather. The storm passed 3 weeks ago. Can’t find a number to call. Filed a complaint and no return call. I work all week and just want my food sent fresh. This has been an issue for the past couple weeks. Hello Fresh can’t send me a new box because it is “UPS” issue.

Clearly this distribution center is severely understaffed, undertrained, and in need of new management. This place needs their corporate office to take notice of there ridiculous under performance and step in. The other regional delivery services are blowing this place out of the water. Like everyone else on these reviews I have several packages "out for delivery" for multiple days some for two weeks. Its beyond unacceptable level of performance. To bad that the company is leaving them to fail and not doing anything to help. I wish Amazon would take notice and drop them like a bad habit.

Received a notification that my package was delivered to Bozrah on Thursday and would be delivered on Friday. Still have not received the package and could not get through to customer service, went in person today (staff was super friendly and helpful) and was advised to call company where the package came from. They said the last known location was Bozrah and that it was not picked up by USPS for delivery yet. Incredibly frustrating and sad as the package is for a wedding this Friday and the company cannot replace it as it is sold out.

Steadily getting worse. I understand the current overload, but when I need to plan on something business-critical arriving on a certain day, don’t change that date at the end of the scheduled delivery day. Frequent messaging (out for delivery) only to not receive delivery that day. Also have had instances where packages were noted as “damaged” at the end of the day when scheduled to be delivered, only to magically appear a day later undamaged. Have had to create claims for some items that just stop transit for a week within the UPS distribution system. Every time I make a claim, package shows up shortly after. UPS used to be ultra-reliable, now I put at least my local service on-par with DHL.

WORST Customer Service EVER!!! Packages constantly state "Out for Delivery" and DON'T get delivered. Tracking then states there was an emergency, YEAH RIGHT! UPS has an awful lot of emergencies. Ordered a zero turn and paid for lift gate service. UPS calls to set delivery and NEVER DELIVERED IT, stating the mower wasn't actually in there possession. They don't care that I took a whole day off waiting for delivery. I'm sure other UPS hubs are fine, but THIS ONE IS A JOKE. The management are certainly incompetent to say the very least.

I've had multiple packes I've paid extra to deliver by a certain date. If my package goes to this location for delivery it's guaranteed to be delayed for 3 to 4 days with no real expectation. It's so unreliable I will no longer use UPS due to my packages always going through this facility and excuses like natural disaster get used when it's a 65 degree day and sunny.

I’ve had the worst luck with ups. I went to pick up my package after they told me they tried to deliver my package 3 times while each time I was home tracking my package. When I arrived to the ups store located in bozrah CT they ended up not even being open for another hour.

I got there just in time to send out my package they closed early that day at 1:00 because someone called out. Need a better system in place instead of closing early.
