This place is a health hazardThey have ZERO health standardsThings are disgustingly dirty literally caked with mucus and then you see - obviously infectious sick patients come in and touch hands on displays, counter tops, etc and NOTHING is cleaned!!! Merely as for “next customer”I asked for something to clean it with myself the pharmacist literally tries to hand me a crumpled dirty to the point of being yellow tissueAdditionally there is zero sense of patient confidentiality - as I was waiting I hear this pharmacist go on loudly for three minutes about how they are so “proud” that another patient is picking up Nicotine supplement and how their mom died from smoking. The poor patient is sitting there looking mortified their prescription was just advertised to the entire store. #HIPAA violation

I started getting my prescriptions from the CVS on Queen Street because it was closer. I did not like the customer service at the pharmacy because they always ( with the exception of one person who is not always there) make me feel like I’m not a human being. They were rude and condescending and especially the younger ones talked down to me. I also noticed that I was treated differently from customers who didn’t look like me but more like them. After they sent me to the CVS on Durant to see if they have my medication in stock, I realized that CVS is not all the same in CT. I love picking up my medication at Durant, even though it’s farther away from my home. The pharmacy staff is always polite and treats me with dignity and respect. They always try to help me if I have a problem, without making me feel like I’m a burden or stupid. Thank you Durant Ave., Bethel.

I was second at the drive-up window. \n Someone came after me going to lane 2 and was served before me. That car purposely cut the line and knew I was there before them. The cashier didn't know anything about it because your windows are outdated. There should be something done to prevent this. Connecticut people are rude and self entitled.

When the mail-order portion of the pharmacy totally messed up getting my prescription to me in a timely fashion, Debbie Isabella of the pharmacy at CVS in Bethel, CT, just before closing time on a Friday night, managed to fight through all the red tape I'd encountered and get the necessary medication into my hands. She carries on the finest tradition of pharmacists being part of your health care team, not just a person in a store where you pick up your medicine.

Target Bethel was closed unexpectedly, I called CVS Bethel and my prescription was filled within the hour. So thankful!

The pharmacy staff are some of the most miserable people I’ve ever spoken to. Particularly one woman (pharmacist) who I spoke to over the phone who was completely insensitive and RUDE! If you hate your job so much then leave! I was nothing but understanding and calm during our conversation but she would cut me off repeating the same phrase over and over and when I heard enough I told her thank you and she HUNG UP on me. This interaction has had me thinking about it for the past hour, that’s how rude she was. I’m very disappointed, but not surprised based on other reviews I’ve seen here. Do better.
