The pharmacy has been great to me. Debbie has helped me understand my prescriptions and how to get the right medicine every time. She has reviewed new upcoming prescriptions with me to be sure they are right. And most importantly Debbie knows her stuff, is willing to share and help and does it in kind and happy way. CVS is lucky to have her.

5 stars because of Narali ( I believe ). I come to the CVS regularly and she seems to be the only employee that’s ever working at the front counter. Because she’s the only one at the front there’s usually a line but she does a fantastic job managing the line, assisting people utilizing self check out, helping people dropping off UPS items, etc. today was no exception. There were six or seven people in line and she was by herself. Eventually somebody sauntered out of the shadows and helped somebody with a question at the self check out. As soon as that person asked if she could price check something she told them to do it themselves on a scanner. So, great job Narali.

Incredibly rude and incompetent staff with very little professionalism. The pharmacist was completely uninformed about their participation as Bridge Access providers for free Covid-19 vaccines despite being listed as providers on the CDC website AND mentioning it on their own website. Instead of informing themselves and helping an uninsured patient who QUALIFIED for the program CVS IS CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED to provide they simply told us they could only give uninsured patients the vaccine for the full cost of $200 regardless of income status. Its a disgrace and they were very callous. I have reported them with the CDC and will be escalating the issue to my local representative.

This is a well run CVS store.Items on sale, or acceptable alternatives, are in stock. Shelves are organized and items are easy to locate. Floor staff are visible and responsive to questions.Front end staff runs seamlessly and is a pleasure with which to interact.Clearance item displays convey truthful and clear information about prices.Said items were absolute delightful gems during our most recent visit.

Brought the wife to the minute clinic for a 9:20 appointment for a couple of vaccinations and a flu shot. I checked in early for the appointment and they took her in just after 9:00, she had her shots and we were all finished by the time we were supposed to have the appointment at 9:20.

I had horrible major side effects, which are ongoing, upon getting a bivalent vaccine at this location. The person who administered the vaccine seemed to take forever to measure and mix the dosage - after having had three other vaccines, this was cause for concern even beforehand.When I reported this to their chief pharmacist, she didn't seem surprised or disturbed at all.Suffice it to say, their customer service has always been below par - rude, inefficient and just non-existent.Avoid this place like the plague, literally.

The minute clinic is missing a sign advising people to check in at the computer. When you arrive you will be lost as there are no instructions. I had to ask at the pharmacy in order to know how to proceed with my scheduled appointment. The nurse administering the vaccines was pleasant and followed infection control measures. The pharmacist seemed overwhelmed/bothered when the pharmacy tech asked her about the free N95 mask I was inquiring about. I was instructed to ask at the register in the front, which the lady was on the floor on her phone and I must've interrupted whatever she was doing cause her attitude sucked. She told me CVS are no longer providing these mask to the public. This is a lie, their store is is listed in the CDC mask finder, and many people I know have received these N95 mask at their local CVS stores and other pharmacies. So something is wrong with this store. I understand running out of the N95 masks, but giving false information because you hate your job that's something else...smh

Scheduled my flu shot online, filled out all the paperwork ahead of time got to the minute clinic and checked in. There was no one there (customers or employees) I waited and waited while pharmacist behind the pharmacy never said anything to me as to why I was there. Finally I walked over to them and they told me I had to wait in “aisle 13”. They called another woman in ahead of me. Then never called my name. Finally a pharmacist asked what I was waiting for and she told me I had to go to the minute clinic area again! Again, no one was over there. Poor service and poor signage around the store.

I’ve mostly had good experiences at this location. The only downfall for me is the quality of service at the pharmacy counters. But whenever I needed a vaccine, test or a simple purchase of miscellaneous items I’m in and out right away.

In a world that can seem dominated by negativity, doubt, and hedonistic tendencies over helping others through service…because of Sharon, my faith in humanity (was once) again restored. I am full of gratitude & appreciation thanks to her friendly professionalism, flawless execution, and efficient follow up. I went in there to ask if they had something in stock, because online it showed they did, however I wasn’t able to find it on my own. I was met with the most nasty, rude, and disrespectful lady I had ever spoken to. Older woman, grey hair slicked back with an angry look on her face. She was the only one working Sunday morning, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Not sure if something is going on in her personal life, but I have never been spoken to by a stranger like that. She needs to be educated on basic human kindness and customer service.

Just in CVS got $20 dollars change at the self checkout but forgot it. Thought that there may have been an honest person who would return it. However, a women in a pink dress decided that she would take something that was not hers. Maybe she needed it. Either way it doesn’t surprise me especially since the time we live in. The manager was good enough to check the cameras for me so at least I know what the Chince looks like…and that CVS does care. Thank you.

CVS has an abysmal web page for booking COVID-19 boosters. I tried three times to book an appointment using my CVS credentials. Eventually I resorted to booking it as a guest which seemed to be successful. When I showed up with my appointment they had no record of a reservation and would not give me the booster.

Went for a Flu vaccine. Dan, the pharmacist, received us with a friendly attitude although it was clear it was a very busy day. He addressed our questions, filled the request, and within minutes administered the vaccine- all done in a professional manner aimed at making us, the customers/patients feel good!

Wish there were 0 stars. Went to another CVS and they were out of the vaccine for my child. Which is fine. Was told by the employee to go here as they have a lot and no appointment needed. Show up, no one in line and no one waiting and was told we needed an appointment. Or we could wait 2 hours to see IF they have time to do it. No guarantee. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and lack of communication.

The absolute worst cvs I have ever been to in my life. Everyone there is incompetent. Pharmacist included. How does the pharmacy have no idea what happens with the cvs health minute clinic and how does the minute clinic have no idea what goes on with the covid testing pods which have CVS HEALTH written right on the doors. No one has any idea what any other part of store is doing. The response to every question asked is “I don’t know”. I expected more from a Bethel location.

My wife checked online for which CVS' was administering covid vaccines without an appointment. Found Bethel and went to the pharmacy where we saw "no appointment" necessary signs displayed on the countertop. Ask the pharmacist how we go about getting the vaccine and he says this location isnt doing that anymore, I need an appointment. Says it while standing in front of the sign that says no appointment needed. These signs are small and easily removable so I'm not sure why they can't just remove them if that's the case. Would also be nice if they updated their website as well.

Went for a rapid covid test. Made my appointment 2 weeks ago and I show up and the lady says she doesn't have me in her system. Show her my confirmation email and she just continues on to tell me how she is closing and this isnt right but to go in and she will do it. Its not my fault that your computer systems suck. Don't make me feel bad. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago as I'm leaving the country the next day. Very unprofessional.

I constantly have problems with this pharmacy. Then they send an e-mail with a ready order, when you come it is not there. The doctor sent the order to them, but it was not collected. The proposal to change the entire staff of employees, they do not work for the buyer!!!!!No recommendation this CVS

Why don’t you be courteous to your customers and update your hours on Google? I drove here at 10 o’clock only to find your store closed. Also, you should update your outdated message on your automated prompt system about giving away free N 95 mask when you don’t have that anymore.

Don't know why is the drive through window so slow. Every time I come through the drive through window they take over 15 minutes to help me. They definitely need to work on that. Definitely should not be waiting for over 15 minutes just to pick up your meds.

Every time I come here I look forward to seeing Maria Burgos, she’s always pleasant and helpful. She’s able to answer all my questions well and help my mother and I look for any items we’re looking for. I love the conversations we have with her and she’s just an overall amazing person, who’s very intelligent and knows how to do her job well and professional.

Nohemy and Kaitly did such an amazing job helping with my baby passport photo. Both very sweet, very professional and very safe regarding the entire process. I needed a baby passport photo and have been searching everywhere all day for a capable facility for help. Ask for Nohemy and Kaitly and you will get a perfect picture 🙂👍📸

I have waited for 15min to get my prescription which was already ready for pickup. This is so scary and unprofessional to keep people waiting at this COVID-19. I definitely don’t want to get any infections while waiting to get my medicine.

From Canada, needed covid test and I booked wrong test .the staff were absolutely fantastic with getting everything done for us and making sure we were taken care . I will always shop at CVS when in the US .

Unclear what test I've scheduled. Nasal swab, but does that count as an antibody test? Website does'nt list any clincs in Bethel or Danbury. The actual pharmacy doesn't schedule tests.
